"A friend told me about DrNatura products. I had not heard anything about them or colon cleansing before... I started researching and reading the testimonials. After about a month of thinking about it and re-reading the testimonials, I decided to try this myself. I ordered a month of Colonix and Toxinout. After a month, I liked it so much that I ordered another 2 month supply.

When I first started the program, I didn't notice anything different at first...then after about 2 weeks I got red blotches on my skin and was very itchy. I freaked out and called the DrNatura customer service. They calmed me down and explained that some people get skin irritation while their bodies detox, and I just happened to be one of those people... "About 10 years ago I became addicted to narcotic pain pills, here recently (exactly one year ago today) I finally got professional help and was able to stop taking the pain pills, however the damage to my body had been done. Anyone who has had to take pain pills know that they cause major constipation. "Where have you been all of my life? Thank you! For years I felt and acted 10 to 20 years older than my age. Lethargy and bursts of energy were a way of life with the bursts becoming less frequent. No consistency. I would gain weight and no matter how little or much that I ate or exercised my belly would grow. Workouts, dieting were almost useless. "I would like to tell how and why I was introduced to DrNatura’s Colon Cleanse.  Almost two years ago I began having severe constipation problems.  Now this did not start overnight, I've always had trouble going since a child.  I am a forty year old Christian woman and homeschool mother of three.  Now I don't mean that I was having a little problem going every now and then. I mean my husband and I were laying in bed crying and praying to God because I was near death and it seemed to both of us that the health system was not going to be my answer.  You see my husband is on disability for bi-polar disorder and he has Medicaid. My kids have Medicaid because they are his dependents. As for me I'm left out in the cold to fend for myself.  That means no insurance. "I am not going to cutsie this up and hope to get a spot in Readers Digest but I do want to get my point across to those looking at this product. It freakin’ works man!

Just give the product it's time and do what DrNatura says. If you have a mild side effect get over it and move on with your day, this stuff works. Yes I have had cramps, I have experienced stomach aches, sluggishness, flu like symptoms and pretty much keep a headache but when I go to the toilet and evacuate the bowel, my aches and pains are instantly eliminated. (Still seated) I can feel a tingling all over my body and have new energy.

"I came across DrNatura's website as I was looking up another company's product so that I could order it!  I must tell you with all the seriousness that I possess that I was at my most desperate and frightened point with the inability to have any real bm's in over a year-even with the aid of other bulk fibers, natural herb stimulators, laxatives, suppositories or enemas!  I am 47, but actually started having the garden variety digestion issues about 15 years ago-gas (I have the kind that gets trapped under my rib cage and into my back which is very, very painful), heartburn, abdomen tenderness and often it would feel like I had been punched in the diaphram! And I stopped having the urge to go pooh. And when I could go it would usually be squeezed looking. Then this past year I experienced the hard as rocks pooh and no matter what I did it would hardly come out!  It is not/was not uncommon at all for me to not go for days at time.  Now the strange part was that I was never in any pain!  My husband even has often commented that he truly wonders where all that pooh was and how I couldn't be terribly sick.

I wasted no time to call DrNatura and was so relieved to talk to a wonderful customer rep who very patiently listened to my list of pooh problems.  She was very compassionate and very helpful in answering my questions.  I told her I could not wait till I received my shipment and she reassured me it would most definitely be on time! True to her word, it arrived promptly. (By the way, I had it delivered to my business so that I could get it as fast as I could – otherwise I would have had to wait to get home in the evening to get to it!) My husband can attest to this...I kept an ‘eagle eye’ out for the UPS truck for the next 3 days for my shipment to get here, and when it did, I nearly ripped the box out of our UPS driver’s hands! (Thank goodness we know him well...)  You would have thought it was Christmas morning – I literally tore the box open and looked at everything. I quickly read the time table instruction booklet (which is very, very helpful and easy to follow until you are able to get used to the routine) and started the Colonix and Toxinout program immediately! I highly recommend doing both products at the same time if at all possible. In using natural herbs in my life, there are products that leave an after taste or ‘burp up’ and I have to tell you that I absolutely love how pleasant it is to take and digest the capsules. Yes, I even enjoy the fiber!  I mix it with orange juice and stir it quickly together with a fork! 

In the first 2 days of my program, I had a terrific increase of energy and I was going pee-pee often.  I think I started detoxing immediately overall and felt less bulky all over – I want you to know that I am grateful for all those who send in their testimonies, because it gave me a realistic view of possibly what and what not to expect as I went thru the program.  It is so true to be patient for the results you may be needing because we are all different from one another. I did not have a normal pooh on my own while until the 13th day – and even only then it was just average – but the neat thing about that was I hadn't had the urge to go at all on my own for many many months, so I knew a small miracle had occurred. I tried very hard to stay on schedule and consistent with everything.  What is nice is that you can vary the program as well to better suite your needs if you have to!  The important thing to remember is don't quit or give up! I gradually began to go more and more often by the time I was into my second month of the program. I wish I could have done a third month but I wasn't able to... 

Well, here are some of the things I experienced! Not long after I first went pooh naturally on my own, I had a BM (of course I check it them out each time before flushing and sift around thru them on occasion with a spoon!) and saw a very wierd looking ‘something’ – so I bravely got it out of the toilet and put it on a paper towel. It was about 2 inches of a rectangular (in diameter), flat (about the thickness of paper) nearly translucent, unbendable piece of ?? It had jagged edges and a rock hard chunk of something ‘cemented’ to one side of it (it literally made a scraping sound and a ‘chinking sound’ to it when I touched the spoon to it! I showed my husband and he said he would have never believed this could be real!  (The best I could even figure out was it might have been a piece of bratwurst skin? But I couldn't remember when the last time it was that I had eaten one!)  I was to say the least dumbfounded that I had this in me and that it was in there for so long that it ‘petrified’ itself! Where on earth did it stay stored in my intestines??  It was very reassuring that at least it came out!

Quite a few times now I have also experienced the ‘ropey pooh’ stuff with the ‘chicken liver sack things’ hanging off of it that I see in your photo gallery. Some were as long as 15 inches or more! I eliminate these on occasion even now with just taking the fiber! Which tells me how effective the fiber truly is! By the way, my husband has been very brave and gracious, to say the least, about looking at my pooh when these ‘different’ and ‘unusual’ specimens present themselves! He honestly can't believe what I show him! He has been so concerned for me and my pooh issues – and is very happy that I am finally getting better!  I am grateful for his support!

"I was diagnosed with IBS over 20 years ago and have suffered for its affects in every degree imaginable. But this time, the pain was unbearable. February 29, 2008: I started it today, leap year sounds like a good time. Nothing major to report. I’m not even having a bowel movement.

March 2, 2008: My first bowel movement in 10 days. Nothing abnormal was expelled, in fact, very little was expelled. The only difference is that I usually have to take a water pill to urinate effectively because, no matter how much water I drink, I never really go as much as I think I should. I have been told I have ‘edema.’ Don’t know if it is a coincidence, but urinated frequently and full strength – something that rarely happens. We’ll see. Later in the day: my insides are gurgling. I keep praying that after 4 weeks of constipation, something has to give...

Are you kidding me!? Ok, maybe I’m doing something wrong. I call customer service. They tell me I’m doing everything right just be patient, I’ve been backed up for a while. OK. I’ll complete the first month and if nothing happens I want a full refund! Later in the day I have to go again. I drag my sorry butt to the bowl and have an actual bowel movement. Wow. OK, I’m happy. I look in the bowl expecting to see intestines, all the gross things that people write about only to see what looks like floating black tar surrounded in candle wax. I call my husband. He now officially thinks I should be committed because I want him to look at my poop. He tells me to stop looking and just flush the toilet.

March 5, 2008: Starting day 5, increasing the stuff. Same black poop with wax. OK this is what’s in my body, at least it’s coming out. About 1 hour later, another movement...he, he. The day is going to be good. I go, and go a little more. I flush. I go some more. This time I look...Oh my God, there is something swimming in the bowl! It’s about 6 inches long with stool around it but it’s moving! I swear! I scream and start calling my husband to come and look. He starts calling mental institutions. I beg. He cringes. Could the website be right? Oh my.

March 6-8, 2008: More frequent movements, nothing insane, just easy does it. Black round things, things that look like rice are all starting to appear. All day Saturday, I start to feel a little different. It kind of feels like there are butterflies in my stomach. I’m gassy. May be a good sign since I haven’t been gassy in over a month. Nothing major to report.

March 9, 2008: Regular morning. A little disappointing. But, at least I’m going. I weighed myself this morning and the 16 pounds I gained during the last month of not pooping has decreased by 3 pounds. OK, I say. I work Friday - Sunday, 8am - 8pm as a weekend coordinator for a law firm. So here I am sitting, working, answering phones when I feel the urge. I go to the ladies room. And I go and go and go and go. Something is really different. I talk myself into looking. Slowly, I stand and look down...AAAHHH! I passed a garden hose! I swear that is what it looked like. Long, like 3 feet long, black, green and a little yellow. JUST LIKE THOSE DARN PICTURES! Now I understand why people take pictures! Yup I got it! I hurry back to my office and call my husband and mother. My husband is now on tranquilizers and can’t believe that after 14 years of marriage, he starts our morning conversations with, ‘Have you pooped today?’ (Can’t get more romantic!) I’m jumping up and down! I swear I hear angels! I’m not kidding you but the pain in my hip is gone and the never ending cramps have ceased. Perhaps it’s the chemical reaction from the euphoric state I’m in, but who cares I’ll take it! Raise the roof, I’m a believer! I promise to take pictures next time and keep you updated. "The last time you heard from me was March 9th. I had a little health setback and was told I had an inflamed spleen and the pain I was experiencing on the left side was from that. My output had decreased significantly and I was beginning to worry a little. I increased my fiber to 1 1/2 scoops and I decided to start the Toxinout since my ‘spleen’ was inflamed and enlarged. I am happy to report that bathroom function has returned to full strength and I am starting to pass more of these little critters and ‘stuff.’ In addition, only after 1 week of the Toxinout, the pain in my left side is almost completely gone.

The next day, the same thing – and it was those little kernels of corn. They have been inside of me for 5 months! Today, March 30, Day 31 – I have now been in the bathroom 4 times and it is only 2pm! "The testimonials are what pushed me over the edge to buy Colonix in the first place, and I couldn't help but give some back. I found DrNatura practically by accident, surfing around one day. I couldn't believe what I was reading! I had never even considered that this sort of stuff could be inside people; this must be a hoax, right? I read on. The research made sense, the testimonials were convincing, but the pictures? They must have been faked, surely. At this point I was seriously intrigued, and could not let it go. I poked around the net, reading everything from 'colon cleansing is medically harmful' to 'this will save your soul.' Up the middle, however, most were saying it is safe enough, and at the very least you have nothing to lose.

Now, I'm not prone to impulse buying (as a matter of fact, this is the first product I have ever ordered online), but I had to try this for myself. The 60 day money back guarantee didn't hurt the cause either. I laid down the greenbacks and crossed my fingers.

The first 2 weeks were a bit rough, but quite tolerable as my body got used to the new world order. I had some bloating, some constipation, general fatigue and sort of a fogged brain. As things evened out, I became very regular; you could set your watch to it. Fiber and Paranil in the morning, tea at night, poo in the morning; a fiber poo first, then yesterday’s eats within an hour or so, maybe 2 or 3. That was it for the day. This has been the routine for the last 5 weeks. 'What a great product,' I was thinking; 'I feel good, I'm regular, I guess this does a good job of keeping things moving - money well spent. The pictures are a load of bs, but money well spent.' That was up until tonight!

Tonight at 10pm I suddenly felt an urge to go - nothing to run for, but a strong urge - and out it came! This was odd, because my movements had been so regular to this point. I could tell before even turning around that this one was different; it was hard and rubbery, and it didn't feel like anything I have ever passed before. It was pretty grim. - No, you’re not running to the can. You have to play with the steeping of the tea a bit; you might need 2 minutes; I actually never take the bag out before I'm done drinking it – that’s me. There is sometimes a bit of discomfort just before you go – I hesitate to call it cramping; it’s not, and it doesn't persist.

- Yes, the fiber tastes great – I actually enjoy it each morning. Try it shaken with a cup or 2 of milk to taste.

- Yes, the tea tastes great - mild sedative effect is nice, and not 'drowsy.' If you don’t like tea, suck it up - it's worth it!

- Yes, there are times when you don't feel the best throughout this process. Sometimes, you gotta take the good with the bad I guess.

"I had promised an update when I sent my last testimonial so I'll get right to it. Its been long enough. I left you at week five, with astonishing surprises in the bowl, and utter glee that my money had not been wasted. The changes I have experienced since then have literally transformed my life.

"Well, today is day 12 for my husband and I. I had decided to start DrNatura after being constipated for about a year now. I did not have a problem before until about August of last year. "I wrote my first testimonial after 3 days of the program. I didn't have nearly enough information to write it then, but I do now. I have just completed the 90 day Colonix plan. "Add me to the list of people who swears this product works! I was looking for a colon cleanses cause I was tired of feeling bloated and icky all the time. I have also had diarrhea off and on for about 6 years, I compared it to irritable bowel syndrome as it was worse after I'd eat. I felt better, got rid of the bloat and the diarrhea after about 1 week on the cleanse so ordered the whole 3 months just cause it was nice to be regular and I figured at 50 I had a lot of build up.

"My name is Drew. I am 45 and a Native American man living in southwest Colorado. I have grown up on the reservation most of my life. I was raised by my grandmother and my aunt since I was an infant. Growing up in that environment I ate mostly meat and potatoes. I ate lots of cold cuts, fried food and lots of bread. I drank a lot of soda when I was younger. I craved sugar and sweets a lot. I grew up and through my own misadventures, eventually became an alcoholic and my diet suffered because of it. I was diagnosed as a diabetic at the age of 35. "I just want to say thanks. Colonix has saved my life, literally. I am 22 years old and ever since I was little, I knew something was wrong with me. Being brought up on a poor diet of fast foods and pre-packaged fake food, my digestive system never worked well. I only pooed once or twice a week, and even then they were little 'pebble poopies' I used to call them... imagine that for 20 years!

I have been plagued with an odor problem that seemed to emanate from my skin that started when I was 10. It was like stale fish. Imagine being in a classroom... It was hell. The teachers were even worse towards me at times. No words could describe the embarrassment and pain... I attempted suicide as a teen, but I won't go into all of that. After school ended, I tried 2 minimum wage jobs but I couldn't hold them due to harassment. Then I didn't leave my room for a few years. I refused to be around people. So therefore I concluded that I must have Systemic Candida. I had all the symptoms but the most revealing was the white tongue.

I started August 1 and now I'm almost done with the 3rd month and it worked, coupled with the Candida diet. The body odor was completely gone after only a few weeks. I couldn't believe it. I was able to go in a grocery store and walk where there were people around. No coughing/sniffing/looks of disgust. I am still people-phobic but I think I can get passed it with time.

"This was my response to an email I received regarding the cleanse. I thought I would share it with you:

I can only state my own opinion and belief as I am not a doctor or scientist. I will tell you that my results speak for themselves. I have been loosing weight since I started, about 1 LB every 3 days. I used to eat a lot of candy, Dove chocolates and other fine chocolate. I would even go to bed with it melting in my mouth, literally. Since I started the cleanse I have had only 2 small pieces, really. Tonight my 2 year old daughter had a Clondike bar and I ate a broken piece before it fell and I really had to force it down. It just didn’t do any thing for me. No more desire. What I crave now is fruit.

Also I had a coffee addiction, yes I still like the taste and have had an occasional cup but I no longer need it to start my day and I don’t miss it at all, not in the least. When I wake up I am up, and I mean up for the day. It’s midnight right now and it’s OK. I’m UP.

I had gotten to the point where if I didn’t get 8, 9 and sometimes 10 hours of sleep I was not worth a s...well, not worth a darn. I used to sleep about 6 hours a night and was very alive with that. "Well it’s been a year and a half since my first cleanse. I weigh 20 lbs less than the day I started that cleanse. I went from 178 to 158 lbs in about 8 months and have held that weight. It was an excellent decision with excellent results.

I decided it was time for another cleanse with my target weight of 150lbs. That was my normal weight 9 years ago and I want to be there again. I started my second cleanse on Saturday Oct. 4th. "At the age of 13 my family started a ‘liquid diet’ that had become very popular in the late 80s. Having been overweight since childhood, my parents also (with a doctor's supervision) put me on the liquid diet. About a year later I developed gallstones and had to have my gallbladder removed. The surgeon suspected that the diet brought on the problems with the gallbladder. Post-surgery, I began to develop severe ‘dumping syndrome.’ I could eat anything - healthy or otherwise - and begin having serious stomach cramps that were so painful it is difficult to even describe. The best description would be that it felt as if my intestines were tying themselves in knots. I would have to race to restroom and relieve myself. This would come with serious but temporary diarrhea - and the pain would ease as soon as I went to the bathroom. However, this happened with so much frequency it truly disrupted my every day living.

For years and years I dealt with being out with friends or family shopping - and having to rush to the restroom due to serious pain and cramping out from nowhere. It's embarrassing to have this happen when you're in public - as public restrooms are just that - public. And, if your friends happen to go along with you to the restroom it's doubly embarrassing to try to hide what's happening to you. Trips, dates, vacations, work - anything I did - I would have to worry that my stomach might start acting up.

I saw my doctor through various points over the years and he prescribed some medication that really did not help the problem. I read and researched and still didn't find any real help for the problem. This problem truly impacted my life and made social experiences miserable. There's something very uncomfortable about being at a new boyfriend's home and having a stomach explosion!

I dealt with this issue for nearly 20 years. Last year I bought the Toxinout and Colonix products. I did so just wanting to cleanse my system and not really even thinking about my stomach problems. What I noticed within a few days of being on the Colonix fiber - I wasn't dumping. I used a full jar of the Colonix and noticed by the end of use that I hadn't had an attack in the time I'd been taking it. There may have been once or twice where I had mild symptoms but no embarrassing moments - and nothing remotely like what I've been used to for so long.

As a human being who's bad about not sticking with things - I ended up not continuing to take the fiber as regularly. And, eventually I stopped altogether. For about 3 months my symptoms did not return even when I wasn't taking the Colonix each morning. But, alas, after 3 or 4 months, the dumping syndrome returned. And, with that, I began taking Colonix again. One week back on the product - no more dumping. And, I'd been having attacks daily - sometimes multiple times a day.

I do know that this dumping reaction occurs due to issues surrounding bile and food being dumped too quickly into the small intestine. What fiber does to fix it - I have no idea. I just know it works. The ‘how’ of it is something you may be able to explain better. I do know from reading the Internet that a lot of people who've had this surgery are suffering as I did. When I read articles that tell everyone to eat small meals, never have high fat meals, and to rest after having a meal so their body is slower to digest food - it's just not reasonable. Sure, small, low-fat meals may be healthier, but the reality is in life, you can't always alter your diet that dramatically - and you'd like to live normally despite the fact you don't have a gallbladder.

I would urge anyone who is suffering with dumping syndrome post-gallbladder removal to try taking Colonix fiber every morning. Something about that fiber being in your system will help with the problems! I don't know if the fiber is absorbing the excess bile, hence calming the reaction - or what - but I know it completely eliminated this terrible syndrome for me. And, I will not fail to stay on the fiber in the future. I also think it says volumes that even when I failed to use Colonix fiber, my system still functioned nicely for about 3 months. So, it's definitely changing something in the digestive tract for the better.

"I am a 34 year old wife, mother of 2, and a Fitness Instructor. I decided to try Colonix because ‘instinctively’ I knew I needed to cleanse. I am muscular and fit on the outside, but I had an inner voice tell me that I needed to be ‘fit’ on the inside as well!

I have been a cheerleader (HS, College, NFL) most of my life and as of the last 10 years I have eaten pretty healthy.
