"I'm 31, and have always had issues with my BM's.  When I was really young I used to get ear infections, and the doctors would prescribe the bubble gum antibiotics. I think this was the start of not having a normal functioning intestinal tract.  As long as I can remember, I always would have stomach aches and have to make a dash to the restroom, to deal with bouts of diarrhea.

Then a few years back, I came down with a bladder infection.  Doctors checked me and I tested positive. Geez, this stuff is actually working. My stomach is not as bulged as it has been and is actually flat!  I have more energy as well.  I admit I have been really skeptical about this product, but it is working already and I've only been using it for 4 days! Here is my day by day breakdown so far:

Day 1: Steeped tea for 2 minutes – I received the product later in the day, so I could only start with the tea.

Day 2: 2 Paranil capsules and took 1/2 scoop of fiber 15 minutes later.  I had 4 BM's after it kicked in.  All was normal.

Day 3: 2 capsules and took 3/4 scoop of fiber.  I did this because I was using another fiber supplement and I seemed too used to the fiber already.  I'm not sure if it was a good idea to up the scoop level!  I had 5 BM's that morning.  They were a little loose, but definitely not diarrhea.  I did notice little black specs in them.  I'm not sure what those are.  I never looked and studied my BM's before, so I have nothing to compare to. I steeped my tea for about 2.5 minutes.

Day 4: Woke up at 3 a.m. and had to pee so bad! Then went #2.  Went back to bed.  15 minutes later I noticed a little cramping and had to go again. Went back to bed. Got up around 5 a.m. and had to go again. Again I had a little cramping, but once I went it vanished.  Finally got out of bed around 7 a.m. and had to go again! I'm like this poop factory. I noticed that this had more black specs, and upon further exam I had some small hard pieces that were round and darker in color.  Not sure what it was...but it did resemble some of the stuff in your pics on your site. I took 2 capsules and took 1/2 scoop of fiber.  Had to go one more time, but nothing unusual.

The thing I really like is when my stomach was cramping slightly, I thought for sure I was in for a diarrhea attack!  But to my surprise, the BM's were a little loose, but no where near diarrhea. The other difference is that I can actually go to the bathroom, more than once or twice a week... I'm really impressed by this product so far! "

"WOW! It's been a LONG time since I have felt this good. For the last 7 years I have had severe abdominal, kidney, lower back, and ‘female’ pains (including extremely painful intercourse) that have taken over my life and the person I wanted to be. Regarding the products and my method of tweaking:

– I get early morning cramping because of the tea. If I don't get cramping, then I didn't steep the tea long enough. The one time I steeped it way too long (like 30 minutes or so) I woke up at 2:30 am with bad cramps. Don't do that!
– The  fiber does not mix well with cold drinks! I started off microwaving 1/2 cup (grape or cranberry) juice for 30 seconds, mixing, then pouring in cold juice to make it cold again. Later, I tried mixing it with soy milk, which tastes really good. I also once tried to dump the fiber in my mouth first and kick it back with juice...NEVER do this. It won't go down your throat – I experienced first hand the 'sticking' action this fiber has. It matted onto the back of my throat and the roof of my mouth. STUCK there. I was at the kitchen sink hacking and coughing and literally scraping the fiber off from the inside of my mouth for the next 15 minutes.
– You can wait more than 15 minutes between the Paranil and the fiber, so I take my shower and such in-between the two to make things move quickly in the mornings.

So that's my story. Even if you don't get drastic results, this will move you in the direction of better health, and who doesn't want that?

Update...

"I'm 30 years old and for the past 10 years or so since college, I've experienced chronic gut pain. The pain has been about three inches to the right and an inch down from my belly button, of course radiating from inside somewhere... In the morning, middle of the night, middle of the day I've grown accustomed to attacks, within the past year or so they've started causing nausea and vomiting. I've had a colonoscopy, xray after xray, done the barium swallow (where the doctors have you swallow an xray-able milkshake they can follow as it flows through your digestive track). Basically they've come up with nothing. No ulcers, no nodes, no nothing.

It was just about a year or two ago that I came to the conclusion that this gut pain seemed to coincide with some increasingly painful lower back pain, in just about the same spot. The gut pain sometimes churns; it comes in pulsing waves of increasing pain, sometimes causing me to curl in a ball on the floor. Since the doctors haven't found anything I've just lived with it and have attributed it to hunger pain...

Usually at this point is when I pass the big balls of things that look like poop-turned-tissue, compacted, rubbery and strung together with what looks like tissue of some sort. "I am 37 yrs. old and have Fibromyalgia & Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Anyone with FMS (Fibromyalgia Syndrome) knows how symptomatic that is & that it affects everything. Tommorow is 2 weeks now that I have been on it. Because I have trouble swallowing pills, I was instructed to put the Paranil in applesauce and that is working well for me.  I love the fiber drink and I am currently mixing it with a little bit of apple juice and it’s delicious. I may try alternating and mixing it with soymilk so I don’t get burnt out on the apple juice. I put in a heaping scoop of fiber (a little extra for good measure).  I was also told I could do it twice a day if I felt the need to.  I also enjoy the tea in the evening. I have anywhere from 1-4 bowel movements each day.  Some days it doesn’t seem like much and other days it is more.

A couple of days ago I measured it as best as I could without sticking the tape measure all the way in the toilet.  One piece was about 9" in length & altogether it was about 19" that came out. I was thrilled and that was certainly more than I was use to. One day I saw black specs mixed in the matter.  Not sure what it was.  Another day I saw what looked like a small piece of orange cabbage, still not sure.  I do also see what looks like white rice, probably worms.  I am having side affects from the cleanse because I am so toxic.  While it has lasted more than a couple of days now, I am hoping the worst will be over soon.  I experienced a couple days of terrible migraines and have fatigue and feel sluggish most days thusfar. The last 3 days I have had muscle and joint pain along with sciatic nerve pain which I haven’t had in ages. The sciatic nerve pain runs from the buttocks down the legs and is uncomfortable. Between the days I had the migraines until I had the other pain I just mentioned, there was a 2 day period where I had no pain and felt good.  I know this will pass and once it does I will be all the better for it.

I feel so hopeful now though, and just knowing that I am doing something so positive for my body makes it all worth it.  I will remain on the fiber forever and when I am done with the Colonix, I plan on getting on the probiotics and hopefully plan on doing the Toxinout. People with fibromyalgia need to cleanse for candida (yeast) especially. A word of advice for anyone with this disease...please listen...I have made much progress and have reduced my pain levels by adhering to dietary changes (no sodas, caffeine, limit dairy, processed foods, white sugar, flour, no red meats, etc.).  I eat mainly fruits, veggies, fish, & take vitamin supplements (very important for our immune system). Once you get your pain under control you can manage light exercise. Hey take it from me, now I hardly use my wheelchair because I am getting around better. I also have a chi machine (do a search on the internet if you don’t know what it is). It is extremely beneficial and worth saving up for. After taking the fiber in the morning I get on my chi machine and it helps to move everything around in my stomach and seems to initiate a BM even more! Check it out.  I welcome any emails. "Hi all...I'm back with an update nearing the end of month #2 on the Colonix program. I just want to say you guys are awesome!  This product is fantastic and I just rave about it to everyone. My stomach is flatter and my bowel movements are so regular now. I have 3-4 bm's daily. I have a history of chronic constipation & hemorrhoids, but I am happy to report no issues what-so-ever with either of them. What a relief to be able to get so good and cleaned out.

I see a lot of weird stuff come out that I've never seen before and not even when I was on another colon cleanse product which I tried before DrNatura’s Colonix. Also, I have lost weight. "I've been taking this intestinal (colon) cleaner and it is amazing, shocking and a bit gross the ‘stuff’ that is exiting my body. You might have heard the story of Elvis Presley having 30 pounds of ‘matter’ in his colon at autopsy.  John Wayne was another I've heard about.  But it's only because they were famous that it was noteworthy. Turns out everyone has stuff in there causing all sorts of aliments, from headaches to you name it.  For me it was I.B.S. and a few other things including just feeling clogged up. I've always thought of trying colon hydrotherapy but was too embarrassed to go through with it, besides they’re not very effective.  

Recently, I have been hearing more and more about colon cleansing, even on TV but the infomercial I saw looked a bit hokey. After visiting the site, reading testimonials and seeing the pictures, I was amazed and horrified that this stuff was really coming out of people. I figured there must be something wrong with these people, there's no way I have that stuff in me right?  But what if there is?  Well the product is all natural psyllium fiber, herbs etc. so what could it hurt to try, the most I could lose is a few bucks right?  

Well after only one week I've lost a lot more than that, from my body that is. Turns out those people were telling the truth and the pictures were real.  Evidently we all have quite a bit of ‘stuff’ (for lack of a better word) gunking up our system.

The good news is after only the first week I feel better than I have in many years.  No I.B.S., more energy, not tired, my prostate seems like ten years ago, I feel clearer and my memory’s sharper. "I just wanted to give my testimonial on your product. Below is a letter I wrote to my doctor, who had been treating me for years for my skin disorder...as a 25 plus year suffer of plaque psoriasis. I think I was cured in large part by your product. I've realized my skin was on fire with psoriasis and it was because my colon was in such a horrible state of pollution and failure. I wanted to follow up with you regarding my informal study of what cured my psoriasis, and how it might help any chronic sufferers you may have as clients.

I found that sugar or anything digested that can be turned into sugar by your body needs to be eliminated as soon as possible for faster results.

I first started with cleansing my colon over a 60 day period with a product I found online, called Colonix. It’s a product offered by www.DrNatura.com that will also clear your body of any parasites taken in by water, food or environment.

I started my first 30 day Colonix program and followed the diet instructions as best I could; it was a big change for me to eliminate sugar, caffeine and alcohol all at once. It starts with the fiber mix in the morning along with the parasite killing pills taken at the same time, and a digestive tea taken before bedtime.  

After these 30 days, you prescribed the DermaZinc and a steroid that cleared up plague psoriasis in less than 3 days. The plaque just busted up into sand-like debris and fell away.  My office visit to you showed the results, I’m sure you were amazed as I was. I then continued another 30 day regiment of Colonix, and never felt better in my life. Cleaning out the colon is KEY, if your clients want to be cured of psoriasis long term.

"I am a 32 year old woman. Around the ending of 2005 I was looking for a colon cleanse because I wanted to do something good towards my health and I now know that cleaning your colon is the first step towards good health. I began looking on the internet for a colon cleanse and I bumped into your site. After spending hours on your site reading all the stories I decided to order it and give it a try, although I was very skeptical because of all the false advertisement that goes on all over the place. As you recommended I ordered 3 boxes since it would be the first time I have cleansed my colon and I am 32, so I could imagine all the toxins I have accumulated over the course of my life, in this all so toxic world we live in.

Anyway, before I began the product I remember myself as a person that always felt she was tired. I took naps everyday and slept a lot. My stomach was extended and I didn't have normal bowels.
