"I just wanted to write a small testimonial for my second day; I will write more after a couple of weeks.  I wanted to write this because I know there are laxative dependent people out there with IBS whose bowels spasm if they try programs such as these. I was really skeptical about ordering this because I have been laxative dependent for over ten years. Sometimes I would have to take as many as six pills to have one small movement per day. I tried a couple of colon cleanses (and they were no less expensive than this one) but they just caused my colon to spasm and I had to stop after a couple of weeks of being miserable, constipated, and bloated. "For more than half my life I’ve had cramp attacks.  Starting when I was about 12 I’d be up all night with ‘grumbling guts’ followed by diarrhea.  At first it was about once a month, I’d think I had a bit of the flu or something.  Then it grew to once a week.  Then the cramps got worse, to the point where I couldn’t stand up once they hit.  I started tracking my meals and narrowed it down to offensive foods.  By the time I was 20 the attacks were less frequent but my diet somewhat limited.  I’d heard of colon cleansing, but was scared to try.  My colon was so touchy...what if I made it worse?

When I was 26, and pregnant, my diet had to be even more restricted and the smell became all it took to have me curled up on the floor in agony.  My doctor was impressed that I delivered my first baby without painkillers.  He said childbirth is the most painful event a body goes through, followed by kidney stones.  I said I’d take labour over a ham sandwich any day!  He thought I was joking but had an internist come to see me.  She thought I was exaggerating.  They just didn’t get it.

During my second pregnancy the cramps would come on, then diarrhea, then early labour pains!  After the baby was born (when I was 30) I was down to baked chicken, rice, and veggies.  I couldn’t eat out, I couldn’t order in.  I couldn’t even take my kids out for ice-cream!  I was still too scared to try a cleanse.  I thought ‘It isn’t so bad that it can’t get worse.’

Then the cycle started again.  Cramps every few days.  I was scared because I couldn’t care for my kids when the cramps came.  We lived in the country, what if I was alone?  We completely childproofed the main floor – nothing to climb on, all cupboards locked, most toys in boxes that the kids couldn’t open, baby gates everywhere so that I could confine them to one room if need be, with only the safest of toys available.  I carried a cell phone with me all around the house.  When we went out for the day I wouldn’t eat anything until we got back home.  I was worried, but didn’t even realize how much of my time I spent thinking about it.  It was just part of my life by this point. "My girlfriend bought this program for me at Christmas, 2005. "I am an almost 50 year old man that has been on opiates and way too many other prescription medications for years. I have had to have 6 back surgeries and I have a shopping list of medical problems. Because of this I have had to resort to laxatives so that I could have somewhat of a regular bowel movement. I either had diarrhea or rock hard stools until I tried Colonix with my wife and daughter. "I was browsing the web for natural ways of losing weight and then I saw the Colonix cleansing products. I had seen the product online about a week before but I didn’t really pay it much attention. Then I ‘googled’ the product name and found so much information, I figured all these people can’t be wrong. And the pictures motivated me even more because if I had those things inside I needed to get them out!  So a friend of mine ordered it and we decided to try it out together. "This product works! I just finished my second month and the other day I had this rubbery, shiny, gooey looking thing – like a monster from hell - come out of me. If unraveled, I am sure it would be 4-5 feet long. Lord have mercy! No wonder my stomach has been hurting all the time (not to mention a variety of other symptoms). "I heard about DrNatura on a diet and health forum and was intrigued by what I read. I had my gallbladder removed a year ago and have suffered with IBS symptoms ever since. My doctor told me my body just needed to adjust to the change and that it would eventually settle down. I had been taking Metamucil fiber supplements daily for about a month when I discovered DrNatura and had noticed an improvement with fiber alone. I am also a human biologist and was not convinced that it was healthy or safe to do a colon cleanse.

I was a huge skeptic when I followed the link to the DrNatura site. I was HORRIFIED by what I saw and read in the testimonials. I had not considered that a colon cleanse could help me or even be necessary, since I eat very healthily. I just had to try it though and with the money back guarantee, I figured it was worth a go.

I started taking the product straight away, but saw no improvement at all for a couple of days. In fact, I actually experienced very loose stools and poor digestion of food. I increased the fiber to a full scoop after three days and adjusted the steep time of the tea. Then I saw results! I have passed huge amounts of mucus, hard twisted sticks of dark brown, leathery looking old feces and many long rubbery strings with what looks like sacs attached, that I understand to be old mucus build-up that was attached to the walls of my colon and molded to its form. I have passed something strange virtually every day for the last two weeks. I still cannot believe that I had so much buildup stuck inside me and wonder how much more is still there. Every BM that contains something unusual also smells really foul, which confirms to me that it has been up there a long time. There have been no creatures (yet) which has come as a relief.

Aside from what has been coming out of me, I have had 2-3 BM's per day on average, when I would have that many in a week normally. My stomach feels much flatter and I no longer have any gas, which I have to say I did before and it smelled really foul. My stools actually look like the food has been digested, something I have not seen for a very long time. My stools are actually the proper size now too. They had become narrow, even with taking the Metamucil, sometimes finger width. I was started to envy the stools my three year old was producing!

While I was researching prior to ordering this product, I found some websites that claim that colonic mucus buildup is a thing invented by companies trying to sell you colon cleansers and that what you see is formed by the psyllium husks in the fiber you are taking. I know from taking this product that this is not true. If it were, then I would have seen this when I took Metamucil every day (also a psyllium husk product), and I would have passed this stuff every day, since I take the fiber every day. There are also many people who have seen the same come out of them from colonic irrigation, which does not involve psyllium. So if you have come across the same information and are skeptical about DrNatura because of it, then don't be. This product really does work and I am so happy to be eliminating this buildup from my body. I really must have been very blocked up and hadn't even realized it and I am so grateful that I found this product."

"My 19 year old has always been a big guy. I have always tried to help him get motivated to lose weight.  He normally will try just about anything I give him. "May 20, 2006 – I started the program on Wednesday, May 17, 2006. I love the tea.  I have always had trouble sleeping at night, but not anymore.  After drinking the tea, I sleep through the night.  My mom told me it was way too expensive, but I knew I was making a good choice: an investment in my health.  So far I have not seen anything too unusual.  I must admit, though, I have been afraid to do a really close inspection.  I know that curiosity will get the better of me eventually.

"I have been using this product for over 2 months now. It has helped me tremendously. After several days I felt so much less abdominal pressure. I just felt that everything was going to settle down. My heartburn went away in almost 2 days. My hemorrhoids resolved and have not bothered me since. My skin has cleared up as well and my breath has improved. I am sleeping so much better now. "I started my cleanse on June 7, 2006, and today is my 13th day on the program.  For all you non-believers out there I can tell you that everything that the cleanse promises will come true.  I have suffered for years with constipation.  But not anymore.  To be honest the first couple of days I was really anxious.  I had read and re-read the testimonials and looked at every picture and I was really afraid of what might come out of me.  I got my first look on the fourth day.  It was about 8 inches long and looked like a piece of intestine.  My panic and fear quickly was replaced by curiosity and like others I began to break it apart.  Disgust quickly returned when I saw my first worm!  It was about 12 inches (yes I unraveled it) and looked really "healthy".  There was other "ropey" stuff that looked like the pictures I had seen.  But I can honestly say that as I flushed the toilet my disgust went with it.  It was replaced by relief.  Relief that that was no longer in me.  Now like the others I look forward to what I will see each day. 

As for the program it is great!   For the first 2-3 days I had the bloating and a slight headache.  But other than that no problems.  The fiber has a pleasant taste and is not gritty like some I have taken.  I take it with a little apple juice.  The tea is great and you will sleep like a baby.  Another of my initial fears was that there would be this great sense of urgency and that I would not be near a bathroom but that is not the case.  The product is gentle and really does all that it claims.  I have shared this information with family members and co-workers who get the daily ‘poop-scoop!’  I will definitely do another month and several of my co-workers have said they want to try it too.  Thank you so much for such a wonderful product.  I will definitely continue to use the fiber product for the rest of my life and do a complete cleanse once a year."
