"My first piece of advice is...Get the 3 month's supply!! I only ordered one because I was skeptical that it would not work and I'd end up with yet another ‘supplement’ sitting in my cabinet collecting dust. Now I'm bummed that I have to wait for the rest to be shipped.

The main reasons I researched colon cleansing were moodiness, stress, and irritability. I was exhibiting these symptoms daily at work and it came close to getting me fired. The other things I was experiencing were bloating, smelly gas, joint pain, inflammation, binge eating, craving sugar, a stubborn ‘pot belly’ that remained despite dieting and exercise and significant fat loss. I also had problems with attention deficit, my voice stammering, poor memory and an overall ‘blah’ feeling. I didn't think it was for me though because I envisioned the medical procedure of pushing the water through the colon to be more effective. I talked to 2 people whose medical advice I respected.

First, I asked my acupuncturist if she had any referral sources for colonics. She stated that it was too invasive and risked complications. She recommended buying an over-the-counter cleansing system using a fiber pill.  The other person I asked was the physician I work for and I was surprised to hear his response because he's usually pretty open to alternative medicine. He basically said that the colon cleanses itself and unless you're not having bowel movements weekly there is nothing to be concerned about. I was really disappointed that I couldn't get anyone to jump on the bandwagon and try it with me. So I finally took the plunge and hesitantly placed the order. I was so happy when it arrived! I had it delivered to work so I could start right away and my coworker was teasing me for being so excited about a colon product.

I started noting shifts in my energy level the first few days taking Colonix. I could also feel movement in my intestinal tract and a release in lower back pressure that is always present. I followed the plan faithfully for about 17 days and had good results. The BM's came in the morning about 3 hours into waking. I felt a gentle reminder to go to the bathroom. There was absolutely no discomfort or urgency. I had used another product before and always experienced painful gas, waking in the wee hours of the morning for an emergency trip to the bathroom, and super smelly gas that made work and social activities embarrassing. I told myself I was doing something good for myself and tried to deal with all the negative side effects. But I never felt really ‘cleansed’ when I used that product...of course I hadn't actually experienced a true result before Colonix.  I even found some of my stools that had the old fiber capsules undigested and passing right out of my body. It's obvious that Colonix powder formula is far superior. It gels up and carries old junk out. I could feel stuff coming out of places it was probably stuck in for a long time. No other product works like this one, I promise.

The best feeling was the day I felt the urge to have a BM (probably day 9) and when I sat down the matter just glided out of me. I got excited because it felt so much different than my regular movements! Finally I was going to get to see some exciting visual results. A very large amount of matter about the size of a softball came out. It looked like seaweed and was one continuous strand of slippery junk with mucus all over it.  A few days later I passed a sac with little black eggs in it.

The energy that you get when you start the program is unparalleled! I couldn't believe I was feeling so happy at work. My friend told me my skin was ‘flawless’.  I was amazed how youthful and pretty I felt with the new healthy glow. I had complained before about my rear always aching for 15-20 min after having a BM. It was so nice to just eliminate and not think twice about it or feel pain. Unfortunately my regimen got interrupted before I finished all the product. I went on an 11-day vacation and decided to take a break from cleansing while I was visiting family. Big mistake. I ate so much junk and didn't exercise while I was gone. When I returned my whole body and all the systems felt inflamed. My BM's had a tar-like consistency and were only coming every few days. I cannot wait to get my new shipment. I've definitely committed to the 3 month program as well as the probiotics.

Now anytime anyone discusses health problems I immediately think about Colonix helping them. "I can't remember exactly what I was searching for online when the DrNatura site came up. It seemed interesting so I began to read the testimonials and view the picture gallery, which totally freaked me out. Immediately I started telling all my friends about it. They seemed uninterested and grossed out by the discussion of worms in the human body. So, I decided to order the Colonix immediately for myself.

Well, I have always been a hard person to work. I have been addicted to laxatives for almost seven years now. I was lucky if I had one bowel movement in three days. "I found this website by accident several months ago!  I was amazed, shocked, and could relate to many of the testimonials!  I have suffered with constipation all of my life.  I have tried EVERYTHING!  And still nothing worked!  I have even been on prescription drugs for constipation – with little or no results.  So I decided to try DrNatura's Colon Cleansing Program.  My husband even decided to try it and he has never had any problems with constipation.

"I have CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome), and I was dealing with another bout, when I decided enough was enough!  I did a search on the internet, and found this website, and of course, after seeing the photos and being totally disgusted, I decided it was worth a try!

"I was surfing the internet one Sunday morning looking for exercise equipment.  See, I went on a program to lose some weight that I gained from asthma medications.  I am really close to my ideal weight but I felt I needed to work on the abs.  Well I was on a website for an exercise machine and I saw this link that said ‘Flatter abs without exercise.’  I was like ‘yeah right!’  But it caught my eye so I clicked on it and boy I am glad I did.

Next thing I know I am reading about this cleansing program.  I was still skeptical about it.  I probably read everything on the site.  Walked away from the PC for an hour or so and came back.  Finally, I thought well it does say if I am not satisfied I can get my money back.  Then was the choice of do I just buy one month or jump in with both feet and buy the three month supply for the cost savings.  Well I went for the three months and figured it is guaranteed so what do I have to lose.  Well apparently I have a lot to lose.

I got my order on time and it was a Friday.  Prefect, I can start on the weekend.  Because I wanted to track this I started making notes of how I am feeling, what was coming out, and side affects. I want to say first that I felt I was fairly regular when it came to my BMs.  Normally I would go once a day.

Day 1 – I went a couple hours after starting.  It looked normal.  Round two later that day also normal looking but I never usually have a BM twice in a day.

Day 2 – I went again in the morning and later that day I got a bad headache but I usually get those anyway.  I only noted the headache so that when I am completely done I have a record of how often I get them.  Maybe they will happen less often or not at all once I am through the program.

Day 3 – I went twice that day again.  This time there looked to be particles of stuff in there, perhaps undigested food.  Colors were light and dark brown.  No headache today.  Felt gassy.

Day 4 – Went twice again.  Both times were like day three, but round two had some surprises mixed in.  Something that looked like a crumbled brown paper bag and the other was green with what looked like chunks of fat in it.  Gross.  Again no headaches but I did get minor stomach cramps.  I think that was my own fault though because I waited to long to go.  My second job is at a restaurant and I fell funny going there.  But I am over that.  If you got to go just go, trust me.

Day 5 – Went twice again.  First round looked normal for the most part but there was more of the green fatty looking stuff in there.  Round two was just weird.  It looked like the shape of my intestines and I am sure if I was to unravel it, it would look just like some of the pictures posted in this gallery.  I got a minor headache that day.

Day 6 – Today, it is 5:20 pm as I type this and I have already gone four times today.  All the same stuff…fatty looking, mixed with waste, particles of stuff, stuff that looks like if you unwound it, it would look just like all the pictures in this website.

I am just shocked at this point.  I am not as brave as some to go and poke though it.  I actually cannot believe I am looking this closely at the waste coming out but I wanted to be sure it was working.  And believe me it is.  There is definitely more coming out than going in.

I am going to continue to track the outcome (literally) and my health issues.  I mainly suffer from fatigue, asthma, and the occasional bad headache.  I will say already I have noticed that head aches are less often and less severe.  Once I am completely through with the program, I plan to briefly summarize my experience to post on the website for those that are skeptical like I was."

"WOW!  I just counted 10 teabags left in my first month's supply (I decided to order for 3 months). Since I've been so busy, I thought this was an easy way to figure out that I've hit 20 days, and definitely had a ‘fun time’ in the bathroom today. I knew this was the moment I'd say ‘Gotta write!’

I read the ‘What Existed Inside Me’ page (the pictures page on this website) and today I definitely got rid of a similar, rubbery, bumpy mass – at least 12 inches in length.  I think similar stuff may have come out of me already, but haven't quite noticed anything for sure (and yes, I've been looking – believe me, you want to look). Today, I wasn't quite sure what I was looking at, so I went to the tool bench in the garage to get a little wooden shim – the ones that advertise on the package ‘Over A Million Uses’…Ha! With my handy poking tool, I noticed, this stuff isn't gonna break up.  It's like they say, like all rubbery!

I'd take pictures, but the ones you have pretty much says it all.  I just wanted to say, some advice to anyone who is ‘just thinking about it’: I'm actually vegetarian for over 15 years, but I do like to eat, and have a sweet tooth, and so hitting the age I'm at, I have the attitude and motivation to keep healthy. There’s nothing else unusual with my health that's so serious, as some folks here have talked about.

Back on day 2-3, I coincidentally had a routine physical exam lined up with my doctor.  I mentioned about how most of the time, we shop for organic foods, grains, seafood, regular fruits and veggies.  But, despite being more active with sports and getting back to being an athlete the past 18 months, I wondered ‘Why do I still seem to be the same weight?’

In sort of a sports-medicine fashion, we counseled about a fat-muscle ratio, eating habits, etc. (a goal I knew I had for the past 5 years, but is not being put off any longer). I actually don't have a scale at home and wasn't even watching my weight anyways. I set a personal goal, which I now know will be more achievable because of this great product after today.  I'm in my 30's, and being really active again, I know this really fits in with my long-term plan for good health.  The Tea, Caplets, and Powder are not harsh (being vegetarian, I also ordered supplies of the Good Bacteria Caplets).  Looking forward to the weeks and months (and years!) ahead. "Thank you so much for your Colonix program. It has brought me back to life! I have always been able to enjoy food, especially dairy products. I never had 3 times a day bowel movements, maybe one every other day at best. My mom would always be making me bran muffins growing up to try to get me regular. Five years ago I moved to the east coast from the midwest and due to the mild winters I now experience I would get an ear infection every January. I was at a place in my life where I was nannying and finally pursuing my lifelong dream of becoming an opera singer. I was promised health insurance by my employer, but never received any. Finally, my fiance and I got married and we received health insurance through his employer and three years ago went to see a new family doctor about my recurrent ear infections. He prescribed antibiotics. This was my first experience with antibiotics as I was a very healthy child and young adult in the midwest. One month after the round of medication I was hospitalized for severe c-diff that killed the good bacteria in my intestines. I went through 3 rounds of the strongest antibiotics to kill the c-diff and it took 6 months, the longest and last course of medication being 6 weeks. After that, I would still have severe diarrhea and cramping and was told by the GI doctor to keep a food diary to see what I'm eating to trigger it. At my next appointment she told me that I am lactose intolerant and have IBS. I was mortified. I couldn't believe that something like this could happen to me from a measly ear infection!

I stumbled onto your website at this time and even emailed you my having c-diff and asked what you recommend and I got a reply saying that your program could help me, but I was too scared and didn't believe it and forgot about it. During this time up until recently, I gained 40 pounds and felt bloated all the time. I went for my two-year check up in March and told the GI doctor how bloated I felt and about the weight gain and she said that I'm not bloated and to continue doing what I'm doing. I told her that I'm thinking about doing a colon cleanse and she asked me if I had bowel movements. I said yes but not every day, she said, ‘well, you're eliminating, so you're fine. You don't need to do a colon cleanse’ and she laughed.

I cannot eat cheese, I throw up. I can't drink milk or eat ice cream, I get a violent stomach ache. I can't eat any butter, I get cramping. I cannot live like this. "This is the first time I have ever given a product testimonial but maybe it will help someone else.  I had to send you an email on my first couple of days on the Colonix program. It is a good thing you mentioned that you will see stuff that you won't believe...because I did.  I had been dealing with hemorrhoids for several months and notice that they always returned after I had a hard stool and I knew constipation can bring them on.  I had done some ‘colon cleansing’ stuff but nothing like what I saw on your website so I decided to give Colonix a try.

On the second day I had my first bowel movement after starting the Colonix. I was at work and just out of curiosity I looked at the stool and I thought I saw it move.  I figured it was the movement in the bowl that was causing it.  I balled up a small piece of toilet paper and dropped it in the bowl.  It did not move when the ‘turd’ did.  I did not think much of it and went back to work. Two days later I had another movement and I checked it out.  This time I was at home and I know the bowl water does not move. As I looked I saw the ‘turd’ twitch!  I am thinking that thing is alive!  I balled up a piece of toilet paper and dropped it in the bowl...no movement when the ‘turd’ twitched. "Praise God for DrNatura’s colon cleanser! I haven’t felt this great since I was 16 years old. I'm 51 years young, I've suffered arthritis, anxiety attacks, insomnia, headaches and IBS for the past 7 to 10 years. "I came across your website as a result of a mean trick that my sister played on me.   I am deathly afraid of parasites after watching a TV show about them!!  My sister & I visited Western Mexico a couple of months ago.  After we returned to the U.S., as a joke, she told me that there was an outbreak of ‘Mexican parasites’ where we were staying. "I have had stomach problems for many years, especially with the area of constipation.  However, I have recently had three abdominal surgeries in three years, 2 cesarean sections and a hernia operation. After those procedures I have had many digestive issues especially a lot of gas and bloating.  I have tried so many products also have done several other cleanses.  I felt great during those cleanses but after they were done the symptoms came back. "I have been using DrNatura's Colonix about 3 weeks now....all I can say is it is wonderful and what I have needed all this time. It’s an amazing product, very gentle and is just giving me relief from years and years of feeling just downright horrible. 

I am 31 years old and have been chronically constipated as long as I can remember.  I just remember while I was in junior high or high school that I wouldn't feel the urge to go until about 2pm everyday and would have to get excused to go to the bathroom.  I would have to push my hands on both sides of the stall just to push something small and hard out.  While I was in Junior high school, something weird formed on my rectum and after going to the doctor I was told I have hemorrhoids (at 12 years old!!!!).  Since then, it has been an uphill battle to go to the bathroom even with eating fiber-filled foods and eating healthy.

I also notice tons of gas coming out as well. I experienced 2 days of what seemed like diarrhea even though I was steeping the tea the same amount of time.  I thought it had to do with the tea but I continued with steeping the tea the same way and it didn't happen again. I realized that it wasn't diarrhea but actually tons of matter just coming out...

“I'm at the end of my first month (7/16) and wanted to add on to my testimonial. In the past, I always took way too may ibuprofen even before I had cramps because the cramps were so bad on the first day.  I took it three times a day. "8/2/06.  I am about 2 weeks into my second month. I thought that the first month was significant enough with all this black stuff coming out and the other stuff I wrote about above.  I just assumed that I don't have any of the stuff others have written about in their testimonials, but TODAY I went to the bathroom a few times in the morning...the first one, normal I guess.  Then the second one was preceded by cramps similar to when you are about to have diarrhea. I looked and it had a white stripe (about 2 inches) in length on it and I could see on the underside that there was more white stuff, but I wasn't about to look further! From what I'm reading on the web and the DrNatura website, it could possibly have been a tapeworm.  So there goes my theory that only meat-eaters get those kind of things.  Then about 10 minutes later, I got the urge again and yet another bad cramp. I went and I thought I was having diarrhea, but then I looked again and there was this round (about 5 inches in diameter) gelatinous stuff with stool in it....YUCK and GROSS....but I have to admit I looked at it in amazement before I wished it a good journey!  I guess there is more to come..."

"I'm on my eighth day of taking the Colonix program.  I was anxious to get started so I ordered it and had it shipped to my vacation destination where I was staying for a week.  The product arrived in 2 days and I was able to start on the program before going back to work.  I was deathly afraid of having major gas or blow outs at work.  Neither has been an issue yet.
