Lynn's update: “I have more good news that I believe you will be interested in. I don't know if you ever add to testimonials or not - but if you do - this should be inserted. I mentioned that I have had a good diet for 5 years now. But after 4 years, I fell off the wagon and decided I was going to eat what I wanted - when I wanted it - and as much as I wanted (an adolescent tantrum at 59). I alluded to that when I said something about sugar being my drug of choice. I still didn't want meat - but did want spinach salads with lots of other veggies. My tastes truly had changed. But I was eating candy, white flour pastries and junk, so I did gain some weight. Also, I ate very often at a local Chinese restaurant but felt like I was doing OK because I was just eating vegetables with my large salad. I started the cleanse December 17, 2005. The first morning, I looked to see the difference - I can't believe how much poop I expelled!!! I did not have to sit for five - ten minutes, it just came out so easy and so quickly. I had to look to make sure something came out. The first three nights, I experienced slight cramping - I felt like there was a baby kicking in my belly (I've had two pregnancies and bore two children - and I remember the feeling when my baby started kicking).
