"I must say that I was a true skeptic (especially when it comes to internet buying), and as I decided to ‘surf the net’ for cleansing products I came upon this website. I had heard from a naturalist how important it was to cleanse, so I began to investigate.  As I read the testimonials I began to wonder if it could possibly be something out there that could help me have at least three or four regular bowel movements per week (not to mention per day).

"I don’t know where to start. I am typing this email because I want to help and convince at least one person to get DrNatura's products. If I can do that, its worth it. My name is Tina and I am 26 years old. I am married for a year now and since then I have been diagnosed with Polycystic Ovaries and hypothyroidism. Both diseases prevent me from getting pregnant easily. So, I started reading how can I help myself because obviously all the doctors appointments and all the money spent were for nothing. I read a lot of books for natural medicine and they all said that most of the problems in people start from the colon. I told my husband and we had such huge fight about it, that it made me cry. He was convinced that this product is a scam to get my money and he believes that is like anything else sold online and that all the testimonials are fake.  I finally gave up, arguing with him and I said ‘Ok, you might be right. Maybe I am wrong but if I am not, you’re gonna do it too - for 3 months.’ He agreed and he told me that if it works he will apologize and buy the 3 months supply too.

Well, today is my 10th day and I gotta tell you that I have 4 to 5 bowel movements a day. I follow the instructions exactly and I am so thrilled. I started on Saturday and I had 4 bowel movements on my first day. So, far I had 4 bowel movements for 8 days and 5 movements for 2 days. It’s amazing. On my 9th day, with my fifth bowel movement, something strange came out. It was 12 inches long and looked like grapes in a sausage casing. Pretty gross. I had my husband take pictures of it and he was amazed. My mom got the supplies for her, my dad and my grandma. They are all hooked.

I feel great, I have so much energy and my stomach feels empty now. Before I was feeling so miserable and so depressed. I am also eathing healthier and exercising, so I am loosing weight as well. I completely believe that this product is the answer to all my prayers.

Oh, I have a suggestion how to take the fiber. I have been mixing it with my blender with some orange juice or some mixed juice like orange-pineapple. It’s really good this way. The blender mixes it perfectly and it’s easy to drink. I think this is the best fiber drink that you can possibly take. It doesn’t smell bad or taste awful. I’m pretty happy about it. The most exciting thing is the regular bowel movements that I have and the boost of energy. It’s amazing.

"You published my testimony on October 31st, but I decided to give you a quick update. Well, I agreed to share my email so people can email me if they think that DrNatura is a scam. Since then, I have received so many emails from people who weren’t sure if they should buy the product or not. I am proud to say that I shared my story with every single one of them and they all decided to purchase the product.

There is something that I want to share. One of the reasons that I had to clean my colon was the chronic migraines that I used to get all the time. I usually have a pretty bad one on Full Moon or New Moon. It’s so bad that I have marked my calendar and I am waiting for it. It’s horrible. Well, I am proud to say that this month on the 5th was the Full Moon and I didn’t have a migraine for a first time since I remember. I didn’t even have a light headache. I couldn’t believe it. "Wow! I spent almost 2 weeks reading all the testimonials before I took the plunge and ordered my 3 month supply. About a week before I received the product, I found out I was having a real problem with my blood sugar levels. I started keeping a food diary right away and when I started the Colonix, I began a second diary about that. Two days into the Colonix people could tell something was different, my energy level soared! No one could find me just sitting all day at my desk because when I needed something, I just felt like walking to the source. Plus, I was in so much pain getting up to start walking. I've noticed that I'm not having so much joint pain now too.

I've almost always had a decent morning BM. There were a few times that I would be constipated, or totally opposite and have diarrhea. The first day of the Colonix I had one HUGE BM about 45 minutes after the fiber and again about 1/2 hr after breakfast. I'm on day 7 today and continue to have at least two BM’s a day. “Just had to update already!  For as long as I can remember, I have had lower back pain that has made it impossible for me to stand still for any length of time. After only 30 seconds that pain would just hit me!  I am at work this morning and I went to do a task that usually I have to pull a chair up to accomplish. This morning I just walked up to the area and started working...it didn't dawn on me to pull up a chair!  I stopped and said ‘Wow! I'm not sitting down!’ I'm also walking faster and not dragging my feet. I know it's from the Colonix!  Better get back to work! More later."

"Last December I started having a cramping pain under my left rib.  I've never been bothered with any internal organ problems so this sent me to the doctor as it was getting more intense daily. I was prescribed an acid reducer which didn't help at all; I got a series of blood work tests done which showed nothing; I got an ultrasound of my pancreas, liver, kidneys, and gall bladder...nothing;  I ended up in the emergency room a couple of weeks later with such cramping that I was doubled over.  They gave me a cat-scan from my neck to my pelvis and the results were that I was constipated.  I was told to drink prune juice. The pain got worse so I asked my doctor to order me an endoscopy to look into my stomach.  This result came back that I had gastritis and an evil bacteria called: Helicobactor Pylori, other wise known as H-Pylori.

I was givien a two-week series of nasty antibiotics which I had to take four times a day, along with two pills of Pepto Bismol four times a day. In the meantime I was still suffering with the cramping.  Six weeks after my treatment, I had to have a Breath Test to see if the bacteria was gone and they said it was.  YIPPEE!  I thought.

I then had a colonoscopy and it showed a ‘clean colon.’  ...I have to admit that the cramping subsided a bit but would come back often. My doctor told me that it's probably just that I'm a small person and I have over 30 feet of intestines all crammed up inside of me and the gas is getting stuck in some of the ‘kinks.’ I think that was the last straw for me.

I went online and did a search for Colon Cleanses and your site came up.  I read a few testimonials, then I checked out a couple of other sites but none of them got to me like yours did.  It was those nasty pictures which I thank GOD that I saw them because right away I was thinking that crap was inside of me. I have always had to take some type of something to help me to poop or use a suppository and all that would come out was some pencil thin, gray looking stuff and I never felt quite empty.

I ordered the Colonix Program and I'm on my fifth day.  The first day, about a half hour after the fiber drink, I had the best poop ever.  I drank the tea at night then the next morning about ten minutes after I woke up I pooped again, and it was huge.  I knew that I hadn't really eaten that much the day before so it surprised me. I've been pooping at least twice a day and they're ‘healthy’ poops, meaning big!

On this fifth day, I got up but I didn't poop right away.  So I took my 2 Paranil pills, had my fiber, and about ten minutes later, I felt that the ‘tea poop’ was ready.  Next time I WILL send a picture because it was huge and when I examined it, I could see a darker color 'something' all entwined with the good stuff.  I got a long stick (sorry but this needs to be investigated) and separated the difference.  Oh My GAWD!  The ‘thing’ that was intertwined was over 15 inches long, pencil thin and looked like a stretched out Tootsie Roll, all gooey and rubbery and it didn't break...it was hard.  I couldn't believe it. I was hoping to see something come out of me eventually, and I did.

I will keep updates coming because I'm sure there is more nasty stuff lurking in the depths of my intestines and colon. I originally ordered a one month's supply, but today I ordered three months’ worth because my husband wants to start. Thank you so much for this product.  My favorite part is that it's all natural.  I've been going to an Herbologist for years now, and although a few of the herbs I've taken may give some relief of the symptoms, this product goes after the CAUSE! Thank you again...my life is better for this!"

"Okay, I'm back and on my 21st day of the Colonix Program.  Yesterday this ‘thing’ came out of me that although I didn't measure it, must have been at least 2 feet long and approximately 1/2 inch wide and somewhat flat.  I got a stick and swished it around in the toilet water (I know, it sounds gross but I HAD to find out what it was) and saw that on one end it had a triangular shaped ‘head’ with 2 little dots that looked like eyes! Eeeewww! I'm VERY serious here!  I saw something like it in an internet search I was doing on intestinal worms and parasites.  Now when I saw it in MY toilet, it really grossed me out that it was living inside of me, and for how long?  Who knows?!  All I can say is that I'm glad it's out and any more that want to join it in the sewer system is fine with me!  I'm continuing my ‘quest’ to destroy the ‘Parasitic Troops’ in my body.  Thank you DrNatura for this product."

"Well I am still a bit of a skeptic but on day 8 now and finally passed something, long and tough that looked like some of the photos on here.  I am excited about seeing more.  I will keep you updated and will send pictures.  Actually, my colon has always been an issue. It seems I am always constipated, always bloated, cramping, in pain, tired all the time, and more. I know I don't eat properly so my colon is always a concern for me...  I had to go have a colonoscopy and of course had several polyps removed.  Just thought maybe if everything were cleaned out I would feel better. I had a little problem drinking the tea and the fiber at first but now it is just routine.  Not bad at all."

"Day 7: My co-worker Jen is a young girl in her mid 20’s. Today she is four days into the program. She has all her life battled what they say is IBS and other digestive related issues.  She spent time in Ecuador on a long-term mission trip last year and had to come home early because of her health issues.  She is nervous that she may have picked up parasites while she was there.  She is very excited and I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if she writes in.  She also is finding the tea very relaxing and is committed to go the whole route with us.  I am excited for her, because it would be wonderful if her health issues were resolved once her cleansing begins in earnest!  My other two friends, Rick and Barb, also began this program a couple of days ago.  They also are in their early 50’s and have lots of years to clean out! I have yet to hear anything from them but I will pass on to you their findings!

Day 10: I was starting to get impatient because even though I have been feeling very good, I haven’t seen any dramatic ‘results’ in the toilet. But finally it is beginning!  At church, of all places, I had to ‘go,’ and when I peeked there was a white bean sized thing.  I am not in the habit of swallowing whole beans so I knew this had to be ‘something.’

Day 11: Things are getting more interesting.  Today at 11:00 there were a group of what looked like fat leeches mixed in with the normal lot, very dark, blackish-green in color.  I didn’t poke and prod, as I was at work when this happened.  I had felt bloated all morning and hadn’t ‘gone’ since yesterday morning.  Now I feel terrific. Jan, who started the program the same day as me, has told me that so far she has not looked so I have nothing to report from her.  I shared my ‘findings’ with Jen who is getting nervous about that she will find!  She is on Day 7.

Day 12: I have noticed one thing that seems to differ from the testimonials I have read on the website.  I still am ‘going’ only once a day, usually soon after eating breakfast, around 10:00 AM.  That’s it.  In the evening sometimes I feel like I need to go, but I can’t.  I had expected to go two or three times a day but so far this has not happened.  I am drinking all my water and following the other instructions to the letter but for some reason I am remaining a once-a-dayer.  And when I do go, it is a nice satisfying amount, but not as much as others seem to produce.  I suppose that will change as time goes on, but I thought it was worth reporting.  Also one good thing I have noticed, my friend Jen with IBS who is on Day 8 today, is not belching at all!  She used to treat us all to concerts of belches every single day and was always complaining of bloatedness and discomfort in her innards.  I really am hoping and expecting her to have a tremendous testimony as time goes on!"

Judy's update...

"Day 13: Today again just one BM, quite a large one but it was more mucousy and stringy at the same time than usual.  Also there were little black raisins, which I am not in the habit of swallowing whole. Jan complained all day of stomach cramps, and she had at least two and maybe three BMs, but said she didn’t do anything out of the ordinary as far as she could tell.  I told her she may be getting ready for a big parasite dump!

Day 14: This morning for the first time I woke up, drank my water and my four Paranil pills, and dumped.  Big time.  I didn’t have my glasses on or my contacts so I couldn’t really see it, but it was a lot and it kept coming and coming.  At first it was a normal feeling lot, and then it felt like pure slime.  I am almost glad I couldn’t see it clearly.  I felt like I lost ten pounds.  Usually I ‘go’ later in the morning after I get to work. Today is also the first time I have noticed a big difference in how I feel in my clothes.  From the beginning I have felt better and better in my physical body as well as mentally – the fog I have been in really seems to be leaving!  But today my same old clothes I always wear feel looser. When I weighed myself, I was down 2 1/2 pounds.  Up till now I have not changed any of my eating habits (I generally eat pretty healthy anyway and not too many sweets or chips, but I have just kept gradually gaining weight anyhow), but I am consciously drinking lots more water. Also my exercise habits aren’t too great but I am about to change that.  I feel great today though.  Remarkably great. Jan feels good today too, no more cramping, but she hasn't shared with me her personal information yet.

Judy's update...

"Day 33: I want to encourage as many people as possible to give this a try.  It works!  I have completed my first 30 days on the Colonix and Toxinout programs and I feel great.  I am not feeling bloated any more and I just feel better in general. My clothes even fit better. I am not a morning person but I am more willing to get up and get moving when my alarm goes off, as opposed to always wanting ‘five more minutes’ in bed.  So far I have not really seen anything in the toilet like the pictures on the website show, but there have been some fairly unusual things, and believe me, I have been looking.  Either I just didn’t have that many parasites, or they will appear in the next month! I am going to do the whole 90 day program because I just feel so great.  My fingernails used to have ridges in them and I was told it was due to vitamin deficiency, even though I have been taking a multivitamin daily. Now there are no ridges, my hair feels thicker, and my skin is nicer, too.  I am probably absorbing nutrients better now because I am finally getting all the junk in my intestines cleared out!

I also want to say I have just gotten back from a two week vacation on the beach, and I had no problem taking the pills and the fiber while I was vacationing.  This program is so easy to use; it just fell into my vacation routine effortlessly.  I was a little worried that it might be inconvenient in one way or another, and it totally was not.  So anyone who may be worried about using the program while on vacation, I am here to say NO PROBLEM!.  It yields to whatever schedule you keep, and it just keeps right on working.  I enjoy how gentle it is, and how good I feel.  I know that once I am through with my 90 days I will continue taking the Colonix fiber in the mornings.  It makes me drink a daily glass of orange juice which is good for me too!  And I am more conscious of drinking enough water now as well.  In fact I have become quite a water snob, when before all waters tasted the same to me, now I have my favorite kinds of bottled water!  I never thought I’d see the day.

I will keep in touch if I have any exciting news to report.  My friend Jan has also finished 30 days, and she has to stop for awhile because of a colonoscopy she has in a couple of weeks, but she is going to do her next 30 days when that is finished.  She is feeling good too, and is enjoying the benefits of the program.  And my other friends who have been doing it with us also are reporting more energy, less bloating, and general good health.  I have told tons of people about this and have emailed this website to everyone I know to the point that I get teased about it. "I came across your website when desperately trying to find information our about IBS.  About two years ago, I experienced some major health issues. My doctor tested me for everything imaginable, including MS.  I was scared to death, but when all tests came back negative, my doctor said that it must be stress. An upper GI showed that I have acid reflux. For this, I was prescribed Nexium to take once daily. An ultrasound showed that I have a fatty liver, which my doctor told me was a sure sign of pre-diabetes, and because it runs in my family, I should consider losing weight.  I was one step ahead of her and had already joined a reputable weight loss program. My doctors also thought that some of my symptoms were signs of IBS. After about a month and a half into the weight loss program, I became frustrated because I initially lost about 10 pounds and then it became a struggle to lose the weight.  My IBS became very active because of the types and amounts of foods I was eating and I got hemorrhoids so bad.  For 10 days I was honestly not fit to be around. "As of Saturday, November 4th, I have just completed one month of the Cleansing program. It has kept me regular for the entire 30 days. From day one, I've been able to have 2-3, and sometimes 4 BMs per day, normally beginning after 5:00 a.m. or around 6:00 a.m.  Although I have not experienced any of the parasite adventures as the other posted users, I can say that aside from having the benefits of being regular everyday, I have begun to notice that the dark circles under my eyes have noticeably begun to clear up.

I must also report that two other people at my church started and finished the first month program with me. And, they are well pleased. "I started Colonix after being on months of antibiotics for Lyme’s disease. I developed Candida from all those months of antibiotics. I was unhappy with how the doctor was treating the Candida problem. My cravings for junk carbohydrates were out of control! "Well I am on day 20 and I can’t begin to tell you how great this product is.  I have been chronically constipated since I was a child. "I found your site by accident actually.  I was at my wits end about lack of energy, and I can't keep weight off.  After two children, I have this roll that won't go away, not to mention I can't lose any weight.  I drank coffee everyday trying to get out of my constant lethargic state, and its effect didn't work much. It just made me jittery and tired.   So as a last resort, I'm thinking I had parasites or something medically wrong.  I found your site and started reading all the testimonials, and connected with quite a few.   I usually ‘go’ once a day, so I really didn't think I was full of gunk until I saw the pictures and read the stories of others like me.

My first week on the cleanse I was miserable. I was bloated and felt like I was holding all the water in! I have to say though my energy did start coming back!  After the 7th day, the bloating started to subside and I actually started going 3 to 4 times each morning. I actually sleep deeper and need less sleep – now that's a huge change – I no longer feel like I have to sleep all night and day.   I have also had breakouts and skin bumps for the first week, but those are actually going away now.

The second night into the cleanse I had this huge vibration in my stomach for about 15 minutes.  I read about those, but never expected it!  For the first few days I felt that movement moving further and further down and around in my colon.  I no longer feel anything moving around in there so I hope I've moved it out by now. Now I'm a chicken, I still can't go through the ‘poo.’   I only view it from the outside.  I've seen little things that I'm still in denial about.   One egg sack I'm sure of it, a few smaller worms, and the sesame seed-looking things, too.  Okay, I gave myself a chill just typing about them.  I haven't had any plaque coming out in lengths, but I have had a few pieces worked into the looser stool, so I know that is starting to work out too. I can't wait to see more coming out!   I might get the nerve to look through it some day soon.

I've told a lot of friends and family, and I feel once they've seen more progress from me they just might try it out!   I plan on giving a few cleansing kits out for Christmas.

"I came across your website one night while searching for a local Health Food Store. I have been trying to cook/eat healthier foods and cut down on chips, rice, red meat, pork, beer, soda etc. I also have a big problem with constipation. Since very little I would only go once a week if that, when I went what I passed was hard and I always felt like I needed to go more but couldn’t. That night I must have read all of the testimonies and looked at all of the pictures. I showed my boyfriend the pictures right away. We were both amazed.  That same night I decided to order the product without hesitation. Just thinking I could have similar things in me, if not the same, grossed me out completely.  I couldn’t sleep that night just thinking all those things were living inside of me.  We ordered a 1 month supply for each of us to test it out.

Today is our 8th day on the program. The first day I didn’t notice anything unusual except a headache right after taking the Paranil and Fiber drink. Actually, I was constipated that day and couldn't go. At night I drank the tea, and the following morning I moved my bowels 3 times before going to work, and 3 times after getting there (still normal looking, very soft, and a whole lot by the way - hadn't had one of those in years).  It was only after the 4th day that I really started seeing things (tomato skin-like pieces in my stool, small white egg looking things, something dark green...not really sure what that could have been, mucus, small black dots, they are tiny but I have seen a lot of those the past few days, etc.). Today on my 8th day, I expelled worm-looking things, they were pale red and slimy looking, along with a lot of those white egg looking things.

Everyday I am looking forward to see what I find next when I go. I am also afraid of what will come out of me. Yesterday, when I went in the morning, whatever it was I was expelling wouldn’t come out, it was elastic and it looked like a rope, it was never ending, but nothing like the intestine looking things on the site yet.  Everyday, I go at least 3 times in the morning, and after I go I feel relieved and satisfied.  My boyfriend was always regular with his bowels so now he is going twice as much, he hasn’t shared any of his experiences with me though.  I did not give him the tea tonight because he moves his bowels regularly and the tea will only make him go more. "Today, I am at the end of my 17th day on the program. These past few days I have felt constipated.  I’m not going to the bathroom as I was during the first week which was 3 or 4 times and a lot. I think it’s because of the fact that I have not been drinking as much water. Last night, I steeped my tea for about 10 minutes. This morning I had my Paranil with a glass of water, after the fiber I had another glass of water and continued drinking water throughout the day.  I moved my bowels 5 times today.  In all except one I saw a lot of red things in the stool along with rice looking things. There was a different color in there too.

Later on, on my last visit to the bathroom I noticed something small, white and oval shaped.  I couldn’t figure out what it was so I got a plastic utensil to press on it. It felt rubbery and soft, and it wouldn't tear.  On that same visit I noticed that inside the stool there was something slightly darker, when I pressed on that it looked like a worm.  It was blackish but at the same time it looked transparent at the end there was a darker thin string attached to it.

I am so amazed at how I must look back after I use the bathroom now, checking for things. I mean, I always looked to make sure nothing funny came out of me, but now I don’t just look, I stare and examine and share what I see with everyone. Everyone thinks I am just crazy and pure disgusting.  

I have not noticed any changes on my energy or skin as other people have experienced though. I also still crave something sweet after lunch and dinner though, although I am trying to control myself on that. I still haven’t seen anything extremely weird like in the pictures on the website. Just wondering if I will be seeing any of those. 

My boyfriend is not really following the program as he should, but a few people at work and a cousin have already placed their orders.  I will continue to update you on my progress."

"Your product is great. I'm glad I tried the Colonix program after my girlfriend said she felt lighter, and that she had lost weight. I had no significant bowel problems before but when taking Colonix, I noticed that I had lost inches off of my waist and about 8 pounds. "My name is Tammy and I am a 32 year old stay-at-home mom of 3 children, of which 2 are in school. I also babysit a 1 yr. old, a 16 month old and a 3 year old so my energy is non-existent! I had 3 c-sections in a short period of time and just haven't been the same since.  I am always bloated to the point where I look as if I am pregnant again. I have trouble eating just about anything w/o having to deal with AWFUL cramping and a quick trip to the bathroom!  I have even noticed that a small amount of alcohol bloats me beyond belief too. I started the program on October 27th and today is my fifth day and I feel WONDERFUL! I haven't had this ‘real’ energy in years and I am not exaggerating either.  I actually get up in the morning on my own before my first little one that I watch gets here at 6:00 am! That has NEVER happened before! I am usually quite ‘edgy’ and miserable these days and in just these last 5 days I have noticed a HUGE change in my patience level and mood.  One of the biggest and most beneficial changes that is quite unexplainable is that after smoking for many years, I quit ‘just like that’ on day 1 of starting the Colon cleansing kit.  That alone is worth it!

My poop, well it's pretty gross to say the least!  I noticed on day 3 many of what's in the picture gallery: the colors, the ‘stringy white things,’ the ‘string of lights with chicken liver thingies attached’ and now lots of those ‘seedy things’ attached to what I am expelling.  Yup, it's ALL there just like everyone said.  I have given up dissecting it for now. In fact, the only reason I did it was to make sure that the process was working. "I wanted to share my testimony on how your product has changed my life.  About a year ago I started to have severe intestinal problems ranging from constant gas, bloating, and spasms to constipation and general pain.  My focus the majority of the day was on my stomach.  I was constantly concerned on how what I ate would affect my stomach.  It didn’t matter if it was a piece of plain bread, a plain chicken breast or a spicy burrito – the reaction was always the same: gas, pain, bloating, etc.  I sought medical advice where they advised me to increase my fiber in take, although I tried to explain to them that I did eat a good deal of fiber and considered myself a very healthy eater.  They put me through the usual tests including blood work to determine if i had a parasite. I was then sent to a gastric specialist who set me up for a colonoscopy. The prep for this procedure consisted of fasting with a ‘violent cleansing’ prior to the test. I went in for the test, where they sedate you and half way through the procedure I awoke screaming in pain. They could not continue the test, what they did report was that they did not see any polyps on the first half of my colon but due to my severe IBS they could not continue this procedure with me just being sedated.  

The next test they sent me to was an air constant barium enema. The prep for this test was once again a ‘violent cleanse’ - the second one I had in a one week period!  The barium enema showed no irregularities in my colon so I was then diagnosed with 'Severe IBS' and was prescribed several different drugs to help me cope with the symptoms as IBS is not curable. I tried several different drugs including Zelnorm and Protonix which seemed to work for a short period, but I was continually taking drugs several times a day before I would put anything into my mouth.  Even with the drugs I was still in constant pain.

My daughter works at a health club and she was talking with one of her co-workers about my condition and they told her that their mom had the same experience and recommended the Colonix product.  At the time, I was just about to go on vacation and didn’t want to start a 90-day cleanse program not knowing how it would effect me.  So I put it on the back burner.

Several months later, after another visit to the doctor I was scheduled for another test - this time an internal ultrasound. The technician who was performing the test commented that they were not able to find my right ovary since there was excessive bowel obstruction.  It was after that test that I revisited the Colonix program. I went home and immediately ordered the product for a 60-day period.

I have just completed my first 30 days and I have to proclaim that I am 110% better than before.  I have NO symptoms of IBS at all and I have discontinued the use of all the prescribed drugs and feel better than ever before.  The program is easy to use and I recently went on a cruise for a week and took my Colonix with me. I have since ordered another two months supply and got my husband started on the program this week.  I have shared my experience with co-workers who have also order the product to use.

"I have always had problems going to the bathroom. I was honestly envious of my friends that would use the bathroom on a regular basis. I'm glad no one came into my office because my face must have looked horror stricken at some of the things I was learning. I had no idea we had such things going on inside my body.
