To simplify the processing of your order, we offer flat Shipping & Handling fees for all orders whether placed online, on the phone or by mail/fax.
Shipping within the USA (48 contiguous states): $5.95 or FREE
Your order will be shipped from our Henderson, Nevada location by UPS Ground or when your shipping address is a P.O. Box by the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping is FREE on orders over $60.00, and $5.95 on orders below $60.00.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico: $9.95

International Shipping Policy
We ship outside the United States and Canada under the following terms:
You agree to assume all shipping costs. If the package is returned to us by your country's customs department, we will refund the price of the products but we will not refund the cost of shipping. We will not be liable for the shipping cost in this or any other case. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Some countries have restrictions that will not allow delivery of some natural health products. We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States.
International shipments (outside the US) may be subject to taxes, duties, or other customs fees upon delivery. As the recipient you are responsible for any such fees at the point of delivery. Please understand we do not collect or make these charges. All taxes and fees are solely up to your country's tax authority and customs officers.
Return and Exchange Policy
RETURNS: If you're not totally satisfied with any of our products, just return it for a refund of the purchase price. For a full refund, all containers need to be returned whether they are opened or not. We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned, or for products returned after 60 days. A copy of the invoice must be included with a return as well. You have 60 days after receiving your products to decide. This is an unconditional, no-questions-asked policy. Please allow 5 to 10 days for refunds. When returning items, please use UPS tracking or insured U.S. Mail to ensure proper delivery of your return.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
EXCHANGES: Any item may be exchanged for any other item in the same value within 60 days whether items have been opened or not.
When exchanging items we recommend that you call our Returns Department at 1-800-689-3060 to notify us of your action.

No selling, renting or revealing your personal information
At DrNatura.com Inc. we protect your privacy as if it were our own. We NEVER sell, trade, rent, or reveal your personal information to others. Contact information from all forms (including name, address, email address, payment info, etc.) is used to process and deliver orders and mail information about our company to our customers. At no time will we share any of this information with any other person or company. Any financial information our customers submit, such as credit card number and expiration date, is used only to charge the customer for products and services they are purchasing. We use a state-of-the-art order processing system that keeps credit card information on file in a secure, encrypted form. This speeds up processing of repeat orders, while keeping the information hidden from everyone except the involved financial institution and our secure gateway, VeriSign. When placing an online order, your credit card number is not visible to order processing personnel. Same is true for telephone orders after your order is placed and processed. Your credit card number is encrypted in our secure database at all times.
No Spam
We do not use, nor do we condone the use of unsolicited bulk email. We do email our customers with order confirmations, and periodically information about product specials and follow-ups to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you do not wish to receive any email from us at all, simply notify us and we will not send you any correspondence.
