"October 31: The first day of my cleanse. I was so excited to get the box.  I felt as if I had been waiting for the biggest present of my life.  Started right away with a scoop, 2 Paranil, and water.  I’m also doing the Toxinout cleanse, so in the afternoon, just before lunch, I took all the pills.  I was so excited to get going.

November 1: Started going right away, had a lot more poop than normal.  Nothing else to report.

November 2 - 7: Not a lot to mention but the poop.  I feel bad for the septic system.  Also, my face is breaking out a lot.  Hope this goes away soon.  I’ve had adult acne for the last 10 years, and now that I’m getting older, there’s the wrinkles.  How unfair is that to have zits and wrinkles at the same time.  

November 8: Looking at the poop, I’m seeing rice-like things.  Hard to say what’s in there, but it’s odd.  Could be undigested rice, or worms?  I’ll look and see if I find anything on the internet.

November 9: Today there’s a revelation.  I’ve noticed that I’m not searching for words like usual.  I’ve got this problem, when speaking in a normal conversation, and I can’t grab the word that I need to use. It just isn’t in my head to use.  Usually I just flounder until someone says it for me, or I skip over what I need to say, and people start to see me as an airhead, which I’m not.  It’s strange, I know, but I’ve dealt with it most of my adult life.  It sure is a wonderful thing that I can actually say what I want.  Yippee, it’s getting better every day!

November 13: Starting to see black chips in there.  Is that part of the plaque?  Also, my lower back is aching. Just as a note, I’ve had problems with kidney infections and bladder infections. The people at DrNatura say that past problems can resurface with a cleanse.  So must be that my kidneys are getting rid of all the toxins that are sitting in there.  Glad to have the toxins out.  I never thought of that when starting the Toxinout cleanse.  Glad that I’m doing that cleanse, too.

November 15: Starting the third week of the cleanse, and I’m kind of bummed that I haven’t passed the big package yet, so I’m throwing in another scoop in the afternoon.  We’ll see if that ups the bowels.  One thing that I did notice today is that my food doesn’t taste as rich as before.  I mean, not too long ago, if I took a bite of something, I would be overwhelmed with the taste of the food and have to have several more bites, even another helping. The food still tastes good, but not as great so that I would have to eat so much.  I can stop when I need to. How refreshing.

November 17-21: Oh yeah, more stuff is coming out.  I think that I see some thread-like things with fuzz at the end.  I can’t believe it, but I think that they are worms.  How disgusting.  I’m glad to get rid of them.  Oh yeah, the texture of it has changed, too.  I can’t believe that I’m writing this, but it looks like thin waves of lining that has bunched up at the end of my colon, with large marbles stuck inside of it, and then it’s encased in a mucus-cased wavy lining.  I wonder if anyone else has had wavy-marbley poop before.

November 23: Wow. I don’t know if it’s all the Thanksgiving food that I ate, but I suddenly have really been doing some damage to the septic system.  There have been several trips to the bathroom, and so much stuff is coming out each time.  It’s refreshing once the smelly stuff is flushed.  

November 24-27: It’s not just the Thanksgiving dinner, it’s a whole lot of junk that is still coming out of my system.  This is wonderful.  My colon feels happy after every trip to the bathroom.  I hate that I stop the program for 5 days for my break starting tomorrow.  Another thing, my Mother-In-Law asked me what kind of make-up (foundation) I was using.  Well, I wasn't wearing any.  She basically said that I was telling her a story, and I think that she thought that I was trying to hide something!  I told her about the colon cleanse, and she seemed rather amazed.  I hope that she’ll try it soon.  I might buy her a box for Christmas.

December 3: I start back today.  I’m excited to see what’s going to happen.

December 8: It’s taking a long time to get back to the volume of stuff leaving my insides.  I started off with 2 scoops of the Colonix right away, and I was hoping that it would be as much as it was last week.  It’s only the wavy poop stuff, which is great.  I just can’t wait for all of that junk to get out of me.  The great thing is that the wavy poop hasn’t stopped showing up in the toilet, except for during those 5 days off that you take to give your system a break.  

December 17-22: I can’t believe that I’m staying up as late as I am.  I’ve been running around like crazy getting ready for the holiday, and don’t even realize that it’s 1 AM.  I’ve done this all week, and turn around and get up at 7.  I feel great.  Two months ago, I would have had a break down, and taken several naps during the day to catch up on my sleep.  Now I don’t need to.  This is fantastic, I’m able to get so much more done before I crash for the night.  I really believe that it’s because of the cleansing that I’m doing.  

December 23-31: Still passing the same stuff into the toilet as I have been.  It’s amazing to look back over my notes and see what has happened during the last 2 months.  I am so glad that I’ve stuck it out, and I’m still seeing some of the wavy poop stuff, with the slimy lining coming out in my visits to the toilet.  I feel fortunate that my septic system hasn’t let me down.  I’m able to get more done because I have the energy to do it, and I can think clearly about all of the stuff that I have to get done.  I don’t know how I would have made it through the holidays if I had my old, dirty colon.  I tell you what, DrNatura, you have a customer for life. "This is not just a product, this is a miracle. It has been nearly one year since the first time I ordered this product. I was 20 years old at the time, diagnosed with IBS and lactose intolerance. "I just wanted to share my story with those of you that are thinking about cleansing your colon. As a Christmas present to myself as well as a New Year’s resolution, I decided that I wanted to cleanse my colon so I did some long and hard internet research on various products used to cleanse the colon. I must say that DrNatura's product sold me. "I have always been extremely overweight, then in 1998 I had the Roux-N-Y gastric bypass surgery. I lost 260 pounds, but due to this I have had some digestive issues (of course). I haven't been regular for nearly 2 years now, and they had me taking a fiber supplement, when at times it worked but not regularly. I love salads, whole grain breads, but still had an issue. I have had many surgeries to have the excess skinned remove. So I have been on all kinds of antibiotics and pain killers (only during the post operative time); I am sure this has caused havoc on my digestive system as well. I don't drink coffee, carbonated or sugar drinks, and I can only handle some sugars, and others make me very ill. "A quick update on my first week: I started the Colonix & Toxinout programs on Dec 8. I haven't seen anything major yet, but I am having at least 1-2 movements a day.  The good news is I am no longer using the fiber supplement I was taking before I started the Program. I can't wait for those nasty impurities to be evacuated my body. I know that it takes various time for varied people. I am very encouraged from reading the testimonials. "Here's my 2 week update: I have thrown away my other fiber supplement since I started this program. Every morning like clockwork I have a major movement...what a nice way to start the day. And then I usually have anywhere from 1-2 more movements a day. Nope, I haven't seen anything like those wonderful testimonials yet, but again, it's only been 2 weeks and with me having had the by-pass, I am sure that it may take longer for me. But I feel better, and am more regular than I have been in years.

"Well, I know I just sent an update a few days ago. However, I just had to send in this update today. It's 3 weeks, and well, I saw it...Yeppers, what all the other testimonials talk about: strings of brown mucus, ugly strings of yuck. I was amazed, and at the same time relieved that that was out of me. So I am sure that the next couple of weeks I will start to see some other yucky things...

I have really enjoyed all the emails I am getting asking me how it's working for me. Keep the emails coming, and give me updates. I hope those who have emailed asking me should they try it and I told then ‘YES,’ that they have.  

Don't get discouraged if you don't see results like on the testimonial page immediately. Remember everyone reacts differently, and will see results differently. "Hi my name is Navdeep and I am 28 years old. I’m also a registered nurse. After reading everyone’s testimonial and finishing my 3 month Colonix program I just wanted to write you guys and tell you how happy I am with your product. I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease in April 2003. I went through traditional treatment and after 8 months of western medicines, I was frustrated and upset. "I started on the DrNatura’s Colonix program about 10 days ago.  I am in good physical health, eat relatively well (thanks in large part to my wife’s healthy cooking), and exercise consistently.  Even with all of those fine practices, I was suffering from a nagging gas and bloated stomach problem.  Every morning started with noxious fumes as my wife suffered through not only the radio alarm but her husband's 5 minute gas salute to the rising sun. If the noise didn’t get her out of bed, the smell of raw sewage would.

I hit the internet to see if there was a way to address this ever increasing discomfort and rid ourselves of this unholy morning ritual. Lucky for me, DrNatura was the first site that came up on my Google search.  After 30 minutes of reading both the science behind the product and the testimonials, I decided to give it a try.

The first few days brought no real changes.  Regularity in this department has never really been a problem for me. It's the day after Thanksgiving and I certainly have a lot to be thankful for.  I am a 54 year old artist who was recently forced to sell my beloved art gallery due to my deteriorating health.  Previous to opening my gallery, I had operated a sailing charter business with my husband in the tropics.  I have actually been unwell for a few years, experiencing severe constipation, depression, ‘fogginess,’ and most recently terrible sinus and ear infections that caused debilitating vertigo, nausea and general weakness. "It's Christmas Eve and seems an appropriate time to write my first update.  What a gift the Toxinout and Colonix programs have been for my husband and myself! We are fourteen days into our second month of a ninety-day cleanse.  In the first thirty days we saw so much improvement in the quality of our lives that I dreaded doing the five-day rest period between the first and second months.  On the sixth day after our ‘rest’ we were so excited to begin the program again.  Well, I must report that when we resumed the full program there was a noticeable difference.  We both experienced ‘toxic’ headaches, fogginess and fatigue which disappeared after two days.  I look at this as a good thing – I believe this means there is definitely more work for the cleanse to do.

As I wrote in my original testimonial, my health had been seriously deteriorating and I feared I would end up in the hospital soon if I didn't do something drastic to change the course, which is how I ended up finding DrNatura. I want to add that I believe it is just as important to steadily improve the quality of what you put into your body and also what kind of thoughts you allow yourself to dwell upon.  As a result of doing this cleanse, we have continued to clean up our internal and external environments.  For one thing, we decided to rid our home of the microwave oven (you might be interested to read that in some countries they are banned because of the alterations that occur to food during the ‘microwave process’ – check out the information available on the internet). Anyway, we've made even more changes to our diets such as making sure as much of our food as possible is organic and we've changed to more natural cleaning products. Because I am feeling so much better, I have started an exercise program. The more you help the cleanse, the better your results will be, however, even if you don't make changes DrNatura's cleanse has to improve your health.

Now, here is the good part:  We were in a health food store, buying a supplement we use and the younger person helping us (a complete stranger) said, ‘I'm going to start using this product because it sure appears to be working for you – you both look great.’  My husband and I are in our mid-fifties and prior to beginning our cleanse we were not looking well, but were tired, puffy and bloated.  I must say we were chuffed.  We hadn't really thought there was that much difference in our appearance.  We had noticed our skin has become clear and smooth.  I guess seeing each other day by day we just got used to the gradual changes.  Of course, we had to explain to the clerk that the real difference for us has been the DrNatura cleanse!  We walked out of that store giving each other high-fives. The other really noticeable thing is that my fingernails are quite strong and they are growing and growing.  I've been letting them get long for a novelty, but I do realize I'll eventually have to trim them down.  I'm amazed because before we started this program my nails were splitting and breaking off...they were the worst I've ever experienced. It must be because I am absorbing nutrients again at long last.  Wow!  I'm not entirely recovered yet, but I have total confidence that I'll be coming back stronger and better than ever.

Just a tip from me to you:  For those nights when I was doing the required resting from the KleriTea I bought some organic relaxing tea especially made for bed time.  It worked pretty well and kept me from stressing over the fear of my insomnia returning.  Another natural way of getting that essential sleep.

"Well, I came across this website in an effort to find a cure for my problem: blemish-prone, oily skin. While searching for ‘natural cures to treat acne’ I came across a very informative website that advised those trying to clear up their skin to change their eating habits, take vitamins, and most importantly to do an internal cleansing.  It made sense! After all, everything that shows up on your skin is a result of what's going inside you. I am blessed to be engaged to a wonderful man who loved me with my blemished skin and who thinks I'm the most beautiful woman he's ever seen, but I wanted to clear up my skin for me. Being 23 years-old I was frustrated that I still had to struggle with acne at my age, and after making my dermatologist and pharmacist rich from my frequent trips there, I decided that there must be something I could do on my own to clear up this horrible ailment. After changing my eating habits, and taking vitamins, nothing changed.  I was yet again frustrated and disappointed and hating my skin.

Once I read about DrNatura and visited the website, I began reading about the worms and parasites and gunk coming out of some the people who tried this program, and I thought to myself ‘I know I need cleansing, but it can't be that bad...’ Ha ha ha...little did I know the stuff that would come out of me.  Needless to say, the first couple of days, nothing shocking or surprising to report, however my bowel movements did come out more effortlessly.  Probably around day 6 or 7 I noticed a disturbing smell in my bowels and raisin-like things in my stools. "STRONG>"Like many others I did a google search looking for something to help me with chronic constipation and found your site.  Two things convinced me that I had to order your product: 1) I had a dream that something was in my intestines and when looking at the parasites on your website, I said to myself 'That was my dream.'  2) I read a testimony from Pullup, Washington and who would ever make up that name because no one has ever heard of it but us that have been there!
