"I have been using DrNatura's Colonix about 3 weeks now....all I can say is it is wonderful and what I have needed all this time. It’s an amazing product, very gentle and is just giving me relief from years and years of feeling just downright horrible. 

I am 31 years old and have been chronically constipated as long as I can remember.  I just remember while I was in junior high or high school that I wouldn't feel the urge to go until about 2pm everyday and would have to get excused to go to the bathroom.  I would have to push my hands on both sides of the stall just to push something small and hard out.  While I was in Junior high school, something weird formed on my rectum and after going to the doctor I was told I have hemorrhoids (at 12 years old!!!!).  Since then, it has been an uphill battle to go to the bathroom even with eating fiber-filled foods and eating healthy. 

Until I started using DrNatura's Colonix, I was going once every 3 days, with stomachaches between.  I always wondered where all my food was hanging out since it wasn’t coming out.  When I would go, it would be preceded by a horrible stomachache followed by 30 minutes in the bathroom with a stool that just didn’t look or smell healthy.  I have taken antibiotics throughout my lifetime for various conditions, been on the birth control pill several times and I just felt that my body has gone through the ringer.  In recent years, I had significant hair loss which nothing helped, bumps on my face that seemed to be like acne but not red, and an increase in cellulite.  I just felt that my vitamins weren’t getting absorbed, I had headaches all the time, I was sluggish, and my bouts of depression seemed to be more frequent and for longer periods of time.   No amount of exercise was changing my body either because I think my food wasn’t getting used well.  I always thought I was having a heart attack because the gas pain was so piercing and throughout my body.  My turning point came about 2 years ago, when after I had gone out to a Christmas party and had a couple of glasses of wine, I came home and went to sleep and woke up to find that I had a bowel movement in my bed...I was mortified and disgusted and knew right then that I had to do something about it.  Since then it has been a search to find something that would help me. 

I have a friend who does colonic irrigation therapy and after talking to him, he seemed to think that I had formed deep pockets in my colon due to my history and that they needed to fill up before I could go to the bathroom, hence the significant urge once every 3 days.  But his solution was to have a series of 5-10 colonics all squeezed into a couple of weeks.  I was about to do it but paying $80 each time and getting a tube filled with water to clean you out didn’t seem natural.  Something told me that rather than having your bowels cleaned out passively, something active needed to be done by my own body.  After seeing someone on TV talk about colon health and a product he was selling, it prompted me to go online and find out some more information.  DrNatura kept popping up and I just plunged in and started using it immediately. 

I would like to write in another few weeks after I have been using it a little longer but I would like to say what I have noticed so far.  I have bowel movements anywhere from 1-4 times a day usually in the morning.  I go within 15 minutes after waking up and the bottom line is I feel good....I didn't realize how bad I felt! I don’t have the courage to poke or prod around with my stool but I have looked and considering I know my own body well, I can just tell that the first 2 movements are all old stuff.  I looked at the part in my hair yesterday and noticed a lot of new pores with little hairs popping out.  My skin looked really clear and bright the first week but after the second week, I woke up one morning with a massive cold sore above my lip.  I have gotten them for the past 10 years or so, but I’m able to control them because I know when they are coming...this time, it came during the night and with a vengeance.  When I talked to customer service (several times), they said it was because of the Paranil and it was removing toxins in my system and our skin is the largest organ that stuff can be removed through.  I suffered from really bad back-pain for the past 3 years and for the first time in 3 years, I was able to run last week and not feel any pain in my back. I also notice tons of gas coming out as well. I experienced 2 days of what seemed like diarrhea even though I was steeping the tea the same amount of time.  I thought it had to do with the tea but I continued with steeping the tea the same way and it didn't happen again. I realized that it wasn't diarrhea but actually tons of matter just coming out...

All  I know is I look forward to taking the products everyday, I look forward to going to the bathroom as soon as I get up and I look forward to what is to come. I will post a testimonial again after I am done with my first month but I already know that it's going to be positive.

“I'm at the end of my first month (7/16) and wanted to add on to my testimonial. In the past, I always took way too may ibuprofen even before I had cramps because the cramps were so bad on the first day.  I took it three times a day. Well, I got my period today and WOW...for the first time in years, I don't have intense cramps, and haven't had to take anything to control the cramps.  For the past week or so, I was expecting my period and something strange was going on with my movements but I couldn't really figure it out.  Towards the end of the week, when I went to the bathroom I had to strain a little but was doing the same routine on the program that I have done all month.  When I got up yesterday, I didn't go to the bathroom at all and anticipated going all day but didn't.  I felt really really bloated and tired.  This was really disconcerting because of the relief that I've been feeling most of the month.  I read testimonials, talked to customer service and felt relief in knowing that it's just another stage that my body is going through.  Today when I got up, I had a very nostalgic BM; I had to strain for a long time for something to come out.  I couldn't understand it because I've been drinking the same amount of water and even steeped the tea a bit longer.  But then, that set off a series of real substantial ones that I didn't have to strain. "8/2/06.  I am about 2 weeks into my second month. I thought that the first month was significant enough with all this black stuff coming out and the other stuff I wrote about above.  I just assumed that I don't have any of the stuff others have written about in their testimonials, but TODAY I went to the bathroom a few times in the morning...the first one, normal I guess.  Then the second one was preceded by cramps similar to when you are about to have diarrhea. I looked and it had a white stripe (about 2 inches) in length on it and I could see on the underside that there was more white stuff, but I wasn't about to look further! From what I'm reading on the web and the DrNatura website, it could possibly have been a tapeworm.  So there goes my theory that only meat-eaters get those kind of things.  Then about 10 minutes later, I got the urge again and yet another bad cramp. I went and I thought I was having diarrhea, but then I looked again and there was this round (about 5 inches in diameter) gelatinous stuff with stool in it....YUCK and GROSS....but I have to admit I looked at it in amazement before I wished it a good journey!  I guess there is more to come..."

"I tried DrNatura's colon cleanse for 30 days and was amazed by the results!  Some of the strangest stuff I've ever seen in my life came out of me (and I'd much rather see it in the toilet than know it's inside me). I also kept a written journal of everything I ate and every bowel movement I had during the cleanse.  I'm now paying much greater attention to what I put in my body and taking serious notice of what's coming out! I talked to all my friends about it (well, those who were mature enough to not get grossed out) and many are planning on giving the cleanse a try too. "I'm on my eighth day of taking the Colonix program.  I was anxious to get started so I ordered it and had it shipped to my vacation destination where I was staying for a week.  The product arrived in 2 days and I was able to start on the program before going back to work.  I was deathly afraid of having major gas or blow outs at work.  Neither has been an issue yet.

I purchased the probiotics formula as well.  I feel good!  I haven't weighed myself, but I do feel as though my waistline is coming back.  I have always felt bloated and now I feel as though my stomach is flattening beginning at the top where it was distended and used to just stick out.  The most amazing thing that I am noticing so far is that my eye color is changing.  This may sound very strange, but if you've been a patient of iridology you will understand.  I had gone to an iridologist years ago so I have always been curious about how he was able to pinpoint my health issues by viewing my iris.  I usually have this honeycomb type of pattern in my brown/hazel eyes.  My eyes are primarily brown, however; it appears that on the outer rim of both eyes the honey comb pattern has gone away and all I can see is a smoother greenish color.  I recently had lasik surgery so that explains why I'm so in tune with the patterns and specifics about my eyes.  I highly doubt that the lasik had anything to do with the color change so I decided to poke around online and although it is controversial there are some cases where people who have been on a cleansing program or raw foods diet have noticed a change in the color of their eyes.

"I was one of the people on their last straw when I came across your website.  It has been a life-changing experience for me.  I did the 3 month cleanse and have continued the fiber and probiotics.  I have always had problems with being regular and never thought anything of it except for how miserable I always was.  I have suffered with severe stomach pain, odd body aches, acid reflux, dairy sensitivity, asthma, dizziness, fogginess, headaches, sinus problems, joint pain, severe tiredness, extreme mood swings and horrible periods. "I don't know who sat down and put this system together, but I would have to say that you have done a real good job. I am on day 8 and I haven't taken pictures yet, but I am starting to pass stuff like in the photo gallery. I have more energy, and able to do more. "I wanted to share my testimony. I am a 32 year old, in good shape, busy single mom of three, one of which is recovering from severe Autism.  I have never smoked, drank, nor done drugs in my whole life.  However, I have struggled with weight issues and problems with food. You couldn't tell by my appearance but it's true! Since my early twenties, I have worked out with weights and done sports for fun and was on an all women’s powerlifting team. Most people would say I am the picture of great health, but I know differently. In my thirties I have found I can't tolerate sugar at all, and it is difficult to keep weight off. “Well I am on day seven and lovin' it!  This product is AMAZING!! My skin is clearer, I feel more at peace and lighter. On day two I passed some gross mucusy stuff and these things that looked like red tic-tacs. "Hello, I will probably be writing quite a bit over the next few weeks to update you on my progress.  Hopefully this will make it your 'museum' of testimonies.  I just want to keep people updated on how this product is working for me because I have suffered almost my entire life with constipation, bloating, gas (not starting until my 20's), acid reflux, ulcers, hernias, depression, anxiety, and the list goes on!  I truly believe all of these things are attributed to a combination of a stressful childhood leading into a stressful adulthood and an unclean colon!



I've had TERRIBLE, almost crippling at times, acid reflux since my teens as well as chronic constipation, meaning I do not go to the bathroom more than once every 5-6 days without the help of an enema or another type of laxative.  I've been drinking senna tea, which has been working a little and is similar to the tea in the Colonix kit, but without it I stop 'going.'  I became a 'health nut' just after I turned 20, getting back into the gym after not participating in sports since high school, and gradually started eating much better, getting more healthy foods which included good nutrients and lots of fiber.  But I had been eating terribly for so many years and got into drugs and alcohol pretty early in life, so my body was already suffering huge consequences at 20. 

Like so many other people, I have been surfing the net to find a 'miracle' to help cleanse my body and rid it of the built up waste.  I've tried so many other cleansing products, detox kits, etc. and most either only work for a few days or not at all.  My body has become so dependent on 'help' that enemas aren't even working very well anymore.  And after I saw the pictures of parasites and the ones that satisfied customers have sent in, I knew I had to order this product.  It is a little pricey for me, as I am college student and putting myself through school and have no 'second income' or help.  But I believe you can't put a price on good health.  And I've already spent 1000's on colonoscopies, endoscopies, and on advice from doctors, telling me to take this pill for the reflux, that pill for the constipation, and to eat more fiber.  Wow, too bad none of that worked.  Oh, and I must say that I find it amazing that a doctor can tell me it's 'normal' to have built up waste sitting in my intestines.  Interesting. 

So today is the second day that I've been on the product and I had a bowel movement this morning and then a few smaller ones throughout the day.  Nothing huge has come out yet but I'm already seeing 'stringy' white things that are attached to the waste.  Sorry, I'm not going to 'dig' through it to investigate, and I do thank the people who have had the stomach to do so, otherwise I wouldn't have been convinced to purchase this product.  But I'm also relieved to hear that another one of the customers felt like something was moving around at the outside of the anus because I've been having the same feeling all day.  I'm pretty sure I know what it is and I want it out of me very soon!  Hopefully in a few more days I will be able to write back and tell you more exciting things.  I'm having a few side effects, bloating and headaches.  But unfortunately, headaches are part of any 'real' detox program.  You just have to tough them out.”

“Hello, I've already e-mailed customer service a few times to talk about the experience I've been having with Colonix and now I'd like to share it with everyone else!  It's because of the overwhelming amount of testimonies on this site and hearing people who share the same symptoms and problems I've been plagued with.  I can't even tell you how many times I visited this site, just spending hours reading the testimonies and gaining more hope that there is something out there that actually works.  Like many others, I've spent probably over a THOUSAND dollars on products, gimmicks, prescriptions, and herbs that either provided temporary or no relief from everything that's wrong in my body.  I've had two colonoscopies and also had my esophagus examined since I turned 20 (I'm now 25).

Since high school, I've had issues with severe gas (the kind that makes you buckle over and want to throw up), constipation, sometimes diarrhea, heartburn, severe acid reflux, ulcers, hernias (from straining), fatigue, depression, irritability, sleepless nights or sleeping too much, indigestion, acne (which has worsened as an adult), and just about everything else you can think of that would be related to my digestive system.  I've been scoped, poked, x-rayed, probed, and still have never been given a real reason as to why I suffer from all these things.  Even if you've only suffered from a few of these symptoms, you know how badly it affects the quality of your life and everything you do.  I started suffering from bad panic attacks shortly after my 20th birthday, and people often thought I was acting for attention or just a pessimistic person in general with a foul outlook on life.  I'm just the opposite.  I've always done well in school, have been president of my college's honor society, have been involved with many volunteer groups, and always have tried to be thankful for the life I have.  But I still have had severe bouts of depression and could never figure out why.  The ‘doctors’ have wanted to put me on every drug imaginable, and then when I would become constipated they would tell me to take a harsh, chemical laxative.  Well, I've taken so many laxatives and enemas that my body doesn't even respond to them anymore.

I also have that ‘pooch’ that many females complain about.  I eat pretty well...lots of fruits, veggies, and whole grains (although that hasn't always been the case), and lots of organic things as well.  I also exercise, dance, practice yoga, study martial arts, and have a body to show for it, except for the stupid ‘pooch!’  And even as I lose more body fat the pooch is still there.  So I know that I'm ‘backed up’ with waste in my intestines.  I have also been picked up by a modeling agency in my city, and it is stressful to try and take good photos for my comp cards, knowing that I have a kangaroo pouch sticking out!

I recently starting drinking a senna tea at night which started helping me go to the bathroom in the morning.  I would feel so relieved but by the end of the day I was still tired, bloated, and feeling ‘stopped up’ again.  So when I saw Colonix and saw that its products contain the same herbs, and after browsing the website countless times just fascinated by people's stories, I knew I had to give it a try.  I have been having to count my pennies lately due to outrageous gas prices, but I managed to save up the money for a one-month supply and it has been worth the financial sacrifice so far.  After spending thousands of dollars on hospital visits and other worthless cleansing and detox systems, this has been the smartest investment for my health.

“I've already submitted a testimony and yes, it was published on the site.  That is one way to know that this product is legitimate and not publishing 'false' or out-of-date testimonies like so many other products and services available on the Internet.  I'm somewhere in the third week of the program and I've definitely been more 'regular' than I ever have been my entire life.  And the customer service has been excellent!  They have always gotten back to my e-mail inquiries within 24 hours.  They have also given very good advice and tips to make the program much more efficient. 

I had mentioned in my last testimony that I was suffering from headaches as a side effect from the products, but those have finally subsided.  So for those of you who think you can't make it through the first week because you're still feeling bloated or even a little worse than before, hang in there, it does get better!  I haven't passed any crazy creatures yet, but there are MUCH larger amounts of 'stuff' coming out of me, and definitely different colors, very similar to some people's pictures.  I'm eating much, much healthier, too.  I ate pretty well before, but I no longer have my nightly sweet craving.  I used to have to have some sort of dessert before bed every night, usually ice cream or some sort of rich piece of cake.  But not any more. I've always had a sweet tooth my entire life and I'm not craving anything sweet besides lots of fruit.  If my family heard me saying this they would laugh!  I've always been addicted to candy and sugar, even when the rest of my diet was healthy.  But now my body is actually craving healthy things…lots of grains, my body definitely tells me it needs fiber constantly…and lots of milk and a ton of fruit.  I no longer have to force myself to eat these things because I'm actually craving them.  And I don't miss the sugar one bit!  I still have an occasional muffin or slice of banana bread, but it's something I've baked at home and not coming off the shelf of the grocery store and loaded with tons of extra 'ingredients' that our bodies can't use and don't need.  Colonix is really a Godsend. "I am a 42 year old mom, in pretty good shape with back issues. After being constantly tired and needing coffee every morning being constipated and bloated with back pain, I was desperate to find a solution. I went online and discovered DrNatura's colon cleanse. "I'm halfway through my 2nd month, and while I haven't had the more amazing results some of your other customers have had, my results have been amazing to me, nonetheless!  No drastic weight loss (just a few pounds).  No parasites (at least that I've seen).  But, OOOHHHH how wonderfully different I feel! 

The most remarkable change I've noticed is that when I exercise now, I can go longer, not rest to catch my breath like I had to before, and I can raise the intensity of my cardio workouts considerably.  I can lift heavier weights, too, and I feel like I'm getting so much more out of my workouts!  My endurance and stamina have jumped up about 75%.  It's been truly amazing.  I wish I could describe it better, but you just have to experience it to understand.

"I just finished my 3 month cleanse about a week and a half ago. What an experience! The best decision I've made regarding my health, period! Many of the testimonials here focus on how it relieved their symptoms of IBS and constipation. I had constipation pretty bad which cleared up with the Colonix, but what went away that I was not expecting were my chronic migraine headaches!!!  I've suffered debilitating migraines ever since I was about 8 years old. I'm currently 34 years old. I tried everything to relieve them: drastic diet changes, stress-reduction techniques, yoga, pharmaceuticals that made me tired and loopy, OTCs like Excedrin by the handfuls it seems (my liver is probably hating me now). "I am a 27 year old college student. I was suffering from IBS related symptoms from past 5 years and I never took them seriously and thought that they would go on their own. "Well, first off, I would like to give a little background information about myself. I am a 41 year old male in relatively good health living in Southern California. The one problem that has plagued me since I was about 7 years old however, was nervous stomach disorder now commonly known as IBS and related conditions. From the time I was 7 years old until about age 16 I was on and off Donnatal and related medications for severe stomach pain and distress on frequent occasions. The doctors said that as I got older the symptoms 'should' disappear and there was never a clear diagnosis. For years I went through and suffered with the stomach pain and the medical tests that I must say are very, very uncomfortable to say the least. Upper GI, Lower GI, etc, etc.  At about the age of 17 the symptoms began to subside and for a matter of about 6 to 8 years I had no symptoms at all and was elated but it was to be short lived. At about age 26 the symptoms came back with a vengeance almost overnight. I began to seek medical help but the diagnosis was about the same other than it was now called IBS. I was on again and off again on different meds but nothing seemed to help. I experienced bloating, diarrhea, constipation, loose stools, severe stomach pain, and heartburn on a daily basis. I always had at least one bowel movement a day but it cycled between constipation, loose stool and diarrhea. The pain would become so severe it would put me down from a few hours to a full day. It got to the point that I would only eat one meal a day because I did not want to feel the discomfort more than once a day. Then there is the social and personal issues it caused. I could not go on a dinner date and had to be very careful during social situations as to what I ate or I had to respectfully decline to eat because I knew what would happen. When I contacted their customer service, they just told me that everybody reacts a little differently to the program and needless to say I got no satisfaction. I also compared ingredients of DrNatura and the other program. There was a significant difference in herbs used. So I took a chance and ordered 60 days worth of product.

Well, here it is as of day 6......so far I am very impressed and here is why:

Day 1 - 2 I was feeling very bloated with a slight headache and no change in bowels. Still very loose and after a meal still had the sudden immediate urge to use the bathroom.

Day 3, here we GO! For the first time I can ever remember I had three bowel movements, two in the morning and one in the afternoon. I noted they were not as loose and the only one I felt the immediate urge to use the bathroom was the first bowel movement in the morning. After my one meal there was slight bloating but no pain, gas or sudden urge to use the bathroom.

Day 4, SIGNIFICANT DAY, again two bowel movements in the morning and one in the late afternoon. And guess what, yes, I had the urge and was hungry and actually ate two meals. No bloating or pain just a little gas.

Day 5 and 6, continued with three bowel movements. I noted the texture of the bowels were tighter and longer and again ate two meals with slight bloating but no pain or sudden urge to use the bathroom. I also have not had any heartburn since I started this program!
