"I’m 39 years old and for many years I have suffered with constipation and took various laxatives. "I just finished my first month's program of Colonix. I am a real sceptic about products that are advertised to do so many wonderful things for the body. However, reading the testimonials and seeing the photos, I decided to try this. Those photos had to be real. No one could fake those. I wondered, if those people in their 20's thru 50's had that much debris in their colons, how much must I have at age 75?

My major problem is a bloated belly that sometimes after I eat dinner, even seems to impair my breathing. I have a slim build, so don't have a weight problem. I have seen several doctors and none had clue what the problem is. One told me I was constipated and to go home and take a laxative. (I knew I wasn't constipated, since I was having one or more bowel movements a day.) One told me to wear a girdle. One told me the bloating was either fat or fluid.

"I am a walking testimony now. I went out and got a shirt made, because that is how much I believe in your product. I was raised in Idaho by a lead smelter. The trees didn't even grow there because of the smelter and after they shut it down they started growing. Well there were plenty of days that you could taste the lead in your throat. As I grew older, I started to fall apart: no energy, my feet hurt worse than anything, and if I ate something my body didn't like I felt like I was going to literally fall apart in the waist line. "I am 52 years old. In March 2008 I did the program for 2 1/2 months. Lots of gross stuff - stringy, ropey, shiny, twisted, pockets of who knows what and mucus ropes, came out. I checked it out like one guy said to do with a throw away chopstick (I kept it in the trash can to use each time). Some of it looked ordinary until I ‘undid’ it.

"I was really excited when I recieved my Colonix program in the mail because I had read almost all of the testimonials and I knew that it had to work. I have spent too much money on different products to help me be more regular and to clean out my colon. The Colonix program was cheaper than what I had been spending, and it actually worked! I have already completed my 30 day program about 2 weeks ago and I still have not had that bloated feeling that seemed constant before Colonix. I felt bloated to the point where I could not move and even sometimes was in pain. I would have a bowel movement about 2 times a week before Colonix, now I go 2 times a day, even 3. It is amazing what a difference it makes, and the fiber was not nasty at all. I find that it tastes the best in apple juice, almost makes the apple juice taste better.

"I'm on Day 2 of my second Colonix regimen, April 2008 was round 1. I could not believe the difference it made in me and my life! I was actually going through menopause (aging) and during the April 2008 cleanse, my periods came back regular as day again. "Wow...where do I begin?  It’s been 3 weeks today since starting your program.  I initially heard about Colonix from my 23 yr old daughter who forwarded me DrNatura’s website.  She started your program 2 days before I did.  After reading all the testimonials, viewing the pix, and reading how important cleansing your colon is, I was sold.  All the info on your website made sense and the symptoms many of the people were experiencing were the same ones I had.  I forwarded your website to everyone I knew.  I immediately ordered 2 packs to be delivered regular shipping, but decided I wanted to start right away, so I ordered 2 more packs for overnight shipping.  (I figured any extra packs I had, I would give away to friends and family who also could benefit from a colon cleanse.)

I’m 47 yrs old and in pretty good shape.  I work out and walk regularly; my diet consists mostly of fruits, veggies, whole grain cereals, some meats.  I love sweets, but I try to consume in moderation.  I know drinking water is really important, but I never was able to do the 8 glasses thing.  Actually, I didn’t drink much of anything.  I never seemed to be thirsty.  Well I’m now definitely drinking at least 64 oz. of water each day.  Your program is the only thing that’s motivated me to drink so much water.  

Some of my symptoms prior to starting your program were bloating, feeling tired, protruding stomach (although the rest of me is slim) feeling movements in my stomach.  I didn’t think I was really constipated cause I’d have 1 movement per day or every other day.  When I didn’t go for a few days, I asked my doctor what I could do, and he said just to drink a lot of water and he prescribed Zelnorm which definitely didn’t work for me.  The only thing that would help me go was taking tablets with cascara sagrada, but that just eliminated what I had just eaten and did not cleanse my colon. 

Now to my progress.  I excitedly started the program April 21.  I took the Paranil tablets, waited 20 minutes and drank 1/2 scoop of the fiber with water (which tasted fine) and then drank 8 oz of water.   I had my tea that night, steeping it for about 2 minutes; the tea was great, very soothing.  The next morning I went 3 times, but in small amounts and nothing unusual.  My first 5 days went pretty much like my first day.  I couldn’t wait for my 6th day when I upped the dosage.  Well after upping my dosage and steeping my tea for about 6 minutes, the very next day I didn’t go at all.  I was so disappointed feeling very bloated and miserable.  Then the following 2-3 days I had only 1 small movement a day.  I was on my 2nd week now and couldn’t understand why I wasn’t seeing results.  Needless to say, I became frustrated and thought maybe the program wasn’t working for me.  I emailed your customer service a few times and they responded right away explaining that I needed to make sure that I didn’t drink too much or too little water with my fiber, drink 64 oz per day and to steep the tea for 10-15-20-25 minutes. 

Well, I steeped my tea for 25 minutes and surprisingly I didn’t have any cramping and didn’t have to rush to the bathroom in the morning.  I started to go again anywhere from 3 to 5 times in the morning with substantial amounts, and I am now seeing all sorts of...mucous and odd color stools.  I feel so much lighter.  Also, the tea is helping me sleep more soundly and peacefully.  I wake up refreshed and ready for my day.  Oh, before I forget, I wasn’t necessarily trying to lose weight, but I could always lose a few pounds, and I’ve now lost 3 pounds while on the program without altering my diet.

“I was just feeling so great this morning that I wanted to give an update on my progress.  I am now on day 6 after my 5 day break.  I was somewhat apprehensive going into my break wondering if I would still be able to go by only taking the fiber and not drinking the tea, but what a relief that I was still able to have 2 to 3 movements daily on the fiber alone!

Now that I’ve resumed taking the Paranil capsules and drinking the tea, I’ve been going up to 5 times in the morning with very substantial amounts...  Upon awaking, I really don’t have any cramping and I’m steeping my tea now for 20 to 25 minutes.  After about a 1/2 hour of being awake, I have a gentle urge to go (I'm more in tune with my body now) and am able to go with great ease.  What a wonderful feeling!  All this gunk is being expelled from my body in such a gentle way.

"Hi DrNatura, I thought I'd give you an update on my progress.  I completed my 3 month cleanse July '06 and what a life changing experience the cleanse was for me!  Not only did I become clean internally, my overall lifestyle of eating and drinking changed.  I am now eating more healthy and drinking at least 64 oz of water per day, which I never drank before. I've continued with the Colonix fiber and FloraProtect probiotics and have had consistent daily movements each day (I used to go only every 2 to 3 days). I feel more energized and have mental clarity, but my mind used to feel clouded and foggy.  My hair and nails are growing long and strong; no more falling out or breakage. My skin looks radiant, no more rashes and blotches. Sometime in 2003, during my gynecologist visit, my doctor remarked, while performing the exam that I appeared to be bloated and areas of my stomach were really hard and compacted and gave me an order for a sonogram of my stomach; she was concerned that I may have a tumor.  Needless to say I was really scared, but the sonogram revealed that I didn't have a tumor.  The doctor concluded that I was probably backed up and constipated. "I know I’ve already provided quite a few updates to my testimonial, but I just discovered something truly incredible and wanted to share.  As long as I can remember, I’ve had ugly, yellow, thick toe nails.  Years ago, I sought treatment from a dermatologist, since none of the topical treatments I tried helped.  She said it was from a fungal infection and prescribed Lamisil, which helped after many months, since it takes so long for toenails to grow. But then the fungus came back. So I resigned myself to always wearing toenail polish to keep my toenails covered up. I usually get pedicures, so I don't look at my nails.  Well today I decided to take off the polish and lo and behold the new nail growth is clear and normal, not thick, ugly and yellow. "Wow, What can I say, where do I begin? I had problem with constipation, gas, ingestion, and acid reflux for many many many years. "My husband purchased both the Colonix and the Toxinout programs for me earlier this year. I am now in my third month. I had to write in and let you know some of my results. Prior to starting the cleanse, I was extremely lethargic, poor general health, was lucky if I went two times a week, excess pounds, lazy, and not eating healthy in any manner. Believe me, there are at least fifteen other symptoms I had, but I did not wish to repeat nearly every one that the other testimonies already listed.

Since I have been on the two programs, I have increased my energy levels to where I have actually started to exercise! Pick me up off the floor because I couldn't believe I even got off the couch! For me this is a first. My eating habits have changed to where I no longer crave meats, french fries, fast food, etc. I have lost my appetite for many un-healthly foods to where I am now eating veggie burgers and drinking soy milk! While I haven't noticed any strange objects, I don't look very closely. "I'm 31, and have suffered from so-called ‘IBS’ symptoms for 7 years. I have been to countless GI doctors and gynecologists trying to figure out what was going on in my gut. I joined organizations dedicated to finding a cure. I seriously considered flying to a foreign hospital that offered a clinical study!

Even in childhood, I was never regular but in my 20's I began suffering increasingly horrible episodes of sharp pains and cramping. These episodes left me unable to work or even stand up straight. Often, the distention and pain were so severe that I'd wind up in the emergency room. The swelling made me appear 5 months pregnant, and ironically the pain and screaming were worse than natural childbirth – and far less rewarding!

"I have completed 30 days of the Colonix alone, w/o the Toxinout program and I think it's time I submit a testimonial. "I have to say, this product is amazing. Let me first state that I have never written a testimonial on anything in my life. This product has changed my life and I hope that whoever takes the time to read this makes the same decision that I did.

About a year and a half ago, I started feeling bloated and having gas...over a 6 month period, it got so much worse...I had gas 24 hours a day, usually 7 days a week. I was embarrassed to go anywhere...I was just married and sometimes just having to ‘take the dogs outside’ so that I could go pass gas, or go to the bathroom and run the shower so my husband wouldn't think something was wrong with me. "My husband is really into health and wellness and has taken various detox and herbal products all his life. His entire family is into natural remedies and doing things to support the body. He’s been trying to get me to do a ‘purge’ since we met about 13 years ago and trying to motivate me to take control of my health (my mom is a breast cancer survivor and both of us are watching her fight to maintain her health; it’s improved greatly, but she still has to deal with side effects of the various intensive treatments she underwent; by the grace of God she is still alive).

Recently I’ve been very tired, with little to no motivation to stay involved with anything I begin. For example, I was losing weight through Weight Watchers and was very dedicated to that program, reaping the benefits of a healthier lifestyle. But, when I became pregnant with our third child, out went the motivation to get back into the program. I’ve regained 20 of the 32 pounds I lost when on Weight Watchers, but my clothes are fitting as though I’d regained all of the weight. I feel a sense of general malaise: it’s like I’m walking under a cloud all the time. I also figured out that I was constipated because my bms were hard and I only went once a day. I mean, that’s a lot of testimonials to ‘make up’ and, if they are real, could that many people be wrong? After reading through the website, doing a search for any negative reactions and press on the product, and researching some of the ingredients, I decided not to delay like so many others; I placed my order the same day I completed my research (2 days total). I bought a 3 month supply of Colonix plus a 1 month supply of Toxinout. While I was waiting for the product to arrive, I told my husband and mom about what I was doing and he was quite proud of me. He didn’t believe that I would actually do it, which is why I didn’t tell either of them until after I bought the detox. Hubby’s a big tea drinker (ceresee, ginger, green, anything that is beneficial), so once he realized that the program included tea, he decided to join me and is using one of the 3 kits.

I was very excited when the product arrived about 3 weeks ago and started right away. The first two days nothing happened for me. Then I began getting the same urge as described by others: I gotta go, but I’m not pushing people out of my way to get there. I’ve had my down days when I don’t feel so great and I don’t poop at all, but part of the problem was that I wasn’t drinking enough water (believe me, drink the water throughout the day; don’t try to drink the water all at once to catch up, you’ll have an explosion in the bathroom). I also had to adjust my tea to 4 minutes steeping and my fiber to 1.5 scoops after 2 weeks on the program. Now, although you can’t set a clock by me, I do go 2-4 times a day, having 1 medium to large bm in the evening. All are soft (I look every time, stopping the auto flush at work to check it out), some are elastic looking, and only when I ‘catch up’ on my water drinking does it ever hurt. I’ve broken out on my face, but it wasn’t too bad and it’s clearing up now. I became fairly depressed again because I was hoping to feel the sense of euphoria exclaimed about in other testimonials and to see the weight dropping off. I know that the process is going to take awhile since this is my first ever detox and I’ve got a lot of toxins to get rid of. But I was still hoping for immediate results. I need to be patient and wait. I’ve decided to do the full 3 month program.

But hubby doesn’t need to do 3 months. He could probably get away with 1 at the rate he’s going (but I’m going to have him stay on it for 2). The man has never been constipated and is quite regular (twice a day). He always has sizeable bm and rarely, if ever, gets diarrhea (it’s the other programs and all those herbal supplements, I’m sure, bcause his eating habits aren’t the greatest). He does have acid reflux problems and gets quite bloated, however. He’s also described the putrid stench (which I do have on occasion, man that stuff will knock you clean out, but the smell doesn’t linger once you flush, isn’t that strange?) and the ropy ridgy substances which the latter began a few days ago. Both of us have just started week 3 and we’re pooping to our heart’s content (at least I hope to be soon) - better buy more yeast for our septic system!

Colonix really works, take it from a man who has used many other cleansing products and a woman who, though the beginning has been slow, has seen the benefits. Today, I ordered enough Colonix and Toxinout to last 2 months (him) and 3 months (me) as well as the fiber by itself to continue taking even after we’re done detoxing. After the program, I’m going to cut way down on the fiber intake because 1.5 scoops is a lot of fiber to try and ingest all at once. I like the fiber best with milk, though I’m going to switch to soy since cow’s milk has issues all its own, and hubby likes it in clear juices (apple, peach/grape, etc.). "I've always been a small person, but after my 3rd daughter when I was 28, I've struggled to bring my weight down from 125 back to 110, and all of the problem seems to be centered around my abdomen.
