Gas and Bloating

The most common symptoms of gas are flatulence, abdominal bloating, abdominal pain (often severe), and belching. “Not long before Christmas rolled around at the end of 2005 I ordered a two month supply of Colonix because I just couldn't take being so DAMNED tired all the time! “I am a healthy 35 year old woman. I have had low blood sugar most of my life so I am restricted on what I put in my body. “I am not going to sugar coat what this program has done for me so far...it has probably saved my life! I have a history of Colon Cancer and Rectal Cancer in my family, so have always been pro-active in watching what I eat and how I take care of myself. I know that fiber (whole-grains, fruits and leafy green vegetables) is crucial for a healthy colon, but after being on a famous "no-carb" diet for months, without healthy natural fiber, I am afraid that I may have done some serious damage to my colon/digestive system.
