"I had thought of doing a colon cleanse and found your product on the internet. I am so glad I did. I have had colon problems off and on since I was about 16. I am now 57. "Where do I begin. Well let’s start with weight loss. I've lost a good ten pounds in the last 45 days.  It all started with having to go to the bathroom a little more than three times a day. I went up to five times a day for part of my cleansing. I never knew that so much was inside me. I kept asking myself when was it all going to stop, but it just kept going and going. After the first two weeks I saw what appeared to be pods. They were white and looked like they were filled with gel. The flutters in my abdomen were getting less and less frequent. "I've had tummy turbulence (as I like to call it) for most of my life. I've been on this product for 5 days now and I've gone to the bathroom more in the last 5 days than I have in the last year! I was worried about what I'd start seeing when I'm in the bathroom (after reading other testimonials). As far as the testimonials that I've read about go...I'd say that they're true....I've seen things that I don't even recognize and when was the last time I ate thistle bird seed? That's what I'm seeing in the toilet...what the heck is that stuff? I await to see what else I'm going to see leaving my body, as I'm doing the cleanse.   I'm amazed how this stuff works, but who cares...all I care about is the fact that I'm on my way to feeling better. I came across this cleansing system, by accident, while doing a yahoo search about abdominal pain, gas, bloating, and IBS.  IBS is what my doctors have told me and have given me prescriptions. They help temporarily, but this system seems so natural and I hope to never take a prescription again. “What a difference this morning (day 7)...I feel great today. I don't remember the last time I have felt this good. Feel free to post what I've e-mailed to you, so far (for others to read)...I'm sure someone reading would find my concerns & questions pure comedy. If I feel this good today, I wonder how good I'll feel at the end of the month, and the end of next month and at the end of the 3rd month of the cleanse. Today is the first day in a long time that I have not had hip & joint pain.  I don't know what that's about. Also, my psoriasis is doing better too. I don't feel so bloated today. There's all kinds of ‘things’ I've seen this morning that I don't remember eating. I'm not taking the plunge into the toilet to see what they are...I'm just glad they're getting out of my body.  I'm sure I'm not finished seeing things and I'm sure I'll start to see more things.”

Apr 13, 2005 Update

“I'm in the 5th or 6th week or 7th week...I stopped counting. I'm just going to keep going with this program for the full 3 months. I'm feeling better than ever. The first few weeks were up and down, but I've definitely seen results the entire time. I've found that it's important to follow the program, drink enough water and also incorporate more fresh fruits & vegetables into my diet.  It really helps to avoid all the bad foods that are simply useless. I find that I crave fresh veggies, especially fresh green veggies.

If you're contemplating starting this program and wondering if all of these stories are true and if you'll truly feel better than ever before, stop wondering and start this product!  The only uncomfortable feeling that I've had while on this program is some cramping and bloating in the first month. However, that's still better than the pain I've lived with for years and years of not being able to go to the bathroom.

I average a BM about 2-5 times a day - depending on what I'm eating throughout the day. If I'm eating more natural fiber from fruits & veggies, I go 4 or 5 times the next day. If I don't eat the natural fiber then the next day, I don't go as much - but I'm still going every day. To anyone that has ever experienced the problem of irregularity, stop the experience and get this product!  This is the first product that I've ever tried that is giving me REAL RESULTS in the bathroom!!!   I've noticed that the whites of my eyes are brighter...who knows why, and who cares. I feel great!!! Next month, I'll feel even better - if that's even possible.

When I first started this program, I was worried that I'd be running to the bathroom all the time, like I do if I would use a laxative (ex-lax or correctal). If you've ever used a laxative, then you know the stress it puts on your body, not to mention the physical energy lost & dehydration that happens with laxatives. This program is not a laxative. "I cannot believe what has been expelled from me on the 5th day, I was not a believer until my experience last night. On day 3 I noticed in my stool a liver like matter glob and thought it was the beans I had earlier in the day (I am a vegetarian). However, I kept thinking why so liver like red. I was not expelling at the rate that others here have recorded and kept thinking this stuff is constipating me. Until last night of 2:30 am, I finally went to the bathroom feeling blocked up. What came out of me I could hardly believe, that kidney liver like blob that I described early on was a rather large mass, it was 7 to 8 inches long and 3 inches wide. Curious, I tried to break it up to find out what it was, was it food? I asked myself.  But it was a thing not food and it was not a bean like substance all coagulated either. I prodded it and I discovered it was an extremely large worm, huge really, I have expelled two of these now and if anything of such shocking proportions expels again I will give you an update.

I have to add that my skin is glowing and my eyes are whiter and brighter. "I have to admit that when I stumbled across this website, I thought it was just a gimmick, and even suspected that the testimonials were fake. Yet, I was fascinated and kept reading for at least an hour. I've always eaten pretty well, yet I still have always suffered from gas, bloating, fatigue and acne. I was completely obsessed with the thought of having parasites living inside me, and since I used to get ringworm all the time when I was a kid, I figured it was definitely possible. I did a bunch of research on parasites and colon cleansing, and it all matched up with what the DrNatura website claimed. I'm totally strapped for cash right now, but I figured I could always return it before 30 days if it didn't work.

Well, I WILL NOT be doing that! I'm on my 6th day today, and let me tell you, since day 2, every day has been a new adventure. First of all, the colors and smells coming from my bowels (sorry to be graphic) clearly denote that there is some kind of archeological purge going on! And  every day I'm passing these long, slimy rope-like things, that I can only assume are some sort of worms. I sort of wish I knew exactly what they were, because there's been at least two of them in the toilet every morning. It grosses me out that these things are in me, and I'm satisfied to see them in the toilet, because it means they're NOT IN ME ANYMORE!!

I feel SO much better already, I literally feel cleaner, as weird as that is. I'm not bloated, and my eyes are clearer! That's another thing I don't understand. "Dear Drnatura.com:  I am a retired flight attendant - age 60 - who spent 32 years eating airline food, difficult working conditions, not enough sleep/exercise and battling constipation, headaches, body aches/pains, severe gas, bloating and finally being diagnosed with OA, IBS and gastroenteritis, resulting in tons of $ spent on doctors, prescriptions, medical testing and emergency room visits. "Hi, my name is Leslie. My husband has terrible sinus problems, has had a couple of sinus surgeries, and has tried everything under the moon as far as prescriptions, over the counter products, and more than I can mention natural products. He believes that the only way to a true cure for his sinus ongoing problems or anything must be in diet and internal cleansing. " I was on your cleanse program for 2 months and noticed a truly amazing difference by the end of the 2nd month ( see previous testimonial).

I should have kept going for the whole 3 months like your operator recommended, but since I was doing so great, I thought I didn't need it. Boy, was I wrong. 3 months later (Jan 05) I paid the price, and was back into the old pattern of acne, bloating, tiredness, foggy concentration, constipation. Very worried, I ordered a 1-month supply to give myself that third and last month I needed. 3 weeks into the supply I was already back in amazing shape but had never passed any parasites, ever, and wasn't entirely convinced I didn't have them, since initially at the very start of trying out your program, I showed all the signs of a really bad infestation. "I am half way through my second month of detox and it's been years since I've felt this good. "I have been a person who suffered from constipation for most of my life and probably within the last ten years, I have really tried to eat very healthy and include fiber in my diet.  Even with doing those things, I still could not have a good movement.  I have tried some other detoxification programs in the past as well with mild improvement.  

The DrNatura program works quite well for me.  However, I did not have success right away.  Because of that I started taking the maximum amount of fiber and steeped the tea for ten minutes.   That didn't work well, I actually blocked up again.  I then decided to add a ton more water – like 5 quarts per day – and I backed down the fiber to 1 1/2 scoops and then things really started moving.  

My results have not been as dramatic as some, but then again maybe I'll need another month of the program.  I'm not sure if I've found worms or not because I do eat salads with tomatoes in them and I have seen things that look like they could be either.  I have seen some mucous though.  Since it took almost 3 weeks for things to get started, I'm going to continue and do another month on the program.  

Oh, and mixing the fiber with orange juice mixed with soy milk is actually really tasty.  Some people have written that it wasn't until the second month that they saw really weird things, so perhaps that will be the case with me.  

Also, I just may not have as much build-up as I thought.  I do feel much better however, even though I only go once per day usually, it's quite satisfying!  I did expect worms though because I am one of those people who likes to eat her steak fairly rare and I eat a lot of salads, so I figured that I would see them.  

I do recommend the product – it does work – but again, drink massive amounts of water if things don't start moving right away.  We'll see how things go for the next month."

"First off, ‘I love the Tea’. On to the story... I have always had pretty good bowel movements (I thought), however, I started the cleansing on the January 10th 2005. What a great year. I really didn’t know what to expect. Having done a Lemon cleanse before, I was hoping it wouldn’t be running to the restroom and oops should have started sooner, don’t eat this don’t eat that.

I have found the experience very pleasant. Not being one with a strong stomach, I have never been one to inspect my bowel movements, oh of course I have looked at them in the past when they didn’t feel right or hurt coming out. But never thought I would ever do what I have done. On the 12th day of my cleanse I woke up in the morning after much movement in my intestines the night before, along with some cramping in the lower part of my intestines. "I started using Colonix Internal Cleansing program about two and half months ago. I have suffered from IBS my entire life. One minute I would be fine and the next the pains would start. It didn't matter where I was shopping, home, working, out for dinner, visiting a friend, or driving in the car. I would be in a panic if a bathroom was not close at hand. Going on vacations was always the best, especially when there would be 35 miles between rest stops. I went on a cruise to Bermuda and I could tell you where every ladies room on the island is.

The intestinal pain could last for hours, until finally I would have explosive diarrhea. This goes on for a while too.  Then the pain would be gone - until the next time. I also find that before my period I could count on an IBS attack. I also would have terrible gas pains and bloating after I ate lunch. I was always tired and sluggish feeling. This is no way to live, always worried about when the pain would start and where will I be.

I also went to see doctors.  When I was a child they had no idea what was wrong with me. When I got older I was told I suffered from IBS and there was really nothing I could do about it. I stayed away from chocolate and caffeine. It didn't help. It didn't seem to matter what I ate.  

I did try another colon cleanse. With that one a bathroom better be nearby. After I finished the program the IBS returned. I finally read about Colonix and tried it.  I have not had any IBS problems in two and half months. The program was easy to follow and I really enjoyed my cup of Kleritea at night.

I also saw things in my stool mainly tiny white specks and stringy things, ugh. I had more bowel movements and have never felt better. October 4, 2005  Larger movement at 5 AM and another movement 1.5 hours later - 2nd was loose and floating
October 5, 2005  Larger movement at 5 AM and another movement 3 hours later - 2nd was loose and floating
October 6, 2005  Larger movement at 5 AM; another movement 2 hours; and another about 1.5 hours   later - 2nd & 3rd movement was loose and floating
October 7, 2005  Larger movement at 5 AM (spiral looking with mucus substance in it); another smaller movement after lunch (some was spiral looking - something looked like a small brown plastic bag and wouldn't flush)

"This is an update of my testimonial I sent on October 18, 2005.  I would have never thought in the 44 years of my life, I had the things I've had growing inside my body.  I have never felt better!!!  My energy level is much better than it was.  I have been so pleased with my results.  I've emailed my family, friends, and co-workers.  Some asked if I was a spokesperson for your product.  I told them 'I'm sharing, because I care that you purge the parasites living inside your body.'  One friend from NJ has called me with his friends to hear how I will not live without Colonix in my life.  One of his friends from California liked what she heard and is planning to order her supply as well as one of my co-workers. October 18, 2005  Had a very large BM this morning -- the amount was broken into about 5 inch pieces which probably totaled 15 inches (investigated bowel -- noticed some had some sort of flat worms); Had another smaller BM about 1.5 hours later; Had a small BM about an hour later (there were a lot of activity in the lower right side; felt like something was wiggling inside; also noticed fatty particles floating around in my urine)

October 19, 2005  Had a very large BM this morning -- some bottomed and some floating with rubbery contents (had some movements on my left side, but it was slower than yesterday)

October 20, 2005  Had another very large BM this morning -- had some cramping and activity; also noticed there were some fatty particles floating in my urine.

October 21, 2005 Had a very large BM this morning with some rubbery contents

October 22, 2005 Had a very large BM this morning with some rubbery and stringy contents; had another smaller BM with contents that looks like tissue and uneaten food.

October 23, 2005  Had a large BM this morning with some rubbery contents

October 24, 2005 Had a very large BM with rubbery contents; had another large BM about 2 hours later; had another smaller BM about 3 hours later

October 26, 2005  Did not have a BM all day until about 7 PM.  It was very large and stringy looking

October 27, 2005  Had a smaller BM this morning; had a large BM about 5 PM - Oh my god! I delivered an alien of some sort and the smell (I wanted to run out of the restroom to get a face mask)

October 28, 2005  Had a small BM this morning (I felt a tad sluggish most of the day as well as the feeling of being very full after eating small portions of food); had another small BM around 11 PM; my stomach was cramping, plus I started feeling nauseous.

October 29, 2005  The cramping and nauseous feeling continued until around 12:30 AM; about 15 minutes later, I had a very strong urge to purge and had a very large BM (that's when I experienced another alien invasion. It was about 10 inches long with what appeared to be a bubbled head and floating -- the odor was horrendous, but that did not stop me from investigating it); between 1 and 2 AM, I kept having the urge to purge -- both BMs were large, loose, and stringy. I noticed afterwards I felt as though I hadn't eaten in 3 days; when I woke up later, I was starved; had a smaller, loose and stringy BM around 9 AM; had a larger BM about 2 hours later.

October 30, 2005    I woke up with a lot of cramping on my left side this morning and felt it moving until I had a strong urge to purge; between 6 and 6:30 AM I experienced a very large alien invasion.  Today, I took the dive and really investigated.  I pulled on the gloves to see exactly what had passed out my body.  The content was very rubbery and appeared to be shaped like the intestines.  I went as far as measuring the entire content (27 inches).  The odor was not as horrendous as it was yesterday, but it still had an odor; about 2 hours later, I had another alien invasion with the same rubbery content (17 inches).  I'm sure if it was stretched out, it would have been much longer then 17 inches.  It also appeared to be shaped like the intestines.

NOTE:  I noticed on the 27th I started getting acne on parts of my face as well as cravings for salty foods. Since the purging of aliens, my face has almost cleared up.  I'll start my 2nd month Saturday, November 5, 2005 after my 5 days of rest from the Paranil and Tea.  If anyone is still doubtful after reading all the testimonials on this site, please ask them to email me at sweetladyban@yahoo.com.  I'll be more than happy to talk with them. Dec 28, 2005 Fay's update

"Hello everyone at DrNatura.com, I just wanted to provide you with an update on my progress.  I have completed the 3 month program and feel wonderful.  I said it once and I'm saying it again, the Colonix Program is the best herbal cleanse I've ever used.

I lost about 10 lbs and my stomach is very flat.  I was so happy with the weight loss and the outcome that I decided to continue with my weight loss program.  I've lost 10 additional lbs since I started, plus I'm able to exercise more.  

I am pleased to report the following family members currently using the Colonix Program:  Oldest Daughter, Oldest Son, two sisters and their husbands.  Hopefully, I can convince my mom to start the program.  She said she is too scared to use it.  Also, a co-worker and her husband are using the program as well.

I am going to continuing using the fiber and probiotics to ensure a healthy me inside. Thank you again for your products!!!"
