"I was surfing the internet one Sunday morning looking for exercise equipment.  See, I went on a program to lose some weight that I gained from asthma medications.  I am really close to my ideal weight but I felt I needed to work on the abs.  Well I was on a website for an exercise machine and I saw this link that said ‘Flatter abs without exercise.’  I was like ‘yeah right!’  But it caught my eye so I clicked on it and boy I am glad I did.

Next thing I know I am reading about this cleansing program.  I was still skeptical about it.  I probably read everything on the site.  Walked away from the PC for an hour or so and came back.  Finally, I thought well it does say if I am not satisfied I can get my money back.  Then was the choice of do I just buy one month or jump in with both feet and buy the three month supply for the cost savings.  Well I went for the three months and figured it is guaranteed so what do I have to lose.  Well apparently I have a lot to lose.

I got my order on time and it was a Friday.  Prefect, I can start on the weekend.  Because I wanted to track this I started making notes of how I am feeling, what was coming out, and side affects. I want to say first that I felt I was fairly regular when it came to my BMs.  Normally I would go once a day.

Day 1 – I went a couple hours after starting.  It looked normal.  Round two later that day also normal looking but I never usually have a BM twice in a day.

Day 2 – I went again in the morning and later that day I got a bad headache but I usually get those anyway.  I only noted the headache so that when I am completely done I have a record of how often I get them.  Maybe they will happen less often or not at all once I am through the program.

Day 3 – I went twice that day again.  This time there looked to be particles of stuff in there, perhaps undigested food.  Colors were light and dark brown.  No headache today.  Felt gassy.

Day 4 – Went twice again.  Both times were like day three, but round two had some surprises mixed in.  Something that looked like a crumbled brown paper bag and the other was green with what looked like chunks of fat in it.  Gross.  Again no headaches but I did get minor stomach cramps.  I think that was my own fault though because I waited to long to go.  My second job is at a restaurant and I fell funny going there.  But I am over that.  If you got to go just go, trust me.

Day 5 – Went twice again.  First round looked normal for the most part but there was more of the green fatty looking stuff in there.  Round two was just weird.  It looked like the shape of my intestines and I am sure if I was to unravel it, it would look just like some of the pictures posted in this gallery.  I got a minor headache that day.

Day 6 – Today, it is 5:20 pm as I type this and I have already gone four times today.  All the same stuff…fatty looking, mixed with waste, particles of stuff, stuff that looks like if you unwound it, it would look just like all the pictures in this website.

I am just shocked at this point.  I am not as brave as some to go and poke though it.  I actually cannot believe I am looking this closely at the waste coming out but I wanted to be sure it was working.  And believe me it is.  There is definitely more coming out than going in.

I am going to continue to track the outcome (literally) and my health issues.  I mainly suffer from fatigue, asthma, and the occasional bad headache.  I will say already I have noticed that head aches are less often and less severe.  Once I am completely through with the program, I plan to briefly summarize my experience to post on the website for those that are skeptical like I was."

"WOW!  I just counted 10 teabags left in my first month's supply (I decided to order for 3 months). Since I've been so busy, I thought this was an easy way to figure out that I've hit 20 days, and definitely had a ‘fun time’ in the bathroom today. I knew this was the moment I'd say ‘Gotta write!’

I read the ‘What Existed Inside Me’ page (the pictures page on this website) and today I definitely got rid of a similar, rubbery, bumpy mass – at least 12 inches in length.  I think similar stuff may have come out of me already, but haven't quite noticed anything for sure (and yes, I've been looking – believe me, you want to look). Today, I wasn't quite sure what I was looking at, so I went to the tool bench in the garage to get a little wooden shim – the ones that advertise on the package ‘Over A Million Uses’…Ha! With my handy poking tool, I noticed, this stuff isn't gonna break up.  It's like they say, like all rubbery!

I'd take pictures, but the ones you have pretty much says it all.  I just wanted to say, some advice to anyone who is ‘just thinking about it’: I'm actually vegetarian for over 15 years, but I do like to eat, and have a sweet tooth, and so hitting the age I'm at, I have the attitude and motivation to keep healthy. There’s nothing else unusual with my health that's so serious, as some folks here have talked about.

Back on day 2-3, I coincidentally had a routine physical exam lined up with my doctor.  I mentioned about how most of the time, we shop for organic foods, grains, seafood, regular fruits and veggies.  But, despite being more active with sports and getting back to being an athlete the past 18 months, I wondered ‘Why do I still seem to be the same weight?’

In sort of a sports-medicine fashion, we counseled about a fat-muscle ratio, eating habits, etc. (a goal I knew I had for the past 5 years, but is not being put off any longer). I actually don't have a scale at home and wasn't even watching my weight anyways. "This is the first time I have ever given a product testimonial but maybe it will help someone else.  I had to send you an email on my first couple of days on the Colonix program. "Praise God for DrNatura’s colon cleanser! I haven’t felt this great since I was 16 years old. "I have been using DrNatura's Colonix about 3 weeks now....all I can say is it is wonderful and what I have needed all this time. It’s an amazing product, very gentle and is just giving me relief from years and years of feeling just downright horrible. I am 31 years old and have been chronically constipated as long as I can remember.  I just remember while I was in junior high or high school that I wouldn't feel the urge to go until about 2pm everyday and would have to get excused to go to the bathroom.  I would have to push my hands on both sides of the stall just to push something small and hard out.  While I was in Junior high school, something weird formed on my rectum and after going to the doctor I was told I have hemorrhoids (at 12 years old!).  Since then, it has been an uphill battle to go to the bathroom even with eating fiber-filled foods and eating healthy.

“I'm at the end of my first month (7/16) and wanted to add on to my testimonial. In the past, I always took way too may ibuprofen even before I had cramps because the cramps were so bad on the first day.  I took it three times a day. Well, I got my period today and WOW...for the first time in years, I don't have intense cramps, and haven't had to take anything to control the cramps.  For the past week or so, I was expecting my period and something strange was going on with my movements but I couldn't really figure it out.  Towards the end of the week, when I went to the bathroom I had to strain a little but was doing the same routine on the program that I have done all month.  When I got up yesterday, I didn't go to the bathroom at all and anticipated going all day but didn't.  I felt really really bloated and tired.  This was really disconcerting because of the relief that I've been feeling most of the month.  I read testimonials, talked to customer service and felt relief in knowing that it's just another stage that my body is going through.

"8/2/06.  I am about 2 weeks into my second month. I thought that the first month was significant enough with all this black stuff coming out and the other stuff I wrote about above.  I just assumed that I don't have any of the stuff others have written about in their testimonials, but today I went to the bathroom a few times in the morning...the first one, normal I guess.  Then the second one was preceded by cramps similar to when you are about to have diarrhea. I looked and it had a white stripe (about 2 inches) in length on it and I could see on the underside that there was more white stuff, but I wasn't about to look further! ...Then about 10 minutes later, I got the urge again and yet another bad cramp. I went and I thought I was having diarrhea, but then I looked again and there was this round (about 5 inches in diameter) gelatinous stuff with stool in it...Yuck and gross...but I have to admit I looked at it in amazement before I wished it a good journey!  I guess there is more to come..."

"I tried DrNatura's colon cleanse for 30 days and was amazed by the results!  Some of the strangest stuff I've ever seen in my life came out of me (and I'd much rather see it in the toilet than know it's inside me). "I'm on my eighth day of taking the Colonix program.  I was anxious to get started so I ordered it and had it shipped to my vacation destination where I was staying for a week.  The product arrived in 2 days and I was able to start on the program before going back to work.  I was deathly afraid of having major gas or blow outs at work.  Neither has been an issue yet.

I purchased the probiotics formula as well.  I feel good!  I haven't weighed myself, but I do feel as though my waistline is coming back.  I have always felt bloated and now I feel as though my stomach is flattening beginning at the top where it was distended and used to just stick out.  The most amazing thing that I am noticing so far is that my eye color is changing.  This may sound very strange, but if you've been a patient of iridology you will understand.  I had gone to an iridologist years ago so I have always been curious about how he was able to pinpoint my health issues by viewing my iris.  I usually have this honeycomb type of pattern in my brown/hazel eyes.  My eyes are primarily brown, however; it appears that on the outer rim of both eyes the honey comb pattern has gone away and all I can see is a smoother greenish color.  I recently had lasik surgery so that explains why I'm so in tune with the patterns and specifics about my eyes.  I highly doubt that the lasik had anything to do with the color change so I decided to poke around online and although it is controversial there are some cases where people who have been on a cleansing program or raw foods diet have noticed a change in the color of their eyes.

The program has been so easy to follow and I have been drinking more and more water every day!  I haven't noticed any of those creatures or foreign items appearing in my stools – I’m actually hoping not to encounter the things that I saw pictured on your website.  I really like the Colonix powder. It tastes really good in apple juice and decent in soy milk. "I was one of the people on their last straw when I came across your website.  It has been a life-changing experience for me.  I did the 3 month cleanse and have continued the fiber and probiotics.  I have always had problems with being regular and never thought anything of it except for how miserable I always was.  I have suffered with severe stomach pain, odd body aches, acid reflux, dairy sensitivity, asthma, dizziness, fogginess, headaches, sinus problems, joint pain, severe tiredness, extreme mood swings and horrible periods. "I don't know who sat down and put this system together, but I would have to say that you have done a real good job. I am on day 8 and I haven't taken pictures yet, but I am starting to pass stuff like in the photo gallery. I have more energy, and able to do more. "WOW! WOW! WOW! I would say that is all I can say about your ‘FABUTASTIC’ product, but there is so much to say, I can't even formulate it into words. Not that I was a skeptic, but I have had the product for about a month. I've only been using it for a week. Why have I had it for a month? Well I was scared as HELL, that's why! After looking at the photo gallery, and watching a scary movie where aliens were growing inside of people's bodies I thought that if anything like that was living inside of me, it was going to have to find another way out! Well, I ran to the rest room, and the whole time I was thinking, ‘This is it! It's about to be the big one!’ Then tinkle tinkle went my sprinkle, and ploop. One little tired-looking pellet came from my bum-bum. I was mad, because, like I said, I wasn't a skeptic. But I was scared, and when I finally made up my mind to take the doggone product I was growing impatient, because I wanted to see the backed up waste I was dreading to face. And I wanted to get on the scale the next day and be 40 pounds lighter.

My thoughts were too good to be true. Well that was that day and morning. The next day I took the product, and OH MY GOSH! I forgot that I had taken it, because remember I had had it just sitting there for about a month. Therefore, I did not follow my 8 glasses of water instructions. Yeah, yeah, I should have been drinking that much water anyway, but I'm not going to lie and say that I did prior to finding Colonix. I just didn't, and that's that!

Well, let me tell anyone who is reading this, IF YOU TRY THE PRODUCT THERE IS NO HALF STEPPING WHEN IT COMES TO FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS! I hadn't gone to the rest room all that day, and when I did, I was so backed up, I had to take off all my clothes, and throw my leg over the side of the tub, and bend over with my head almost touching the bathroom floor! It was awful. I pushed, and I pushed. And I have never had children. But when you are constipated, you will change your mind real quick. I kept saying, 'I don't want any kids! I don't want any kids!'  The pressure was so uncomfortable I had to stop. I immediately ran to the kitchen to drink some water. But I tired myself out from straining for half an hour and I couldn't even finish one glass. I went to sleep. I heard those weird noises again that sounded like gas bubbles dancing around. But I refused to try to push again.

Day three. I woke up ready to do the right thing. I drank 3 glasses of water before I even took the Paranil. I had my tea in the wee hours of the morning, so I was patiently waiting for that to kick in. I drank more water, and waited about 20 minutes and put my powder in my bottle with juice, and I shook it until I thought it wouldn't be so gritty, and I drank it down. The most that happened was I had the urgency to urinate, because I was still refusing to strain. That whole day went smooth as sweet potato pie. All that was backed up came out smooth. NO PROBLEM. Nothing weird. I just had to keep telling myself that it was different strokes for different folks.

Day Four was on the weekend, and I woke up like I had licked a cube of crack. Translation: I had so much energy and didn't know why. (Oh, take note, I have been a type 2 diabetic in denial for the past 2 1/2 years. I'm not on any medication. But I can tell when my sugar is out of whack because I get sluggish, and tired.) Well, not on day 4. Prior to Colonix I was seriously thinking about going to get checked, because my sugar was either too low, or almost high. Either way it went, I wasn't feeling well for about 2 weeks. Yeah, I know it sounds too good to be true, but the trips to the restroom were very pleasant. I didn't have to run. I didn't have diarrhea. That is what I was really scared of because I work Mon-Fri.

Well, Day 5 was just as smooth as day four, but it was very special. First I had a very small bowel movement that morning. And when I say small, it didn't even drop. I know this sounds gross, but I had to reach back and just catch it in the toilet paper like a baseball. Why did I look at it?  I don't know. But it was astonishing. Why? Because it was the cleanest ball of whatever it was I had ever seen. It just sat there. It was a perfect ball of brown rubber. I couldn't do nothing but laugh, and throw it in the toilet. I looked back again before I flushed, and was angry the tissue was in the way for me to see how it looked once it was in the water... I was skipping around all day, because it looked just like what I seen in the picture gallery on the Colonix website. I probably drank about a gallon of water before 4 o'clock in the evening. It is around the Christmas holiday, so of course, I was out shopping with my best friend. We went to lunch, and I didn't have to go. I was so excited about shopping I think I held it.

Well, just when I saw a good sale my bladder began to fill up and my eyes lit up with excitement. The closer I got to the clothing rack the quicker my bladder filled up. I had to go now, but I didn't want to go. Why women travel to the restroom in pairs beats me, but I told my girlfriend that 'WE' had to get to a restroom fast. (Please don't try holding in your fluids at home.) Well, I went in the stall to tinkle, and right when I was about to get up, my stomach told me that I was not finished. I was so mad, because I had a hard time getting my stockings up, and now I had to pull them back down. Well that's when 'IT' happened: I pushed out the longest turd I have ever pushed out in my life. I knew that it was long, because when it was coming out it didn't break like it usually does. It just kept going and going. Why was I sitting there smiling? I don't know, but I am not lying. It is no joke. I called out, "Girl, I think it's happening.'  My girlfriend was like, 'Oh no. You took that stuff? I don't want to know what's happening! What is it?' I told her, 'I don't know if it's a boy or a girl, but I'm almost done, and I'll let you know.'  She said that she didn't want to know. I got up and looked back, and it was like the gates of heaven had opened up. There in the stool floated a nice, fat, long, anaconda-like looking, massive ring of turd. I wished I had a camera, because one end was light green, the middle was some other color unknown to man, and the rest was that same brown color covered in rubber again. I started screaming, 'I did it! I did it!'  I know y'all are thinking I'm crazy, but I was clapping, and saying 'YEAAAAH' like a little kid. I came out of the stall, washed my hands, and looked in the mirror, while my girlfriend shook her head and told me how crazy I was. I told her I had never been so happy to take a crap in my life. Not to sound so graphic, but it is what it is!

I'm so excited, and I just can't hide it. I wasn't going to write you guys until at least 30 days was up, but it is happening NOW. And I feel so good. My blood sugar is normal for now. My skin is magically glowing because I'm happy...

People ask me how does it taste? Let me tell you, I wouldn't take it dry. And I wouldn't take it in water. Juice dilutes your thought of it being nasty. It's not nasty. Just drink it fast, like the directions say. I let it sit just to see what would happen, and my fruit juice turned into jelly. You wouldn't want to drink that, or waste a scoop.

Because the product worked so quickly for me I am looking forward to the next 60 days, or however long it takes to clean myself out. I think of the end result and that is what keeps me drinking, and going. And I do mean going, literally.
