"I'm the one in the red dress.  This picture was taken last Friday night.  I'm a 26 year old female, a student, six foot one, and in pretty good health.  I weighed about 210 pounds, before starting this program, but I am very muscular.  Well, that had started to change, I'll be honest. I was bloated as hell and all of the definition was gone from my stomach.  I actually had 4 days where I only had two tiny bowel movements the whole time, and I had to skip classes because I felt too horrible on that 4th day.

Everyone I've told about this program seems to be pretty skeptical.  Either that, or grossed out with my enthused ‘oversharing.’  One woman, an expert on health and nutrition, said that it is impossible for anything to be sitting inside the colon for a long time, considering the structure of it.  I have thought myself that I might just be passing the fiber.  But I can't deny the things I've seen, including a 15 pound weight loss in 3 weeks! I know I am not eating that much less.  I have eaten healthier, but I have not changed my exercise habits at all.  If anything, I'm exercising less because my final exams are coming up. (Now I'm at about 1-2 times a week of judo or rowing or mountain biking, which is less than when I was feeling ok 8 months ago – but more than a month ago when I wasn't). 

It was getting to where I simply could not wake up in the morning.  I would go through weird periods of insomnia and unexplainable urges to drastically oversleep.  But 3 or 15 hours of sleep, I simply had zero energy. Now I do fine with 5 or 6 hours, which I get every night, and I naturally wake up in the morning.  I still set my alarm because I just don't believe that I will really wake up with the sun...but I do.

I love the fiber in the morning.  It actually tastes good – I swear.  The pleasure of eating healthy has returned to me.  I have developed a love of drinking water.  I never order sodas or iced tea at restaurants anymore, and it is rare that I would want to have an alcohol drink now with dinner. I actually went out recently and had lots of drinks, but woke up with energy. My desire for refined sugar has pretty much disappeared. 

Also, I think I'm a nicer person.  No one has said so specifically, but I'm feeling a lot more social than I used to and people are calling me more.  I absolutely connect this to the Colonix.  Maybe it is just the idea that I have decided to take charge of my health and energy level and people notice, plus I look better--more vital—I honestly don't know, but in any case, it's working for me.  My skin totally cleared up.  I was getting these red bumps on my arms, I had rashes from a skin sensitivity to a new detergent (looked a bit like eczema), and my face usually had at least 2 pimples on my forehead.  That is all gone.  The increased water intake is probably related.  Without Colonix as a motivating factor, I certainly was not drinking enough. 

So is it true about the crazy nasty things that thousands of people have experienced?  Yep. I've seen a lot of things myself.  Terrible things. Just this morning I passed probably 2 pounds of ‘solid diarrhea.’ It was unbelievable, inside this gooey mucousy mass, the long strings with intestinal striations and big pockets, the yellow, red, and black and green bits and pieces. As I've heard from my skeptical pals, black may be expelled blood, green is bile, yellow is a variation of green...there are all kinds of logical ways to look at this; that is, waste is passing too quickly to turn brown. And of course, all of this was contained in a gooey mass of fiber (I think).  I personally cannot chalk it up to the fiber coming in and going out, the idea that there is nothing more going on. Even if it is just that, I know I feel a lot better. So I don't really care what is actually, physically, happening – I know Colonix works.

I have not seen any confirmed parasites, but one day I passed tiny black balls, about 1 mm. in diameter.  A bunch of them.  I'm pretty sure I didn't eat tiny black balls.  Viva Colonix!"

"I'm on day 17 of the Colonix program and am just beginning to see the results that I'd been hoping for.  I started on a Tuesday and by Wednesday I really had noticed an increase in my energy level.  I had a bowel movement everyday, but nothing spectacular until Friday when I had my first true glimmer of hope.  I thought I was on my way!  I was getting the occasional headaches that week but knew this was part of a detox, and then Saturday and Sunday I was all constipated again.  Talk about taking the wind out of ones sail....just keep paddling I said.

Week two came with the everyday bowel movement, but back to harder broken up droplets, and some mild straining.  I was growing a bit frustrated and worried that I'd be that one person that this product didn’t help.  I was downing my water, eating well, etc. but not feeling too confident.  What a bummer!

They recommended that I might be drinking too much water.  I watched this morning, counted my glasses and come 3:00 pm I have to say I had the best, biggest, quickest, gentlest bowel movement in a long, long time.  Like a huge gust of wind came and filled up my sails once again!

I'm sure in due time my body will find it's way, get into sync and appreciate every part of this program.  I'd just recommend to those a bit apprehensive like me to have patience, let your body call the shots while it's detoxing.  Don't worry if you don't have to go upon wakening...I don't (even after steeping my tea the night before for a good 20 min!). Instead, I tend to go at 3 pm, but at least I go!

"After going over the testimonials and ordering the product, I was looking forward to doing the cleanse. I have always been a regular person, but am a true believer in cleanses and detoxes. So I was excited to find your website and felt this was the product I had been searching for.

I have always struggled with my weight and very conscious about exercise and diet. I have a very slow metabolism and really feel that my body needed a ‘real good’ cleanse but wanted something that was non-invasive. I started the cleanse on April 4 and eagerly waited for my results. I wasn't sure what to expect as prior to this cleanse, I did a four day detox fast which is chock full of ionic minerals, etc. Everything was going as clock work as usual and I didn't see anything out of the ordinary. I really liked the product and the program is easy to follow. I also like the fact that you don't have to change your diet although you are more conscious of your food choices. "I am a 45 year old RN who was always into bodybuilding, rollerblading, dancing etc. I am 5'4" and have always weighed between 120 and 125. I have suffered from IBS since nursing school. "I was very excited to start this program after reading the testimonials.  I have always had severe constipation and had to use laxatives regularly.  It's very irritating because I exercise regularly and eat very healthfully.  All I got was bad gas problems for my trouble, until I started using Colonix.   What an unbelievable joy to be regular!  I've had that last 10 pounds to lose and have been stuck at a plateau for over 6 months and that's been broken finally. "I have been on the program for two weeks.  Every thing was going along great except I was not having any of those ‘gross’ movements. Well, today E.T. has left the building. I stood over the throne staring at the multicolor shapes that were floating in my bowl. (If you have a sensitive stomach, you may not want to read on.) I found a dowel about 2 feet long.  What a great find.  I can dissect my findings without being to close to it.

One of the strange things looked like a sliced mushroom that was mostly black.  Haven’t had mushrooms in a while.  Then I noticed something that looked like a turkey kidney and liver. I tried stabbing the aliens with the dowel but they were too solid for me to break it open. There was a string of brown and yellow wormy things that had these sacks about the size of a grape attached. I tried to dissect these also, but they just fell about with little pus balls inside.

"I was hesitant to believe the results of your products when I read the testimonials because I didn't think such dramatic results could be obtained just from cleansing the colon.  I do believe that disease starts in the colon but since I really do not have any health problems, I thought the program would prove to be just a ‘routine’ type of cleansing for me. I only ordered a one month supply because I had thought it was all I would need. 

It took several days before I noticed weird quantities of – I don’t know what – coming out. Also during the first few days my face turned red as if I had been in the sun. "When I last wrote, I indicated that although I hadn't seen anything gross, I still had good things happening, including a diagnosis of fibroids that had gone largely unnoticed.  Well, partway into the second month, stuff has started to happen. I passed what looked like part of a small sheet of rubber.  It was roughly round in shape, about 3" in diameter and just floated on top of everything else. I have no idea what it was, but I know that I hadn't ingested any rubber gloves recently.  A couple of days ago, I finally got the rubbery, hard-to-flush rope thing.  Eww.

"My mother, who will be 86 in June, confided in me a few weeks ago that she had been having problems with her bowels.  She said that she felt bloated and uncomfortable, but was working with a doctor to get her regular again.

"I am so glad I found this site. I've been on the Colonix/Toxinout for 29 days now.  I have been eliminating daily, sometimes 4 and 5 times a day.  In the beginning I was feeling tired and sleepy all the time, but after a bm I would feel better.  Some days after a bm my butt would hurt. Well today while in the shower I noticed that my hemorrhoids are leaving.  What a blessing! 

Monday through Friday I don't get to see my bm’s because at work we have those automatic flushing toilets. The bm's I have seen at home are exactly like the pictures posted on this site. "I began the Colonix cleanse on February 12, 2007 and was scared and excited all at the same time. I read the testimonials for weeks before I decided to actually take the risk. What really made me do it was the consistency of remarks that folks made about the product and its results. Well, even before I began the product I told my sister about it and showed her pictures from the website and shared some of the testimonials with her...she decided that she'd buy it as well.  So anyway, I began and didn't notice any of the critters that I thought would come out but had bowel movements more often. Prior to then I'd have few a week unless I used a stimulant to move my bowels.  This product promoted my bowels to move voluntarily without having a watery stool.  It was consistent with the other testimonials about the time frame after having taken the capsules and the fiber.  So then, I had the 5-day break then started up again.  To my disappointment I didn't see any worms or parasites but did notice that my bowels had different colors in it and little white or cream colored things (relatively small) sticking out of them from time to time.  I didn't really poke around in the toilet bowl because I didn't see anything significant. 

Well...let me tell you.  My sister finally did order the product and began about 16 days (maybe) after I did. We were talking the other day about our disappointments of not seeing any parasites or worms but noted that our bowels were moving. She never did actually have any problems with her bowels not moving - in fact, she had one like clock-work every morning.  Well, when she stopped for the 5-days and then started back up again that's when it happened for her.  She lives across the country but was on a business trip and made a stop to our hometown of Philadelphia for one night and left the next day.  Well, well, well...

That evening she went to the bathroom and came out with a look on her face that made me immediately ask, ‘What happened? What did you see?’  My eyes were probably as big as hers.  She told me that the long rubbery thing that she'd seen on the website homepage is exactly what came out of her.  I asked, rather excitedly, if I could see it. She was reluctant at first and warned me of the smell but I told her that I could take it.  We both went into the bathroom (me with camera in hand) and investigated the deposit!  She explained that what'd happened was that there was something that was just hanging out of her bottom that she had to pull out...it was a VERY DARK piece of stuff that she kept on the paper so I could see it. Then she proceeded to pull out of the toilet the other deposit and low and behold...it sure was that thingy that was on the website homepage for DrNatura's Colonix.  (Oh, she's also taking the Toxinout product as well - I'm only doing the Colonix.) When I looked in the toilet and saw her deposit, I said aloud that I'd had bowel movements that looked exactly like it and had a lot more in the toilet than that which was in this one. She pulled it out and put it on a white plastic bag. Oh my God! It was like a chitlin' (pork chitterlings/intestines).  She made a total of six (6) deposits that day and had 4 episodes of the rubber bowels come out. Her stomach had a very slightly uncomfortable feeling and then shortly after she was in the bathroom with more coming out. 

Well, the very next day, I had a feeling of discomfort in my belly and sure enough...there my rubber bowel deposit was.  I pulled it out and took pictures of which I'll forward to this email address tomorrow.  Since then I've noticed that I've had that stuff for longer than I really knew...I just wasn't poking around in the toilet to see if it was the rubbery stuff. I was so focused on the worms and parasites (which are approx. 70% microscopic to the human eye) that I didn't pay attention to the actual texture of the deposit I was making.  I think that folks who may have thought that this product didn't do anything may not have poked around and realized that they were making rubber deposits of impacted fecal matter because they were looking for worms and the like.  All the time we've probably been passing those critters but they were the microscopic ones. 

My stomach has gone down just a little (mostly at the top beneath my breasts) and I'm glad about that. I've felt better and have had better sleep at night.  My thinking/cognition has been noticeably clearer and my overall feeling of well-being has been better than I can remember!  My bunions on both my feet haven't bothered me where I'd felt, like in the past, that little worms or something were in my bunion areas just biting the heck out of them and causing so much pain. My joints haven't hurt or gotten stiff. In fact, I've been able to trot up two (2) flights of stair (13 steps each) without feeling exhausted. My nimbleness has been much better and my stamina too!  I know that this sounds like a lot but IT IS TRUE! 

I can say that, if my sister hadn't had shown me her deposit and told me of her experience in the bathroom and how she discovered it by having to pull out a little and then about how her tummy felt just before she was going to make a deposit, I probably wouldn't have known that I'd been making my own similar deposits into the toilet. I did remember seeing little black sesame seed things in my stools and marble like stuff and different colors in my stool as well as the different smells.  I'm grateful that she came home and had the experience, shared it with me and heightened my awareness to the fact that I'd been passing these rubber deposits for longer than I'd known. But even before we both made these discoveries, we'd decided that we were still going to complete the three (3) month suggestion because we want to have optimum health and optimum results. "Here is my story if anyone is interested. I've read nearly all the testimonials but haven't read anything that caused so many problems as mine. That is, being on a fad diet. I am 54 years old and have been fighting chronic constipation for about 3 years. Before that I considered myself 'normal' with BM's about every other day. However when I went on a fad diet that required you to eat a lot of meat, almost no fruit or grains, with measured amounts of salad and veggies, I became so constipated that I had constant lower back pain and developed hemorrhoids. Even after I went off the diet, my digestive tract was never able to recover, no matter how much fruit, veggies, prunes, salad, water, or fiber supplements I ate and drank. All fluffy and jelly looking. This other stuff is from me. Stringy like rubber or hard and nothing at all to do with anything I ate the day before. I got my courage up and poked around. Good Lord, next time I'm taking in some pepper spray just in case there is something in there that's alive! So far I've dodged that bullet but who knows what the next 2 months will bring? After 54 years I could have just about anything living the comfortable life up there!

I already have one other friend starting the Colonix program and she said it worked after the first night of tea! I just want to say: Bless you and Thank you! “First off I have to tell everyone out there that is wondering ‘is this another rip-off?’ Well let me say, it is not! After three weeks I was beginning to think there isn't anything strange inside of me, but this morning...holy crap! I can not believe the things coming out of me as I started my 3rd week on the Colonix cleanse! Weird looking rubberish ropes with what looked like a thick layer of slime and globs of gross stuff hanging off. I know, disgusting isn't it? This morning was the topper. I passed a 4 foot long rope that was so heavy it broke in half when I tried to pick it up with my trusty, and very long, chop stick to take a picture! Cripes! Like it was full of rocks...I am weirdly shocked and delighted at the same time. Shocked to think I've been carrying this around for years and delighted to know it's not in me any more! And if you're thinking ‘It's just something she ate,’ let me say, what came out of me had nothing to do with anything I've eaten lately!

When I have an experience like this in the morning I smile and visualize my nice pink happy intestines breathing a sigh of relief.  I haven't been regular in years but I am now.
