"I am on day 45 of the Colonix system and feel absolutely wonderful! I was EXTREMELY skeptical about this product and the supposed results everyone was raving about, but wanted to give it a try. So I ordered just a 30 day supply and started on the weekend in case there were ever mad dashes to the bathroom. The first couple of days, I felt very tired and had numerous headaches (which is unusual for me), but figured it was part of the side effects of the program. On the second day of the program, I had several large quantities of really smelly stuff coming out. "Ok, I am the ultimate skeptic but I've been on this program for just two weeks and yep, I'm now a believer. I'm a 50 year old woman and while I have not had the best of diets, I didn't consider myself a fast food junkie. I exercise okay but I started to notice that my mid-section wasn't responding relative to the beating I was giving the rest of my body. I have a few friends that have had colonics and while I saw verifiable proof that they work, I was hesitant to get one.

There was a woman in my church whose stomach seemed to be shrinking by the day. I asked her what she was doing and she told me she was cleansing with the Colonix program. The irony is that I had been visiting the website for a year yet I never ordered. After my conversation with her I called that day. The first couple of days on the program, I had a routine of sitting on the throne, checking the toilet, sitting on the throne, checking the toilet. I wanted to see if weird stuff was exiting my body as I've read in other testimonies. I saw nothing unusual and the skeptic in me rose to the surface. I continued the program into the end of the second week and suddenly, ‘Houston, we have a problem.’ I could not believe what I saw. I didn't know if I should go to the hospital, pray or just sit it out! I had no choice but to sit it out and out it came!. Trust me, I was scared.

After what I saw, you know, those stringy thingys, I decided to weigh myself. Oh yeah, I had lost three pounds and yep, my stomach was getting flatter. I had an appointment that day and my colleague asked me what I was doing to my skin. I hadn't paid much attention but I had noticed a slight change in my skin's texture. I told her what I was doing and I thought, if this is what's happening after two weeks, what will happen after I complete the program? A word of warning, please don't steep the tea any longer than the instructions advise. I made a mistake one time and left the tea bag in the cup as I drank. The next morning, my reign on the throne was a little longer than my comfort. If you're on the fence like I was, get off and get this product. It is easy to use and does not interfere with your day (you won't be late for work). The bowel movements are free of cramping and easy exiting. Stay with the water regimen, that is very important. "Wow, all I can say is WOW. Last year this time, I had found your website and placed it on my favourites. I was shocked at reading the testimonials, and the thought of those 'things' inside of me. I guess I went through denial for a while. I tried to forget about it, and carry on with my day to day. But I kept coming back from time to time to your website. Finally last month, I decided to take the plunge and order the Colonix and Toxinout programs. Thinking, ‘Well, a good clean out will do me a world of good anyhow.’

I tended to have constipation from time to time, and I am a regular goer. Once a day is my norm. Till I tried Colonix. I have to say, the customer service personnel I spoke to on the phone...she was a blast. Fantastic! Placed my order and within less than a week, it arrived last Saturday. I started on the Saturday morning of the 26th April.  

At first, I just had a regular bowel movement, then a 2nd one, then a third. This carried on Sunday, and into Monday. Sometimes up to 3 to 4, I didn’t see any UFOs just lots of poo. Couldn’t believe it, I didn’t realise I had so much gunk in me. But my tummy kept rumbling, and turning, not that sicky feeling. Just a lot of flutter, and turnings. No headaches. But I did get moody. Oh, on Monday, I believe it was, I got up and all that day, I felt my head swarming, dizzyish, like I wanted to faint. I believe this is the build up of the toxins in my body reacting to the herbs in the program. Just continued to drink more water and keep to the program.

At first the water intake was a bit difficult to get used to, but by the 4th day, I was actually beginning to enjoy drinkin all that water, and feeling better. More energy, YES! I have been just go-go-going since last week. Then on Tuesday, I went to the bathroom and passed. I hate the idea of lookin back but just had to look and there in the poo poo, I saw globs. It looked like white globs. I ain’t puttin my hand or stick down there, but it made my skin crawl. At first I thought it was the peas, I had ate two nights before. But on closer look (had to go switch the lights on full) it ain’t no chick peas. Quickly flushed and walked away. Still had that crawly feeling at the sight of what I saw.

Then yesterday...WOW...just when I was feeling, ‘Okay, where is the thingys? I know everyone is different but I want to see something.’ Again, prior to going, there is always the fluttery feeling in my down- below-area. Gentle cramping, I have noticed when I experience this, it’s at the door. Went and passed and this time, ugh. I haven’t yet passed the creature from the black lagoon yet, but just quickly glancing back. I saw wrapped up in the poo poo white stringy things. It looked like white rubber bands. Just like one woman on here mentioned, it looked like pasta. I know I ain’t cooked pasta in ages! Ewww, worms. They dead too! Talk about getting the creepy crawly feeling. I just had to tell someone. My poor daughter was in her room on the pc chomping away at gum, and laughin to someone online. Knocking at her door, I started to tell her, you never seen anyone spat out a piece of gum as fast as her. She basically lost her appetite almost all day. I even told my friend online about it, all he can say is ‘Unreal!’ First topic of the day. Talkin about what comes out of my bowels. Nice way to have a conversation with an online pal.

I am the guinea pig to everyone concerned. I don’t care. I am goin to just end up looking so good. One thing I just have to add, I feel just great so far. Even my daughter mentioned yesterday morning, ‘Oh my God, mum! You look like you have dropped some weight! It’s like its gone from your face and neck area!’ I tend to lose weight first off my face and neck area. Incidentally, I am 43 yrs old, and just came through a very stressful last 6 month, and I know stress does tend to add to the weight gain.

If this is only the first week plus, and all this is happening, I just can’t wait to see how it all turns out by the end of this month. My tummy feels and looks like it’s gone down a tad. I don’t look like I am 3mths pregnant anymore. It’s not flat yet, just looks like it’s gone down a bit. WOW!

May I really stress this point, cause I have read on other posts of people who have tried the Colonix program and gave up: the key to success is keeping to the program, and drinking lots of water. The 8 glasses, or just buy a two litre bottle of avian or any other spring water. I have terrible eating habits, I don’t always have breakfast, and lunch, but just make sure you eat something, even if it’s a banana or apple. Here is another thing I must add before signing off: my appetite has changed. I do feel that my body craves more fruit and less stodgy items. All the better!

"To properly start this testimonial, I am going to have to give some background information. But, it's a truly amazing story with the help of the DrNatura.com team! I have to say that I've been struggling with my stomach problems since January of 2007. I was in a near fatal car accident, and the lap belt I was wearing damaged me internally. Three feet of my intestines were completely damaged, and had to be removed. Among other injuries, my stomach was the main problem. I would constantly have diarrhea, bloating, and terrible fits of cramping.

Keep in my mind, before the accident, I was a completely healthy and active 22 year old. I worked out 4 days a week, and jogged 5 days. I ate well-balanced meals and drank plenty of water. I was told it would take my body about 6-8 months to heal, after that, my stomach should be settling down. My doctors were wonderful, but after 8 months, they couldn't understand what was wrong. "Wow...where do I begin?  It’s been 3 weeks today since starting your program.  I initially heard about Colonix from my 23 yr old daughter who forwarded me DrNatura’s website.  She started your program 2 days before I did.  After reading all the testimonials, viewing the pix, and reading how important cleansing your colon is, I was sold.  All the info on your website made sense and the symptoms many of the people were experiencing were the same ones I had.  I forwarded your website to everyone I knew.  I immediately ordered 2 packs to be delivered regular shipping, but decided I wanted to start right away, so I ordered 2 more packs for overnight shipping.  (I figured any extra packs I had, I would give away to friends and family who also could benefit from a colon cleanse.)

I’m 47 yrs old and in pretty good shape.  I work out and walk regularly; my diet consists mostly of fruits, veggies, whole grain cereals, some meats.  I love sweets, but I try to consume in moderation.  I know drinking water is really important, but I never was able to do the 8 glasses thing.  Actually, I didn’t drink much of anything.  I never seemed to be thirsty.  Well I’m now definitely drinking at least 64 oz. of water each day.  Your program is the only thing that’s motivated me to drink so much water.  

Some of my symptoms prior to starting your program were bloating, feeling tired, protruding stomach (although the rest of me is slim) feeling movements in my stomach.  I didn’t think I was really constipated cause I’d have 1 movement per day or every other day.  When I didn’t go for a few days, I asked my doctor what I could do, and he said just to drink a lot of water and he prescribed Zelnorm which definitely didn’t work for me.  The only thing that would help me go was taking tablets with cascara sagrada, but that just eliminated what I had just eaten and did not cleanse my colon. 

Now to my progress.  I excitedly started the program April 21.  I took the Paranil tablets, waited 20 minutes and drank 1/2 scoop of the fiber with water (which tasted fine) and then drank 8 oz of water.   I had my tea that night, steeping it for about 2 minutes; the tea was great, very soothing.  The next morning I went 3 times, but in small amounts and nothing unusual.  My first 5 days went pretty much like my first day.  I couldn’t wait for my 6th day when I upped the dosage.  Well after upping my dosage and steeping my tea for about 6 minutes, the very next day I didn’t go at all.  I was so disappointed feeling very bloated and miserable.  Then the following 2-3 days I had only 1 small movement a day.  I was on my 2nd week now and couldn’t understand why I wasn’t seeing results.  Needless to say, I became frustrated and thought maybe the program wasn’t working for me.  I emailed your customer service a few times and they responded right away explaining that I needed to make sure that I didn’t drink too much or too little water with my fiber, drink 64 oz per day and to steep the tea for 10-15-20-25 minutes.  Well, I steeped my tea for 25 minutes and surprisingly I didn’t have any cramping and didn’t have to rush to the bathroom in the morning.  I started to go again anywhere from 3 to 5 times in the morning with substantial amounts, and I am now seeing all sorts of parasites, worms, mucous and odd color stools.  I feel so much lighter.  Also, the tea is helping me sleep more soundly and peacefully.  I wake up refreshed and ready for my day.  Oh, before I forget, I wasn’t necessarily trying to lose weight, but I could always lose a few pounds, and I’ve now lost 3 pounds while on the program without altering my diet.

“I was just feeling so great this morning that I wanted to give an update on my progress.  I am now on day 6 after my 5 day break.  I was somewhat apprehensive going into my break wondering if I would still be able to go by only taking the fiber and not drinking the tea, but what a relief that I was still able to have 2 to 3 movements daily on the fiber alone!

Now that I’ve resumed taking the Paranil capsules and drinking the tea, I’ve been going up to 5 times in the morning with very substantial amounts and still seeing all sorts of parasites.  Upon awaking, I really don’t have any cramping and I’m steeping my tea now for 20 to 25 minutes.  After about a 1/2 hour of being awake, I have a gentle urge to go (I'm more in tune with my body now) and am able to go with great ease.  What a wonderful feeling!  All this gunk is being expelled from my body in such a gentle way.

"Hi DrNatura, I thought I'd give you an update on my progress.  I completed my 3 month cleanse July '06 and what a life changing experience the cleanse was for me!  Not only did I become clean internally, my overall lifestyle of eating and drinking changed.  I am now eating more healthy and drinking at least 64 oz of water per day, which I never drank before. I've continued with the Colonix fiber and FloraProtect probiotics and have had consistent daily movements each day (I used to go only every 2 to 3 days). I feel more energized and have mental clarity, but my mind used to feel clouded and foggy.  My hair and nails are growing long and strong; no more falling out or breakage. My skin looks radiant, no more rashes and blotches. I’m sure my body can now absorb the nutrients from my foods and supplements more effectively since my colon is clean.  DrNatura, thank you for educating me and others on the importance of a clean colon.  I'll be doing another cleanse soon since I’m sure I still have more old build-up from all those years of not having regular BMs. But just taking the fiber has made me more regular than I’ve ever been. 

Sometime in 2003, during my gynecologist visit, my doctor remarked, while performing the exam that I appeared to be bloated and areas of my stomach were really hard and compacted and gave me an order for a sonogram of my stomach; she was concerned that I may have a tumor.  Needless to say I was really scared, but the sonogram revealed that I didn't have a tumor.  The doctor concluded that I was probably backed up and constipated. "I know I’ve already provided quite a few updates to my testimonial, but I just discovered something truly incredible and wanted to share.  As long as I can remember, I’ve had ugly, yellow, thick toe nails.  Years ago, I sought treatment from a dermatologist, since none of the topical treatments I tried helped.  She said it was from a fungal infection and prescribed Lamisil, which helped after many months, since it takes so long for toenails to grow. But then the fungus came back. So I resigned myself to always wearing toenail polish to keep my toenails covered up. I usually get pedicures, so I don't look at my nails.  Well today I decided to take off the polish and lo and behold the new nail growth is clear and normal, not thick, ugly and yellow. "I have completed 4 weeks on the Colonix program as of today. I ordered another 2 month supply, which promptly arrived yesterday. I can feel the difference in my abdomen. There have been days that I felt fatigued, irritable. Each of these days, though, I would pass some awful looking creature in my toilet.

My clothes fit looser. I’ve lost 5 lbs and I don’t see how. I might have lost more weight but I have been ravenous, where before the program, I would have coffee for breakfast, an energy drink mid morning, skip lunch, eat supper and my stomach would bloat. I gained weight looking at food.

I was diagnosed with IBS 9 yrs ago after a bout with chronic pancreatitis. I became used to the bloating, the pain in my left side, the foul smelling diarrhea. On days that I would have a solid bm, it would be thin, sometimes pencil like. So you can guess my excitement, when 36 hrs after starting the program, I had a large bm. I could actually feel my colon emptying. It’s hard to explain but I could feel my stomach flattening. I have tried other fiber products with little results and lots of gas. I will be a customer for life with the Colonix fiber powder. It has made a huge difference in my IBS. I had gas a few days after starting the full scoop but it went away. I had loose movements a couple of days over the last month but I think, on those days, the culprit was my over consumption of water. I switched from Diet Coke to water 7 years ago. I usually drink more than the 8 glass recommendation.

The creatures I have seen is what has amazed me. I seriously intended to take pictures and even took my digital camera to the bathroom with me. But the stench was horrendous at times and the things I saw in the toilet bowl were almost scary. The weirdest were the gelatinous sacs with black specks in them on the 10th day. I saw the worms by the 18th day. Yes, it’s hard for me to talk about and discuss. But the things were worms. I inspected and prodded and was amazed at what I saw. I immediately got on the CDC website to investigate what I saw leave my body. In the last few days, I am seeing the ropey things.

"This is a follow up to a testimonial that I gave a few months back. I completed the whole three months worth. It was worth every penny. I still do the fiber every day.

During the last month on the program, I had an experience with a tape worm that actually scared me. It was a good thing that I was home alone because the screams from the bathroom would've brought someone to my aid and then they would have been traumatized also. It made me more determined to do this program yearly. The worm was at least 8 inches in length. When I saw it, all I could do was scream ‘Oh my God!’ I couldn’t believe that this had been living inside of me for God knows how long. I had previously seen worms, egg sacs, mucoid plaque. But this particular worm was the longest and the most eye-popping experience of my Colonix program.

Before the program, for years after I had been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome, I could not sleep on my right side. I had to go to sleep on my left side or my back. If I turned over to my right side, in the middle of the night, the discomfort was enough that I had to turn back over. Since completing the three months of Colonix and continuing with the fiber, I awake a lot of mornings on my right side, slobbering on myself. (That’s when you are really sleeping sound). The fact that I am able to sleep in any position without suffering abdominal discomfort is amazing to me.

Update...

"I am back. I started the Colonix program Fall 2007. I completed 2 1/2 months. And I was pleased with the results. I continued with the Colonix fiber for the last 6 months. If I miss a day or two on the fiber, I can feel my stomach bloating, all the old abdominal aches and pains.

I just received a 2 month supply of the Colonix program. Today is Day 8. I had a few Paranil capsules left and started using those again when I ordered. The 2nd day, I saw the strange things again. I was surprised that the Paranil and KleriTea gave such quick results. Maybe I know what to look for now since I've done the program before. Maybe because I have been on the fiber for so long. I do 2 scoops on the Colonix fiber now. I also increased the natural fiber in my diet. Maybe it’s just me that it affects this way, but I stay hungry. I am walking though, 4 miles a day at least 5 days a week. I started my walking back when I was into my first Colonix program. So I guess that has been another benefit: increased energy. I haven’t lost weight due to my ravenous appetite. But the walking has toned me.

I feel better, physically and mentally, too. Each person is different. But I can tell you that this stuff has done wonders for me. "I've been on the Colonix program for 7 weeks. My very first day on the program I went three times. I've had problems with constipation, gas, bloating...all the symptoms of a person who has been retaining fecal matter. Sometimes I wouldn't go for days. "A plastic surgeon had recently suggested I do lipo for my stomach pooch. He said that it was hereditary after I stated that my Mother had the same pooch. "For 25 years I have been unhealthy. Started off with skin rashes after being forced to stay in an old military building while it was being renovated. I then moved to a basement apartment which was full of black mold. Knew nothing back then about how bad it is to the health and never made the link until the past couple of years. I suddenly developed allergies. I suffered so bad I wanted to die. I am super sensitive to many perfumes, body odors, smoke, new smells and sun makes me feel nauseated. I have had frequent yeast infections, bronchitis, flu viruses, tonsillitis, colds, feeling lethargic, feel often that my head is on fire and felt ill, went through periods of night sweats since I had my son who is now 13. Within the past 2 years, every time I would get back to exercising, I would get ill again. I have had spine of Lenoir in both heels, bursitis in my elbows knees and hips, back pain, carpal tunnel in my wrists.

I was always regular with my stools but after all the antibiotics, my stools were no longer normal. They were blackish, broken up. I would have bouts of diarrhea and constipation. My anus was often quite itchy and a clear slimy liquid would come out. I have always had a pregnant looking middle. Often have gas. Had a couple of episodes where I woke up or turned over and the entire left side of my body went numb. It went away after a while but I felt like I had no toe for months and the feet and hands would go numb every so often. Have had trouble with sinusitis. Antibiotics 5 times in a row. "My name is Collette from Cincinnati, OH, and I wanted to share a bit of my experience with you. First, I wanted to say that I have read many, if not all of your testimonials and they have been awesome! However, my experience has not been stated by anyone as of yet. I have just started my third month and boy have I been through some changes. My skin has gone through mutations. It is still changing and looks pretty bad and that is big for me since I have never had an acne problem. I have experienced a lot of itching and under skin discomfort and I have learned that that is a result of the parasites moving around since they are being killed off. I've had very few headaches but lots of joint discomfort at times. My scalp has also been very, very tender. I've never had dandruff and all a sudden it is like I have cradle cap!

I have passed many a whip-worm and lots of mucus! I have also experienced restlessness due to the joint and skin discomfort. I do think the best is yet to come.
