"I was a skeptic for the first two weeks but now that I’m in my third week I’m a firm believer that your product truly works and just ordered a second month worth. About 15 years ago, while living in NY, I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease. After being diagnosed I was given amoxicillin for over a year to rid myself of this horrible bug. The only problem was that my symptoms were not getting better, they were getting worse. After visiting several doctors it was discovered that I was given the wrong type of antibiotic and was switch to tetracycline for months to follow. Finally the major symptoms of the Lyme Disease went away but since I have been plagued with all types of other problems, one being systemic Candidiasis. For all of these years it has taken over my life.

I’ve tried many things to rid my body of this horrible beast but it always seemed to come back. Just recently I had to take antibiotics for something and it came back with a vengeance. For a couple of years I went about my business with the joint pain, muscle twitching, brain fog and fatigue that I was used to with no real flare up until now. I wanted to cry. Being on an anti-Candida diet is very difficult and it could take months to resolve. In searching the web to see if there were any new things out there that could help with my problem I came across your site. I have to say the pictures were horrifying but I looked at them nonetheless and read all of the testimonials. I was pleased to find that there were other people that used this product to rid themselves of Candida so I thought I’d give it a try.

My first week was tough. I started with a ½ scoop of fiber. I was so bloated and felt full all the time and could hardly eat. I kept drinking water since I was so thirsty but even that made me feel bad. I steeped my tea two minutes and hoped for some relief the next day but hardly anything came out of me. I did notice in the morning however that I didn’t feel as full. So I kept at it and still the same type of small BMs and the bloating wouldn’t quit. At the 6th day I upped to 1 scoop and the bloating continued. I found I was drinking up to about 100oz of water, since I couldn’t get enough and then one day I started to experience what I would call a horrible bout of the flu, chills, body aches and pains. I couldn’t get out of bed. So that night I steeped my tea for seven minutes. I knew I had to get whatever was in me, out, that I was really toxic. The next morning my healing began. After I had a huge BM all my aches and pains just disappeared and I had tons of energy. I couldn’t believe it. But afterwards I still wasn’t really eliminating the way everyone else had said they had so I contacted customer service and found out that I was drinking way to much water and was diluting the fiber. I was told not to drink more than 64oz of water a day and up the steeping time two minutes per day.

Well, once I cut down on the water intake and upped the steeping time things really started to happen. I saw these clear looking white things about the size of rice floating out of my ‘stuff’ to the top of the bowl. And not just one mind you, about 50 to 100 of them. I went to the web and found out they could possibly be flukes. Gross! Where in the world did I get these things!! Then I remembered I went on a trip to the Caribbean and became violently ill and thought – Oh, my God – have these things been living in me all these years? Over a few days I continued to pass these things by the boatload and then started to have a lot of gas and bloating after I’d have my fiber in the morning. I finally figured out that I was steeping my tea too long now and cut back. This eliminated the painful gas and bloating.

Yesterday, which was day 19 I had a very large BM but it looked like all fiber. I was discouraged at this point and then remembered seeing a testimonial that mentioned that there is stuff inside all the fiber so I did like most do and went digging and what I found was unbelievable. I had a very long mass of light brown rubber stuff that looked like the picture on the first page of your site. I was shocked! And then today, day 20, more of the same and a sac of something that I didn’t dare try to dissect.

Anyway, my Candida is once again under control. My joints are no longer hurting. I still have a bit of the brain fog but I know that’s because all the toxins are still leaving my body. And this twitching I’ve had with my eyelid for years has been very minimal. I also have tons of energy and my sinuses are no longer clogged. I was in the supermarket and could smell all the fruit, breads, candy, you name it. Food tastes much better. I never realized what I was missing. I’ve told both my parents and my friend that they need to do this. My Mom had Lyme Disease too and I know this would help her, especially with the fatigue that’s plagued her for years.

"First, let me tell you that I did not believe that any of those ‘things’ I saw on the testimonial pages would come out of my body. I just wanted to get as much poop out as possible and hopefully shrink my stomach. Well, I've been on the Colonix product for exactly 24-days and today one of those long, gross, rubbery, stinky things came out of my body. But guess what, I am not surprised. From the second or third day on the program, stuff was coming out that I know had to have been inside for a long time.

I've never been a regular person – always went a couple of times a week, but never everyday. Well, since day one, I have had a bowel movement everyday! By week two of the Colonix regimen, I was telling people I just don't know how I will ever live without Colonix, everyday for the rest of my life. I would even wake up at 6:00AM on the weekend (without an alarm) just to take my pills and fiber. That is just how much I love this product.

I have not lost a lot of weight (only about 5 pounds) but that is fine with me because that was not my main goal. My goal was to shrink this monstrosity of a stomach that I have somehow acquired over the past four years. One can only blame being pregnant as the reason your stomach is big for so long (my daughter is 13-years old so that excuse is over).

I take medicine for two conditions, one being Hypothyroidsm and within the past six months I donated a Kidney to my sister. Even with my medical history I have not had any problems with the Colonix. I have lost about 5-pounds, but more importantly I have lost a whole bunch of inches from my middle. In just 24-days I've gone down from a size 12 to size 10.

Taking the pills is easy to me. Taking the fiber is easy for me. Drinking the tea is easy. Now of the six or so friends I have referred this product to, some don't like taking the pills, others don't like taking the fiber...but I just swallow everything down as quickly as possible and I'm done – so, no problems for me. Also, it is amazing how we all talk about our poop! We send each other text messages and emails, describing in detail what came out, how awful it smelled and what it looked like. I even sent a cell picture of that long, rubbery thing at 6:00AM to all my girlfriends – now that is crazy when you think about it. There is so much more I want to write about how absolutely wonderful the Colonix product is and how true those other testimonials are, as well as those disgusting pictures...but what I will end with is this: I live in Maryland and have told friends in Virginia, DC, and St. Louis about Colonix. Again, I know we are only supposed to use the product for a maximum of 3-months out of the year, but I just cannot imagine being without the Colonix product for the remaining 9 months out of the year!

"While I never experienced the toilet monsters that many others have told of, I can tell you that I am feeling much better after the 3 month cleansing, and am continuing to use the fiber supplement on a daily basis. My problems with gas, which were serious, have mostly disappeared, as have all other IBS symptoms. Also, there has been no recurrence of the diverticulitis that was starting to make my life a misery every few months.

"All I can say is wow! I was always a health nut, organic foods, organic household cleaners, organic cosmetics and etc. However, I still felt sluggish in the afternoon after lunch. I gained over 20 lbs and went from size 6 to size 12 in almost 1 year. On my small frame it did not look good at all. I was plump and not pleasantly. Exercise and eliminating certain fats and red meat from my diet did not help. So I decided to do Colonix as a last resort.

I started the program on June 11, following instructions to ‘a T’ and doing everything it says in the brochure. I had 2 headaches in 2 weeks, but they were very mild. On day 6 I started passing ‘sludge’ very much like on the pictures. "I am on Day 64 of a 90 day cleanse. I have not bothered to be as ‘investigative’ of my bowel movements with pictures and such. But, I must say my biggest issue has been with extreme flatulence. To a point where it was embarrassing, to say the least. I am not flatulent free, but I have noticed a huge decrease in the amount of what used to be daily flatulence.

The other huge improvement has been with mu sugar levels as I am diabetic. I have not had to take any medication for 2 months as my sugar levels are what a non-diabetic would have. My morning sugar levels are between 72 and 100 with an average of 80. My sugar levels during the day are well within a non-diabetic range. I also seem to be able to tolerate lactose much, much better. So I will stay on the program. I purchased 2 more jars of Colonix fiber as I felt I needed to step up my daily intake. "I will be 50 years old in less than 2 weeks, and I needed a change in a huge way! I had cleansed my colon twice, over the past 20 years, but they were both very short-term; less than a week. I never knew it should be for a longer period of time - and I practiced holistic health and thought I knew all there was to know, but I just didn't know that. I have been obese since high school: every diet there is, I've tried it or thought about trying it. I lose up to 100 pounds, and then I hit a plateau and turn back, gaining everything back. This time, after maintaining that 100 pound loss for nearly 10 years, and then finding the weight going back on (and blaming the new stress in my life for my return to emotional eating) I panicked! Two nights, I didn’t even get up to go to the bathroom. The past few nights I have, but was able to immediately go back to sleep. This is such a blessing!

I find myself wanting to move around more. I’m feeling better about my body; have been wearing shorts more often – out in public – and shorter-sleeved shirts, exposing my arms more. My disposition is much better; more even-keel. I can think better; I don’t seem to be in such a fog as I was. I am down 2 pants sizes, in just these two weeks. That overhanging panniculus is going down pretty fast. I feel quieter inside; not so much physically, as emotionally. I feel a stillness, within, I’ve not felt in such a long time.

I believe that when we are ready, whatever we need is placed in our path. I know this is the case with having found your website that evening, exactly 3 weeks ago, today. "Hello! A couple of months ago I found your site but was pregnant expecting my 3rd child. I was so ready to have this baby so I could start the program. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks on the program and I am so excited. With my previous pregnancies I gained 37 (with 1st) and 50 (with 2nd). "I have been a loyal customer of DrNatura for at least 5 years and had been good with following up almost every year with an annual cleanse for a month. I however skipped 2005 and made an attempt to do a one month cleanse in between. I took ill last year, was feeling extremely fatigued and was getting brown spots on my face. My doctor told me the brown spots were from a hormonal condition but I did not agree as a co-worker who was very young had similar spots on her face and she thought it was from birth control pills, I am not on birth control pills so my instincts told me I was being exposed to a chemical and there was an acrid smell coming out of the vents on our side of the office. My health seemed to be deteriorating rapidly, I gained 30lbs, my stomach was distended for the first time in my life (I have always had a washboard stomach and a tiny waist). It was discovered that I had h-pylori bacteria and nerve sheath tumors (the tumors are typical of exposure to toxic chemicals like plastic). I had the tumors removed from my right leg and took antibiotics for the h-pylori, I continued to gain weight and there was a swelling along the nerve tendon in my left leg.

At night my stomach would swell up as though I was pregnant and in the morning it would be flat again. I decided to do every cleanse imaginable. I did the master cleanse for 21 days twice, I did a juice fast, I did a vegetable fast. I continued to not only not to lose weight but I actually gained weight. "On December 29, 2005 I knew I had to change something if I were to see my granddaughter grow up. I had carried her up a flight of stairs to put her to bed. She weighed 18 lbs. After I put her in bed I had to sit down and catch my breath and I could see stars. I weighed just over 200 lbs. I spent the next few months researching as to what I should do in a healthy way. I bought books for proper food combining. In those books I had read about internal cleansing. I was skeptical and frightened because it was so new to me.

I did a new search on the best cleansing programs. DrNatura was the first I tried but only for a month because I was not sure what would happen as well as how it would taste. I did not see much results as read in other testimonials but I reminded myself that I did not eat properly for a good 15 - 20 years of my now 50 years of life. Mostly fast food for a quick bite running kids to practices and games. So I gave it another 2 months. Again nothing strange. I did notice that I was feeling better.

"Even as I'm writing this, I'm thinking that I won't send it, but I have to share what just happened this morning. I was introduced to colon cleansing a little over a year ago when a co-worker talked me into buying a kit from another company. The program included gradually reducing what I ate until all I would take in was the fiber drink that was to clean me out. I was apprehensive about not being able to eat, but was excited to get started. When I mixed the first drink, I gagged so hard that I threw up. I figured that colon cleansing wasn't for me. I searched on the internet and found DrNatura's website. Fascinated by what I read and saw, I was wanting to try, but hesitant because I was fearful that I wouldn't be able to swallow the fiber mix. You have to realize that I am the worst gagger in the world. My dentist cringes when I come in for a visit, as I always need the puke pan close by. After weeks of reading testimonials, I decided to give it a try, after all, I could always get my money back if it didn't work out for me.

So last year I tried the product, along with several co-workers. I was surprised that I could actually drink the fiber mix and found it to be pleasant. No gagging at all. I did the first month with just the Colonix, waiting until the second month to start the Toxinout. It wasn't long before I was having regular bowel movements. I noticed that I felt better and had more energy. Other than a few different looking things coming out, I never noticed anything really strange. There were only two people that I thought I knew well enough to show, but they are on the product too, so show them I did. The headache is gone, the brain fog has lifted and I am committed to finishing three months on the program. I am looking forward to see what the next couple of months are going to bring. "Hello, I just want to say thank you for such a great product! It really has made a true difference in my life. I am only 36 but was feeling very old, I was seeing wrinkles I felt were very premature on my face. No energy, felt like I could take a midday nap every day, and honestly felt like an old lady.

I guess to go back a little, I grew up not eating the best, I had a lot of chocolate candy, ate sweet cereals, white bread, the works. And even in junior high school, I would notice that my energy level was way down compared to alot of my schoolmates. I wanted to be more active but didn't feel like it.

Skipping to present day, I am married with 4 children, ranging from 2 to 8 years of age, and I homeschool. Up until this program, I've had no energy, foggy memory, painful menstrual cycles, yeast infections constantly (something I've dealt with pretty much since my teen years) and just didn't feel my age, Like I mentioned before, I felt old.

So on May 21st we started our Colonix and Toxinout Programs. My husband was very skeptical, but I felt really strongly that this program would work. (I should mention that we've tried other products, but they don't work!) I warned him I would go digging and I would be his court reporter as well! So surprisingly, just on my 5th day, I saw what looked to be a rubber band in all of the matter. then again on the 7th day! I dragged my hubby in for a peek, and from that moment on he was convinced! There has been a lot more weird stuff coming out, and I haven't taken pictures of all of it (just the first 2 episodes) but believe me, all the pictures on this website is for real, because that is exactly what I'm seeing!

We are now on our 20th day and this is the best part: I feel like a teenager again. My face is glowing! The wrinkles look like they are disappearing! "I was pretty skeptical about Colonix for a while, until a co-worker suggested that I try it. It worked for her pretty well so I thought, why not? I was at the end of my rope because I was so constipated and miserable. My clothes didn't fit well and was desperate to find something that would work for me. A little background: I am hypothyroid and I have struggled with my weight for a few years. A few months ago, I ended up feeling so constipated and miserable. I didn't know what to do. I tried all kinds of different fiber supplements and they didn't do the job.

"Wow! What can I say? These products have given me back my life! I have not been constipated more than probably 10 days in my entire life, but I have had all kinds of health problems in my 48 years. I had a weak immune system since I was a baby, catching pretty much anything that came along. I started having light asthmatic problems when I was around 8 in reaction to the rising smog levels. I was borderline diabetic by the time I was 14 with lots of cavities from too much sugar. I put my body through all kinds of diets, many not very balanced, to control my weight, which fluctuated like a yo-yo and left me with a lot of deficiencies. I was in a car accident on my 20th birthday on my honeymoon that left me partially disabled for 10 years, so I did not get the exercise I was used to. A move to American Samoa left me with dysentery that lasted 2 years, and had continued to reoccur periodically ever since, until this product.

Once I rehabilitated my back, neck and wrists, I worked out too hard as an athlete who taught 6 sports, and ended up sick for 3 months with bronchitis that turned into stress-induced asthma. The mineral depletion from all the exercise and dieting began to mess with my adrenals and thyroid. At first, I had exhausted adrenals and low thyroid, but then I was exposed to toxic mold, and some heavy metal poisoning, and the thyroid sped up and became Graves. A mistake in the doctor's office put me on a 6 week waiting list, and I almost died. A 100% raw food diet and a lot of juices and mineral supplements brought me back about half way. But then, perimenopause hit and I started having periods 3 weeks on and one week off, which left me severely anemic and in pain from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet. My weight would fluctuate as much as 10 pounds in a day, and 2 sizes. When the weight was down, and my energy would start to go up, I would get out and go dancing. I decided I had to find a way to shrink the fibroid, or else get a hysterectomy, so I would not have to worry about loss of work. I took a leave of absence for 3 weeks at Christmas. I decided I would start with a colonic irrigation. Called for an appointment, and they told me to go online to look up colon hydrotherapy to learn more, so I did. While looking online I came across DrNatura. I started reading, and reading and reading. And I decided that if there were that many people having that many results, I ought to do it. But I had already made the appointment for the hydrotherapy, so I went ahead and did it for 3 days while waiting for my kits to arrive. During the hydro, I passed a tennis sized ball of live and wiggling round worms, a few thread worms and some gas she said was from undigested veggies. That was it. But I already felt better, the pain in my left side was gone, and my tummy was flatter.

Then I started the Colonix kit. Oh my gosh! I lost my daily notes, but here it is to the best of my memory... The first day, I passed a small pile of what looked like flat, diamond shaped rice. I think that was tape worm eggs. The second day, I passed another large ball of round worms, but these ones were not moving! I liked that! Every day for the entire first month I passed some kind of creature! I was full of all kinds of crap! I had no idea! And they seemed to come out in groups, the same kind for days at a time. I saw hundreds of pinworms that looked like fingernail clippings and caused intense itching. I saw about 50 thread worms, 1 tapeworm, 2 bright orange flukes about the size and shape of a super ball, or a little bigger. (What the heck!!!???) I saw a couple whipworms, and quite a bit of yeast, which calmed down once I added the probiotics. (I highly recommend you take the probiotics! Especially if you are a woman or have had yeast problems! It will really help your energy!) I had to pull out a 12-14 inch tape worm which made me do the heebeegeebee dance all around the bathroom. I saw an 8-10 inch piece of plaque that looked like chocolate covered outdoor Christmas lights! I know I didn't eat that!  I passed many round worms off and on. Then I started reading... get this.... that round worms can cross into the blood stream and get into your other organs! (I had had leaky gut, which is an opportune time for them to do so!) And they could get into the brain and cause depression (check - so that is what the crawling sensations were!), get into the heart and cause heart problems (check), get into the lungs and cause asthma problems (check) etc., etc., for any organ. Did the light bulb just go on for you too? Now I know why I was so sick! Besides all the other things going on in my body, I had all these little critters happily dining away, eating all my nutrition, leaving me with their waste products to deal with, and though I was spending hundreds of dollars on super foods, herbs, and supplements, and all I was getting for it, was the healthiest parasites in the world!

I am at the end of my second month now. It has been much less eventful. I see an occasional worm. I get occasional diarrhea. I see occasional mucus. Sometimes the odor of whatever dead things are leaving is still unbearable! (Thank goodness for natural non-toxic room sprays, I sure use them a lot these days!) The colors and textures change periodically. But I know that each time something else appears, that it is my body and the products doing the next bit of healing that I need. I thank God, nature and the human creators of these fabulous products for alleviating suffering for so many of us!!!

The hydrotherapy was great, and I am sure it kickstarted my healing, but it was expensive and somewhat embarrassing and what came out was still alive, meaning there were more inside that were still alive. But with DrNatura, the cost was much less, the cleaning more thorough, and hardly anyone got out alive! This means to me that since so many things have been dying in there, there are not going to be as many left. I did get a headache off and on during that first week or two, and some light nausea before each BM that contained dead creatures that I could see. But they also say that most of what you pass is microscopic and those guys can do you as much, if not more harm! I say better out than in me!

Now my energy and strength are back. My blood sugar is stable. I don't get sick any more, no matter what nasty virus is going around!! My aches, pains and stiffness that I thought were signs of aging, are gone. My weight is down and staying there. My adrenals are rested. I don't have insomnia any more. My Graves is in remission. My stomach is flat and the fibroid is half the size. My periods are normal and the hot flashes gone. My digestion has improved and I can handle things I haven't eaten in years. My hair and nails are beginning to improve and grow again. My heart is getting stronger, and my asthma is becoming less. And even the stress of the divorce is tolerable. People who see me that have watched my decline over the past few years say I look so much better. I plan to go skiing in a couple months. I had thought I would never get to do that again. I gave the kits as Christmas presents. I know. What kind of crazy gift is that? Well, it is a gift of health. You don't get much better than that, for what greater wealth do we have on this earth aside from friendship and love? You can't enjoy much when you are sick. "I thought I would update you on my continued results using the Colonix. My third month on the parasite program I saw even more critters leaving than I had the second month, tho not as many as the first month - mostly round worms and tape worms. I have passed at least 15 feet of tape worm so far and have no idea if they are all pieces of one long elderly worm or lots of younger ones. Either way, they are gross and I am glad they are leaving!

I have continued to use the Colonix fiber since the 3 month cleanse ended, and I continue getting amazing results. Even again tonight - a lot more strings of worms or plaque left. I don't care what it is any more, I just want it out! But the thing I can't figure out was the jelly fish thingy I passed a couple weeks ago! What was that!!??!! It was a little larger than half a tennis ball, clear, smooth, firm and jelly like. Was it a creature or some kind of goop? I am pretty certain I did not swallow any jellyfish while out body surfing!!  Anyhow, thanks again for these effective products! What a blessing to us all!"

Two years later...

"I thought I would update you... I have continued to use the Colonix Fiber on a daily basis since the first cleanse in 2006, and I still love it and recommend it as much as I ever did! I have also continued to do the full Colonix Cleanse once per year for 2 months at a time. Each time I am floored by what leaves! This time around, on day 5, I saw another 14 inch tape worm leave. Geesh, where do they come from?! This makes well over 30 feet worth so far! I have no idea if the groups of them I saw were one long one broke into pieces or just a lot of little ones. Either way, I am just glad they are out!

I would say that doing the Colonix Cleanse in 2006 was the most important thing I did to turn my health around! And it continues to help me improve my health and stay young looking. I do believe that having clean cells and a clean elimination tract are the most important things you can do for anti-aging and disease prevention!

This time around I have added the Toxinout. I have noticed I am a little more tired, and I am guessing it is because of the old chemicals it is stirring up and releasing, and maybe even some of the old mold that got stored in my fat cells to protect me from being poisoned to death. "I'm a believer!  I have suffered from severe constipation for most of my life and having a bowel movement every 3-5 days seemed normal to me.  After having two children, however, I had more frequent and painful bouts of constipation.  I came across the DrNatura website while searching online for a ‘colon cleanser.’  It took me about two weeks of reading the testimonials to finally place my order.  What can I say, I'm a skeptic.

My order arrived Monday afternoon and I started the Kleritea that evening.  I have to admit, I was disappointed when by Thursday of that week nothing significant had happened. I felt really bloated and tired Tuesday, Wednesday and had a bit of a headache all day Thursday, but that was about it.  So, I decided to steep the tea for 6 minutes on Thursday night and increase my fiber to a full scoop on Friday morning.  Well, let me tell you, by 10:30 AM on Friday morning, I had already gone to the bathroom 4 times.  The first three were pretty normal, but the fourth was nasty and sludgy.  I was at work so I wasn't about to dig through it.  But trust me, it was disgusting. "I would like to let the world of PCOS (poly cystic ovarian syndrome) sufferers like myself know the amazing experience I've had with the Colonix/Toxinout 3 month cleanse. PCOS affects women on a hormonal level. Women have a strong insulin resistance which causes so many emotional and physical problems including infertility if you can't drop weight. I started taking the program in February and thought well at least I'll clean myself out because I have always had a time going every single day. I was also on a low carb diet prior to starting the program, but it was not really making a huge impact on me other then not feeling terribly sluggish like usual. "When I found this website I couldn't ignore the pages of testimonies and pictures. I was afraid to see anything like what was in other peoples' pictures but then I didn't want it in my body either, so I ordered the product. I also said that if it worked I would write a positive review, so here I am...

I was one of those people who it took about 2 weeks to start seeing those results. Actually, it took a little less than 2 weeks but it didn't look like the pictures because it came out wrapped around other whole bowel movements. (I'm sorry to be so graphic) But in case you do it and at first don't think it's working, take a good look and you may see it. It looks like tripe wrapped around the bowel movement. When I hit the second week mark I used the bathroom and it didn't smell at all but it looked weird so I poked at it with a stick and lo and behold it was one of those long and disgusting things you see on the website! I took pictures to show people and as a result others want to order and do it too.

My skin has cleared up also. I have been under the care of a dermatologist and using a cream that tremendously helped my skin but I had to keep using it to keep the results. I noticed after my second month of detox that my skin has stayed clear and I stopped using my medicated cream so I'm very impressed. That small lower belly has gone down significantly and I lost a few pounds. I will definitely do it again next year.

"I did one month of the Colonix and Toxinout programs. I am currently doing my second month of Colonix. I have not seen anything unusual coming out of me, but I definitely feel better than I did. My acne, which flared up about six months ago when I did a transmission swap on a couple old chevy pickups, has gotten much better in the 1 month of both programs.

The best result though, is that any body odor I had before is completely gone, It's weird, because I have had a distinct body odor since puberty. I am 27 now, and I am still surprised after a hard day in the hot Texas sun that I don't stink. It is a night and day difference from my body odor, which was never terrible, but I noticed it, a month ago, and now.

My gut/intestinal pain which prompted me to try the program in the first place have gotten better, but during the five day break from the program I noticed that I was feeling hungry in the mornings. I haven't eaten breakfast before 11am since the early nineties. That is a good sign. My guts are nearly every morning, lately, feeling great. Enough so, that I have an appetite. "I too was a little skeptical about trying this product. I first looked into colon cleansing when my husband had to have a colonoscopy, and they found nothing. I thought, ‘Huh? There’s got to be a reason he was having constant diarrhea, and bloating and gas.’ He also was told he had Chronic Fatigue. Well he would not take it but after my experience he is going to.

I was reading how people had more energy and they felt better. For myself, I had headaches all the time and I had no energy I didn't want to do anything but sit around. But I made myself get up and do things 'cus I knew it wasn't good for me to sit around all the time. I also only had maybe 1 or 2 bms every 3 or 4 days. Well, I am in my third week and all I can say is wow. The first day I had 2 bms but then it seemed like nothing was happening. I was getting a little discouraged, but then I started having small bms but they were more frequent. Then I passed a blood fluke in my urine...that was an experience.
