"I just wanted to write and thank you. I have been using Colonix and Toxinout for 2 weeks now and I have never felt this good before. "I cannot remember feeling so alive and awake. I wake up every morning ready for the day instead of needing just another fifteen minutes. In fact I am usually up before my alarm clock now. I started taking the Toxinout program after my first month of Colonix and it just keeps getting better. My skin is dramatically clearer, and so soft. Cannot stress how soft, and I love it! My hair seems to be growing faster, not sure if that’s just because I'm looking for it or what. I have lost about 7 pounds, think a lot of that is contributed to not eating after my evening pills/tea. Night eating always was a downfall for me. I am still having regular movements every morning. "I was told I had biliary dyskinesia and would have to have my gallbladder removed. In an effort to avoid surgery, a gallbladder flush was recommended by my holistic doctor/chiropractor. "I just had to write you folks and tell you what an incredible product you have! ...I truly love the program and it is working. Brief history, I have been out of work for a year now, due to this problem. "Ok so I read a lot of these testimonials when I placed my order, but I never thought that I would write one. I actually bought Colonix on the suggestion from my Doctor that I might consider a colon cleanse. I have a thyroid condition called Hashimotos disease, I run anemic and am always low of vitamin B. I have to take 6 hormone pills for thyroid to even show up on my blood work. After years of working with me my doctor thought that maybe my problem is an absorbtion problem and maybe this would help.

So I started taking Colonix and on day three and four I had headaches and was feeling almost fluish. But it went away and I started feeling better. "I have a constant supply of the Colonix psyllium powder [fiber] in my home - I travel with enough for each day I will be gone when we visit our out-of-state family, so that I never miss a dose. "I'm 37 going on 65.  Just recently, I seemed to have hit a point in my life where things just started to happen to my health.  I don't like going to the doctor's office and avoid it whenever I can.  I've always been heavy and battled with that most of my life but I've never really been unhealthy.  Certainly not obese. So, here I am at 37 and I'm experiencing what can only be termed as IBS.  Not only that but a myriad of other things as well.  Whenever I stand up, my feet hurt pretty bad.  My allergies are pretty bad as well.  I just want to sleep or do nothing.  I was never a lazy person but now, I try to find ways to not do anything that requires exertion.  I'm not happy about any of these things.  My skin is dry and my hair is dry and brittle. I'm on Day 4 now.  I actually never thought of myself as a testimonial type of person.  This is an embarrassing subject and certainly not one that I write a lot of information about.  I remember reading one that started something like mine and then they said it was what came out of them that made them write. Well, I can't believe what came out of me today and that is why I'm writing.  It started out real slow.  Day 1, I just had a small BM 3x that day which was a lot for me.  As I mentioned above, I'm dealing with all of the same problems all of you are and constipation was the absolute worst one of all.  I could go camping on a Thursday and come back to town late Sunday night and never once have a BM.  It would go on for long periods of time.  So, anyway I started out a little slow.  The tea really does make me sleepy and relaxed and I told myself that if nothing else worked, the tea was worth it. Normal BMs for days 2 and 3, but that is normal for other people.  Not me.  I was just so happy to be doing that, it never occurred to me that there was more to come.  

Today, Day 4, I passed some things that I had been hoping to see... Yucky.  Also, I noticed a little red stick-like thing with a barb on it that was about an inch in length...  Honestly, I don't know what that is...  That's it, other than some very odd looking black raisin-sized items.  Oh, and something that is very like a sausage casing.  The casing looked like a small version of what I've seen pictured on the website.  It's odd but I want to tell everyone about it.  I know that I'm only on Day 4 but I find myself wishing I can fast forward to the end and see how it turns out.  

I will tell you this, it's easy to take and I changed my morning routine just a little bit to accommodate the schedule for the Paranil followed in 15 minutes by the fiber.  I've found that apple juice works really well... One thing I wanted to point out that helped me a lot: I have (ever since I can remember) always felt little flutterings in my stomach.  To be honest with you, I always worried about them.  I'm still worried because I want them outta there but I'm pleased because I've found something that will help me with that.  My husband is watching my progress and when he sees the results, I know we'll be buying him a supply too.

Regina's update...

"Okay, I'm on Day 7.  Not even through it yet and I'm compelled to write more.  About an hour ago, just before lunch I passed 8" of old intestinal lining or whatever you want to call it.  If you are wondering what it is, look on the page with pictures from other people who've had success and there you'll see what I just gave birth to.  I could never have imagined that everytime I go to the bathroom, I would investigate.  Not to be gross but it's the only way to see what everyone else has been seeing.  This isn't a joke people!  This is real stuff.   You want to talk about smell?  Geesh.  So anyway, those of you on this know when it's ‘time’ because you get that funny feeling in the pit of your stomach and you know that you have to walk calmly past your co-workers and are praying that no one is in there.  Once the cycle has completed, I instantly check it out and this last time was incredible.  I've been seeing lots and lots and lots of stringy, brownish gross stuff.  After looking at all of the pictures on the website, you would think I would have been prepared.  When I checked out the deposit, I was amazed as it unlooped and spread out in the bowl (God I can't believe I am speaking to total strangers about this.  I won't even be that vivid to my husband).

For the past two days these things have been coming out of me and I just thought it was more diarrhea than anything so I hadn't investigated too closely.  I was just glad that whatever it was, wasn't in me anymore.  So upon review, it wasn't poo, it was rubber.  When poked, it didn't separate (except for parts where it was more stringy), it just unlooped.  And boy did I feel good.  Just before the effort, I had a mood swing where I was ready to stand on the roof and start picking people off.  You'd have to know me to understand that I'm pretty much the nicest person in the world (unless you stand in front of the TV when a football game is on) so this mood swing was not welcome. Right after the trip to the bathroom, I felt empty and really, really good.  

I've always been a strong, thick girl.  I grew up in the country in a little town in Idaho and loved my meat and potatoes but had enough chores that I was able to just be muscular not obese.  I'm still not what you would term as ‘obese’ but as I've gotten older, I've really been packing on the pounds.  Since I've started taking this product, I've lost a couple (water weight) but what I've really noticed is the amount of food I have been able to eat has been practically cut in half.  For lunch today, my husband and I went to a local Greek place and instead of having a combo w/fries, I just had the gyro and ate about half and was full.  I feel like those Taco Bell commercials with a person standing in a crowd yelling ‘I'm full’ and everyone is smiling in disbelief.  I don't get full (or at least I didn't used to), I would just run out of food to consume.  

So, hopefully I haven't bored you too much but you have to realize how good I feel right now.  Too many things in the world today are out of our hands.  Too many variables and uncontrollable situations.  For once, I feel like I have evaluated my situation and taken the correct steps to fix it.  It didn't take a doctor.  Nor a nurse.  Nor an act of God.  Just DrNatura.  More to come I'm sure..."

"Day 18: Isn't it funny that we are most willing to submit a follow-up testimony right after a successful ‘evacuation’? But that's just what happens with me. I get to thinking they don't want to hear from me again but then when something amazing and wonderful happens, I submit a follow-up anyway.

Just like you, I've spent a considerable amount of time reading the testimonials, even after I've already bought the product.  I've read about mucous plugs or mucous items or whatever you want to call it.  I don't pretend to be a doctor and certainly don't understand what I'm seeing.  What I do know is this: ‘Thank you for removing that from my body.’  To elaborate: This program has been extremely successful for me.  I visit the little girl's room faithfully at least 3x a day (for #2) and I'm always amazed that there still is stuff in there.  It's kind of crazy but I know I'm working on old stuff because a few days ago, it was gray.  It actually looked old.  Very strange.  But today was the kicker.  

I'm at the stage of this where big movements are heralded by an uncomfortable cramping in my abdomen and as sad and desperate as it sounds, I'm always happy.  Today, I must have moved 2 to 3 lbs of this stuff.  Not only that, but I found several very large mucous objects (that's what we'll call them).  If they were put together I think it would have measured approximately 6-8 inches long.  They were very rubbery, extremely dark in color, and  surrounded by lots of little black dots of something and lumpy suspicious looking items.  Just because I investigate after a movement doesn't mean I know what I'm looking at.  I just know that the minute that stuff left my body, I felt empty and comfortable.  What I said before about fixing the problem is true.  It's happening.  

My family is interested in it now and one of my co-workers is anxiously awaiting her and her mom's supply to get here. I look forward to taking my Paranil and fiber every morning even though, personally, I've never liked taking things like this.  I don't suffer from any side effects.  I always laugh when I hear commercials on TV talking about their wonderful new drug that will give you this new wonderful life and then they follow it with: Do not take this product if you are pregnant, going to be pregnant, have high-blood pressure, stand when you pee, breathe through the right nostril, etc., etc.  With this product, it's all natural and I have no side effects.  The headache I felt at first was just my body's own natural reaction to purging and cleansing.  It isn't brought on because the product is harsh and harmful.  I'm really happy and I owe that to DrNatura.  Thank you again. "I have to say that this is one of my favorite websites because of the inspiring stories that I read. I myself am a returning customer and have submitted my testimonial in the past. I just wanted to update you and let you know what's been going on in my life. I just placed my annual order for the first of my three months on the program. When I did this last year, I had such wonderful results that I mentioned that I would return year after year to cleanse my system and I wanted all of you to know that I wasn't lying. I'm back. I do wish that I had continued taking my fiber throughout the year because my constipation had returned. But I'm not in the least bit concerned because I know how amazing this product is and how effective and gentle it is on my system.

My husband was recently admitted to the emergency room (he's 43) with hypertension (blood pressure 218) and they placed him on medication. "I look forward to the first of the year, every year. It's the time that I reaffirm my commitment to myself to take better care of me, especially as I get older. It's January again and time for my yearly cleanse. I suffer from constipation but absolutely hate to take anything that I find in stores because my stomach is so sensitive to so many things. A few years ago, I found DrNatura and I refuse to do anything else. I see cleansing programs advertised on TV and I just laugh because I know how ineffective they are. Not this one. I know a lot of you are just like I was when I first discovered this website. I don't believe anything on TV because of the ‘paid’ actors telling me how miserable their life was before they took whatever product they are being paid to endorse. So, I was naturally skeptical.

"After reading the testimonials on this website, you can't help but want to try the product! I am a 38 year old mom with four children ranging from 12 to two. I have homeschooled them for the last five years. I live in a wonderful city with a fabulous husband, my life is great ... except that I have always had issues with constipation. It wasn't until a few years ago that I realized that this wasn't ‘normal.’ Once every four days isn't ‘routine,’ and it was always excruciatingly painful. I have tried other fiber alternatives and have increased my water and fruits/veggies, but to no avail. I broke down and started using prune juice and thought for sure it would clean me out, but no, no response. What made this more frustrating over the years is that I've been trying to lose weight and I figured if you can't ‘release’ the fat, where is it going? No matter how hard I worked at losing weight and watching my diet, I couldn't lose much weight, if any. For a girl who has always lost weight quite easily, this was getting to a point where I just wanted to give up, nothing was working.

Instead of giving up, I did some researching and I finally figured out that if I can't eliminate like I should, how could I lose weight properly? I started doing some more research and discovered that a lot of my symptoms (tiredness, overweight, poor memory, weak immune system, etc.) were all attributed to the colon. The first few days were normal, then on day three I had a BM. It really took me by surprise, it's kinda funny! You see, usually I hunker down with a book or something because I know this is going to take a long time ... I decided it was a great day to get into a new catalogue! Well, zip boom ba ... I was in and out in no time! I was almost disappointed ... until I realized that that was the easiest BM I'd ever had. Obviously something was working!

It's been two weeks now and I do notice that my afternoon energy level has gone up, though I still do feel tired at times, it's certainly not like it was. I have had a ‘normal’ movement almost every day (except two when I had no BM). I haven't had anything ‘interesting’ come out yet, but I anticipate that I will ... though I'm not so sure that I'm looking forward to that!

Overall, I found that this product has been working like nothing else I've ever tried. It's the only one that's made me feel like it's doing it's job. I have had other cleanses with NO results. Well, on day four of the Colonix program I actually noticed it. It was funny. I had touched my legs as I was getting ready for bed and I was floored ... something was different! "I feel so good. Let me start by telling you my past and present health issues, so you can understand the torment I suffered for years. I am 28 years old, I was born without a thyroid, which leaves me with severe hypothyroidism. I also have had 4 children in the past nine years. Add these to facts I've been told by doctors that it is impossible or will not happen. I also didn’t get all prohealthy until this year, including not taking my meds and doing drugs and smoking as a teenager.

So all these years I have suffered from bad bad bad constipation. In 1997, I was in a car accident which through my body off track. So for awhile I had back pain. But then when it should have went away it never did. Very painful lower back pain. I have every test done to see the problem and all the doctors would tell me is to quit picking up heavy stuff, that wasn’t it. So let me tell you, I tried a ‘high colonic,’ and I did not know that you had to keep going. I thought it flushed everything out in one colonic, Boy was I wrong. I felt like I gave myself one of those same store bought enimas for two days and then I felt worse then I did before I got it done. Which was very depressing. Mind you, I had already checked out DrNatura and didn’t beleive it would work because I have bought other store bought cleanses that did not work. Plus when she said I would have to come back for 9 more colonics at $60 a pop ($540) I was like ‘Hell to the no.’

So I immediately ordered the Colonix cleanse, Toxinout and FloraProtect. I am not totally healthy and they don advise you to take both cleanses first, so I take the colon cleanse and the flora protect. The first day I was amazed, that stuff that your seeing in the pictures on the DrNatura website came out the first day. As soon as I took the fiber 15 minutes after the Paranil capsules, I heard a vrum vrum, like a old car trying to start and that was it. I went to the bathroom... It was about a foot and a half long a wouldn’t tear apart for nothing. Remember this was the first day, I must have been bloated to the max, because I didn’t expect that on the first day... I will not go without it.

Since then its been coming out everyday almost. I am down to 180 lbs and no back pains. My energy has went up and my acne, that I didn’t develop til after I had my 4th child, is clearing up. I am on a special high protein diet including protein shakes, and do weight training 4 days a week. And still feel great. Also I must add that its not a rush to the bathroom type feeling when you do go except when it was that time of the month. But that’s normal for me so it just added a little more.

...I will be ordering 2 more and doing two more months. Then I will continue to take the fiber and the FloraProtect on a continual basis. I tried fiber with tomatoe juice but didn’t want to add to many calories to my special diet, so I just take it with water now. And its not great, but you can't expect fiber to taste like a strawberry milkshake. To me it has a good herbal taste, so I like it. The tea at night is excellent. It relaxes me. I steep for 7 minutes.

"I will tell you I've only been on this program for 3 weeks and it has already changed so many issues I've been having. Let me say that I have been constipated all my life and didn't understand that what I was experiencing was constipation! "Well it was time for my 2nd cleanse using Colonix. The results were even more incredible than my first experience. "The Colonix program is a GODSEND!! Like one lady who testified and said that she believes God led her to this site, I too believe it wasn't a coincidence I landed here.  As a writer, I ran upon your site when I was doing research for a health related article I was working on. I couldn't stop reading the testimonials...I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Some of the comments about ‘fluttering in the stomach,’ I have experienced. "On the 7th day of my third month, I finally saw that rubbery stuff that folks are talking about.  I know I had said before that I wouldn't look, but this time, I had to take a peek. It was long and dangly alright, and it kept coming...

Since that nasty stuff is really starting to come out in the 3rd month, I am thinking about doing a 4th month. But I think the fiber also clears out a lot of gross stuff, as it moves whatever is in the colon and pushes it on out. So, perhaps the fiber will do the job.

I am also eating more fruits...kiwi, peaches, pears, nectarines, etc., and I find that they are just great. I eat them as a snack.  I used to eat potato chips and soda for snacks, but I'm glad I am eating much more healthy today.  I also feel like even my eyesight is getting better. I am not straining my eyes like I used to.  I feel FREEEEEE!

"Well I decided to do a 4th month. At times during the cleanse, because the Colonix program may be stirring up toxins in the body, I would feel bloated and gassy. But right now, as I'm on my 2nd day off the Colonix, after the 4th cleanse, I feel better and better. I am able to clearly think and plan, and that's important to my job where I do marketing. And also when I write. I can deal with stress better.  I don't feel like the weight of the world is on me.

During my last cleanse, I didn't notice any strange beings coming out anymore, like I said in an earlier post. Who knows? I may still see them in the future, as I think the fiber continues to cleanse the body and flushes everything out...am I right? I would do 4 Paranil, 2 scoops of fiber, and it's really up to the individual how long they steep the tea. I did at the most 40 min. I still woke up feeling refreshed.

"Well,  I am now at the end of taking the first Toxinout kit, with a few of the DetoxiGreen and Flora Protect pills left. I wanted to do a COMPLETE cleanse with the Toxinout since it cleanses the blood and liver, and removes nasty toxins from your body. Got to go ALL THE WAY when you do this, right? That's what I am doing. I am getting lots of email from people asking about Colonix and Toxinout and I am telling you, I have NO regrets. I emphatically tell people to do the Colonix (to start), then the Toxinout.

I had some symptoms/reactions from using Toxinout, but of course I expected them and they aren't bad.  I know I am getting a thorough cleanse because on days 4 & 5 I had a slight headache and some bloating. Stirring up those toxins!  And then came a few headaches here and there. Since Toxinout is a cleanse for the blood, I could feel at times pains in the arm and a fuzzy feeling in the back of my head, but afterwards, I felt AWESOME...like I was in touch with myself. I know I said something similar to that earlier, but this time, it was GREAT...it was like I was at so much peace. Whatever was trying to exit my body...it is gone now. I am feeling the great after effects...

"This is the end of my second month on Toxinout. Right before I started the second month, I saw a black oval ball in my stool. There is more stool coming out and I'm glad. One day (closer to the end of the 2nd month on Toxinout) I went to the bathroom about 4 times. Each time, I would feel better. At least the feces aren't staying inside my body.

I've been on DrNatura's cleanse system since last August I believe, and look how far I've come! Also, I had had problems with the inside of my left leg and the outside of my right leg around the ankles...they had a dark spot there and my left leg around that area would hurt. "Only after a year have I really started to slow down, and take it easy, one step at a time each day.  I am now on my one year Colonix cleanse and I am learning all over again with God's help, and the fact I'm cleaning out my system with Colonix, that I should not panic and be anxious over everything. I used to be so nervous and panicky. But since I've been cleansing, it's helped me to calm down. I have seen some really gross stuff over the past month. 

Then 2 days later, I sneezed and some disgusting half inch grey wrinkly thing came up in my mouth from my throat. It looked like it was broke off or something.  I spit it out and looked at it. "I was having ongoing stomach problems (10 years and escalating rapidly at the end). I (who never get sick) had my doctor on speed dial. He wasn't sure what it was. "I would like to start off by saying thank you for this wonderful product. I can’t express how much this product has change my life. For the past 5 years I have been suffering with stomach pains. I went to many doctors. I even had a colonoscopy. All my doctors could tell me is ‘nothing was wrong, just change your eating habits.’  I felt that I wasted a lot of time and money.
