Colon Cleansing Picture Gallery

The majority of our customers have the experience of seeing some rather strange things leaving their bodies during the Colonix Program. These things usually start appearing during the first 1-3 weeks and may continue on for up to three months.
 
As you read the different testimonials you'll find that many people are seeing similar things in the bathroom. Long stringy rubbery things of all shapes and sizes, as well as various colors and shapes are all commonly reported.

"This is the first testimonial that I have ever taken the time to write, and it is the least that I can do to repay you for saving my life! I have been using your product since April 1, 2005 and I am absolutely horrified at the results!!! First off I am 27 years old and consider myself in good shape. I was a standout athlete in high school and played soccer in college. I did, however, enjoy partying a little too much throughout the years and for a while had a dependency for pain medication (which I had no idea causes constipation). As the years went on I noticed that going to the bathroom became a less enjoyable experience. I would go once or twice a day and never feel like I was finished. I had nothing to lose.  Boy was I wrong! I have lost some of the most horrific things you could imagine and I have proof!  I actually brought my digital camera in the bathroom with me every time that I had to go, just in case something crazy came out. Here is a breakdown on my results.

April 1st to April 8th - Started program and didn’t feel all that different. I actually felt really clogged up and bloated but I think it was because I was drinking so much water. I did go about 3 times a day with decent results and no straining.

April 9th - Saturday Morning I woke up and passed a weird looking stool. It looked different than anything I had ever passed so I had to investigate further. I got a plastic utensil andwhacked at it a little bit. It unraveled and looked like a long piece of intestine. I picked it up with the plastic utensil and sure enough it was a 20 inch piece of awful looking matter that had probably been stuck to the walls of my intestines for many years!  So I got the digital camera and took my first picture of the death that existed inside of me.
 
April 10th - Passed more intestine looking matter.  Slightly larger in mass and had sacks.

April 12th through April 21st - Nothing crazy was coming out anymore.  I felt great!  For the first time in a long time I felt empty inside.  I noticed that my stomach looked better than ever!  You could see my six pack and no more love handles!  Prior to this program I would watch my carbohydrate intake but not any more. I figured I look skinny why not enjoy some carbs!  I was actually losing weight eating carbs because my body was digesting the food much faster. I also went and bought an exercise machine because I had the energy and drive to work out.

April 22nd - Because there was nothing crazy coming out anymore I upped my dosage to 2 scoops in the morning and doubled my water intake.  

April 23rd - I woke up and passed the biggest, longest and nastiest piece of stuff I had ever seen!  It was approximately 2 to 3 feet in length.

April 24th - Another very large piece of stuff came out. This was thicker than the rest.  I am very glad that I upped the dosage to 2 scoops!

April 28th - This was the worst of all... I cannot believe that something like this existed inside of me...  

May 2nd - Same result as the 28th if not better.  Again I am in shock. By now I have already told 20-30 people about this and when I showed them the pictures jaws dropped and they ordered it the next day.  I have half of my work on the program and almost all of my friends.

May 16th - I passed yet another considerably large piece of awful looking stuff.

I cannot thank you enough for offering this product!  You definitely saved my life!  I am a customer for life!  

I know that it is gross and people do not want to see stuff like this, but I had to send you some of the pictures that I took.  If anyone is skeptical about taking this product then I encourage you to look at the pictures ask yourself if you would want something like that hanging around inside of you! I encourage everyone, even if you feel that you are a healthy person to try this product.

On June 14th 2005, Corey sent many new photos to add to our online gallery. (Please see some of them below.) As you can see, even well into his third month on the Colonix Program, Corey  continues to pass colon build-up almost on a daily basis. We can't emphasize enough how imperative it is to commit to a 2-3 month cleanse initially, or to continue until you stop seeing strange things in the toilet.

“DEATH….OR LIFE BEGINS IN THE COLON”

The following testimonial and photos were sent to us by Virginia T. on February 25, 2006. Virginia is so excited about her cleansing experience and she looks forward to sharing her story as well as some incredible pictures with everyone.

"This is the greatest news of the century!!  I am so excited, and I hardly know where to begin.  My problem started years and years ago; I’ve had many health problems starting back from when I was a child.  Nothing really major throughout my life, but as I got older, I was having the same annoying  illnesses that progressively grew worse over a period of time, such as: Poor digestion, stomach and side aches, & all sorts of  health problems here and there.  Then when I reached my early forties, the strangest thing happened; I developed Asthma, like out of nowhere.  As a child, I had everything but Asthma, and that’s what really threw me for a loop; why did I develop Asthma at such a late age?  It was both puzzling and shocking at the same time.  At times I would have the worse attacks that led to my being hospitalized on two occasions.  Certain things would trigger it.  I couldn’t be around people that smoked, I was allergic to chemicals, and extreme hot or cold weather would add to the problem as well.  I stayed sick so much, and on top of that, I am a Gospel singer also, and it was very difficult at times, for me to reach certain notes, because of the thick mucous buildup in my lungs.

I’ve always been concerned about my health and well being; so I would constantly go on diets to lose weight, some of them worked but I would always gain the weight back, plus a few extra pounds added.  I got tired of the yo-yo thing, and recently, I started cutting back my food intake, watching what I eat, and that works better than anything I’ve tried so far. Plus, God started speaking to me about my health, and He led me to do certain things that absolutely turned my life around.  You must know, I was always stubborn throughout my young adult life, and it was very hard for me to listen to anyone, because of the fact that I’ve always wanted things to go my way.  The Lord really got my attention in more ways than one, which allows me to share my experience with all of you as to what I’ve learned and discovered up until this point in my life.  My testimony is rather lengthy, but I couldn’t afford to leave anything out, because I want everyone that reads this to be as happy and blessed as I am.  So please allow me to share this victory event with you all.

In the early 1990’s, I started having problems with my colon. The doctor recommended that I have a colonoscopy done, which was not a very pleasant experience for me at all.  When the doctor started doing the initial testing, he was trying to push the hose around one corner of my colon, he didn’t succeed, and I felt the pain in my sleep; I flinched, and when I awoke, they were telling me that I grabbed the nurse because of the intensity of the pain.  I’m not saying this to frighten anyone, because I believe that this was just an isolated incident.  So believe me, if you need to have the procedure done, by all means, do so, because it could save your life.  I believe that my colon was scarred because of that incident, and I’m not saying this is why I was experiencing pain in my stomach all the time; I’m about to share my Colonix experience with you, and then maybe you can help me to decide.  Sometimes I would have unbelievable pain in my stomach and abdomen area, to the point whearas I would have to bend over in excruciating pain, and at times it was very difficult to walk.  At night, on occasion, I would wake up in the middle of the night with hard pains around my anal area, and I would have to get up and pace the floor until the pain subsided. 

For years I’ve felt things moving around in my stomach, and I’ve even had an x-ray done to find out if they could see anything in my stomach, and of course, nothing showed up... One day I stumbled upon DrNatura’s site, and out of all the sites I researched, I was constantly led to go back to the Colonix site.  One night, about two months ago, my son (who lives in Alexandria, Va.) and I were instant messaging each other, and I told him about DrNatura and one other site that I had seen; I was telling him about how all this fecal matter gets stuck in your colon and you have to be cleansed periodically. So he said, “Well, I wanna’ be cleansed”.  Mind you, he’s always been health conscience (he once weighed 300 lbs, and now he’s slim and trim) he’s a computer programmer, and he’s constantly around High Tech people at all times.  Let’s put it this way, he thought he was healthy until he visited DrNatura’s site.  He decided to order the product; I ordered the product on the other site, and had little to no results, and it cost a pretty penny, I might add.  After a few days into the Colonix program, my son called and told me this amazing story.  He said that the first few days were normal movements, nothing exciting happened.  And low and behold, on the 9th day into the program, this is how he described it; “Oh-My-God!!”

He said that he expelled this long piece of rubbery stuff that looked just like the pictures on this site.  He went into detail as to how he got something and retrieved it out of the toilet, held it up to investigate, and he said that it had the most horrible odor that he had ever smelled. Just like the guy in one of your feature stories, he too is only 27 years old.  At that moment, I was truly convinced that I was stopped up to the gills, with a lotta’ years of excessive waste.  So after he tried the product, then I decided I wanted to try it, but my funds were low and I couldn’t afford it at the time.  He was nice enough to purchase the product for me, and I started the program on January 22nd; and believe me, it’s the best investment that I’ve ever made in my whole entire life.  I’ve been taking the product for one month now, and I have never in all my born days seen so much stuff come out of one human being; all shapes, all sizes and all colors, for the whole entire month; please forgive me, but I just gotta’ say this; for the lack of a better word, I was literally full of ... I’m sharing this great news with everybody, everywhere, and I thank God and the Holy Spirit for continually nudging and leading me to come back to this site time and time again to research and study the many things that cause major diseases in the human body.  It all starts in the colon people, and it’s time we educate ourselves as to what’s really going on in this shell that we call “The body”.  At the end of this letter, I’m sharing my gallery scenarios with you (These are not all the pictures; these are clean compared to the rest) but first I would just like to challenge all the Christians out there.  You know what the word of God says; the Holy Spirit cannot dwell in an unclean temple.  We have gotten so far away from the natural resources that God has given to us, and it has caused major destruction to come upon mankind, because of disobedience.  Our bodies are falling apart because of all the unhealthy stuff we cram into our stomachs on a daily basis.  No wonder everybody’s sick, and it’s mainly due to the American diet.  We consume entirely too much sugar, that’s found in almost everything you buy.  Too many artificial things added to food products and sodas as well, not to mention, too much sodium in our diets; and believe it or not, our minds and our bodies are being destroyed because of lack of knowledge; Or just ignoring what’s really happening, because junk food tastes mmmm, so good!  We’re paying the price people, and God is not pleased!  It’s time to take a new lease on life, take control of our bodies, and get back to the fat of the land that God has given to us all.  Let everybody say….AMEN!!

I went out and bought a camera, just in case strange things left my body. Pictures don’t lie; so here’s living proof that confirms everything that everyone else has been saying about the Colonix experience.  At first I didn’t want to share these pictures because I was ashamed of what came out of my body.  You might say, “That stuff couldn’t possibly be in my body”.  When I look at these pictures, it’s still hard for me to believe that these things were invading my body. The colon is the least talked about subject of conversation, but it should be on top of the list, because our bodies are so vitally important to us, and the colon is where the healing begins.  I know the pictures are gross, but just try to imagine what you’re walking around with.  You may not have as much stuff in your body as I did, but like the spaghetti commercial says; “It’s In There”, one thing or the other is in there. So let’s stop playing host to these deadly creatures; do like I did, brave up! And get rid of that stuff.  You’ll never know unless you try the product for yourself; it truly made a believer out of me.  I prayed daily for God to heal my body, and I told Him that I could not be an effective witness, and most of the time I didn’t feel like Praising and Worshiping Him because I was always sick.  So today, I can’t stop dancing; I can’t stop shouting because of what God has done for me!  He allowed me to find this site, and for that I am truly grateful.  Thank you DrNatura!! “I am a living testimonial that this product works”

Ray A. sent us the pictures and testimonial below on January 21, 2006. As you can see, he is no longer skeptical about the miracles of colon cleansing.

“I have to say I was skeptical at first. I conversed with other relatives as to what they thought about it and no one really seemed to believe in this. I was on my own. After procrastinating a couple of weeks I decide to go for the gusto and ordered 3 packs. I have it bad so I knew it's either 3 months or nothing. I told myself if I didn't feel anything within 2 weeks I'd be calling this DrNatura guy up and squeezing him till he gave me my money back.

Well no need to worry about that. It's only been 10 days I am absolutely so grateful for this company. It all goes back about 5 yrs ago. I developed bad heartburn. I mean really bad, nothing really helped. I even went to the doc and they performed a colonoscopy and endoscopy. For those of you who don't know what that is... they take a camera that looks pretty much like a long black snake, they put you to sleep and they run the thing down your throat and up your booty taking pictures and what not.

I was told I had beginning Barret’s disease and that I would be on heartburn meds for the rest of my life. Well I later came across some information that apple cider vinegar treats heart burn. So with little relief even taking $3 a pill tabs I decided what the heck. Turns out the apple cider vinegar worked very well, and after a few months the heartburn was very minimal at worst and I had the benefit of using something natural rather than pouring more chemicals into my intoxicated body. But this didn't solve the whole problem. My bowels just weren't working properly either. I told the doc when I went to see him that I felt there was some sort of blockage in my intestine. Funny though he never said anything about seeing a blockage after ramming the camera up my butt. So what did I spend $5k on anyway. Just to be poked and prodded for my money???  It didn't fix anything... needless to say I never went back to him and ventured out on my own.

I didn't learn of this product until hearing about a colon cleanse product on TV. This is what got my attention. Fortunately I didn't just order that product, but did a web search that lead me here. Based on all the testimonials on this site, really lead me to believe ‘this is the one’... Think about it... do you want to use a product that treats symptoms or do you want to use a product that treats the ‘cause’ of the symptoms. If you don't treat the cause, then the symptoms will only return. Well enough of my preaching to the choir. If you've read this far hopefully what I said makes sense to you.

To date, Ken Wolfson sent us the most detailed and vivid testimonial for Colonix. We can only repeat his words, when it comes to colon cleansing, “patience is the key”. Here’s Ken’s story in diary format, exactly as he emailed it to us over the course of several weeks.

"3/11/06 – After reading about the product I decided to purchase the 2 month program. Awaiting its arrival while continuing to read more testimonials and learn more. In the past 3 weeks I have had 3 colon hydrotherapy sessions as the guinea pig for my wife who was a bit nervous about the process. She has been suffering with symptoms resembling fibromyalgia and candida and I want to help her find relief from all her pains and issues. When it comes to natural remedies and eating well, I am the black sheep of the family. My brother is a naturalist & acupuncturist and my sister is a shiatsu massage therapist. 3/16/06 – Well, today I had colon hydrotherapy #4 and the secret word of the day is ‘GREEN!’  Yup...the lady at the colon hydrotherapy clinic was most pleased to see green. Was not Kermit the frog green, more like the color of dull green nuclear waste. Anyhow she told me that it was the sign that my large intestine is looking more healthy!  Talked to her about if she had heard of the Colonix program and she was familiar with such programs but not Colonix specifically.  Still awaiting the arrival of the Colonix. I should have gotten it priority mail...hate the wait. Meanwhile my wife is talking about using the month # 2 kit I bought for me so I guess I will have to order two more months worth. By the way, I do have the rash/patches of skin bumps that I read in the testimonials that some people get from Colonix [a common sign of cleansing]...but I am getting it from the colon hydrotherapy... interesting. 

3/20/05 – Got the product today...will start with tea tonight steeping for 2 min.

3//21/06 – Took as directed, no cramping when I awoke...3 or 4 small movements from tea I would guess but nothing else all day. No cramping. Man... that's a lot of water to drink...will take some getting used to drinking so much.  Steeping tea 2 min. Don’t notice any gurgling or screams... from my stomach.

3/22/06 – No overnight cramping, went #2 after being awake for ½ hour, normal & loose. Wife still trying to figure a good time to start cleansing program, is in traffic for 1 hour daily & doesn't want to get stuck without a bathroom to run to.   Launched a 5" sub tonight that had some white looking vermicelli/stringy things in it... Finished the fifth of 5 colon hydrotherapy sessions today...all clean in the large intestine best as I can figure.  Not much to report otherwise. No cramps or excessive gas, just the headaches everyone seems to mention but not unbearable! Noisy stomach gurgling sounds too by the way.  Kirk out!

3/23/06 – Woke up, within ½ hour I had 2 movements...both loose, sent email to DrNatura to see what I can do to change that. Oh, just remembered...I had 2 bowls of Captain Crunch late last night (Duh..this could be clue # 1) Moving on...Day 3 and I weighed myself...can it be so?  Scale shows I am down 3 pounds? Probably water weight but still nice! Found out I was drinking too much water...changed water glass to an 8 oz. cup. This should help things along. 

3/24/06 – Up early to take care of the kids getting off to school. Felt ‘nature’s call.’  What the hell was that in the bowl afterwards???  Did a little investigating and there were, what looked to me like several miniature livers in there...like 1 ½ inch chicken livers or something. They did not break up like regular stool.  Finding it difficult to be patient but that's the name of the game here...it'll happen when it happens.

3/25/06 – WE’VE GOT CHUNKAGE !!  Yup, I struck pay dirt!! OK, here's the scoop on the poop. I stayed up late last night to read more testimonials on the DrNatura website in hopes of reading a few testimonials by those who were a bit slower at seeing any real results....just as encouragement to keep on going. This morning I awoke with no headache of which I suffer daily usually caused by 4 previous car accidents and having been struck by lightning three years ago...yes lightning. So I feel only a slight urge to go #2...and it was a fairly sizable poo. Naturally I was curious so using a Q-TIP (will switch to a chopstick next time...need more length & distance) I checked it out... and OH MAH GAWD!!!  What did I see? Lumps of and strands of black, old intestinal rottage from the Ken Wolfson museum of natural history!!  The shape & formation tells me it's the rotted lining from a cove in my intestines. The length was only 2 inches at best on some but there was plenty of proof. Poking around yielded more and more but finally I said OK that's enough...I am convinced that this stuff is working...patience is the key here...so I'll just give time some time.  I have been feeling something that feels like slight movement, not painful mind you, in my intestines...but mostly it just feels like it is hot in a tiny area inside. I feel energetic & happy!  How about that!  I am very excited about upping the Colonix fiber and Paranil tomorrow which is day 6. By the way...my diet intake has not changed much except that I seem to have lost my taste for soda. I used to drink several cans of Coke a day. Don't even miss it!  I have more energy than I know what to do with...what the heck is all that about. I have not felt this good in a long, long time! So far only one ‘movement’ today.

3/26/06 – On day six of the cleansing and have therefore, as is suggested in the instructions, increased to 4 Paranil caplets and a full scoop of the Colonix powder.  Upon waking there was no immediate urge to ‘go’ so I waited and in ½ hour it was time...More really disgusting stuff that I poked at and inspected with my trusty Chinese carry out chopstick. Discovered more black, hard, rubbery, disgusting smelling intestinal death sludge in lengths of 2 to 4 inches and about 1" thick in some areas...none of the award winning longer pieces like you see in the DrNatura website pictures...yet!   Me thinks they will be coming though.  It's all mixed in with the dooky so those of you looking to see if you are getting rid of the rotted intestinal lining will need to put on your Captain Sewage badge, get on your knees and run your own long utensil or chopstick through the dookey to see if it ‘unwinds’ and if the intestinal sculpture is there. It does not look like anything of this world and trust me on this...you will know if it is there!  Only one movement today and so far am very comfortable aside from being bloated & impatient for the carnage of marathon poopage to commence! More later.  One hour later...went to bathroom again... little bit o' pushing and there ya go! More brown & black stuff that is so thick & hard there is just no way my body would ever have dissolved it in one lifetime...and it is only day six!!! I am amazed to say the least & horrified by the prospect that this product was never suggested by my doctors!!! If there was stock to buy in this company...I would buy it without hesitation! Very impressive!  Will continue my updates to Colonix weekly. 3/27/06 – Had weird abdominal pain 1:00 am that I eventually realized was cramping and after a short BM moved more intestinal lining...some larger segments & odd shape gross stuff connected together by what I can only describe as...well...I just can't even describe it...’simply disgusting’ will have to do.  Went again after awaking, no rush to the bathroom...just a normal morning movement. Really experiencing no headaches which is truly amazing as I have suffered with them for so long...really bad ones!!!  Have an overall good attitude and feeling of wellness and only on day 7!  Evening report: all day no bathroom break needed...pizza for lunch and tonight at 10:45 nature called again...what I found upon inspection almost made me barf!  Again, plenty of pieces of intestinal lining, mucous, along with something that looked like a miniature lung or liver. I broke down & laid it out on a magazine (finally that National Geographic subscription came in handy!) I got too grossed out to pull any more out of the commode but this should hopefully serve as proof of results at only day seven. I have no doubt that I am adding years onto my life!

3/28/06 – Steeping tea for 6 minutes at a time, using a heaping scoopful of the mix.  Went to bathroom this morning (always a sick type of ‘show & tell’ adventure) more lengths of intestinal lining & assorted death looking stuff.  The description I read on the Colonix website in a testimony sticks in my mind and has proven true ‘looked like a small string of Christmas lights dipped in chocolate.’ Gross? Yes...but I am so glad this poison is getting out of my system.  OK. 11:30PM & time for my evening report. First off...let's talk stink...after 2 kids worth of doody diapers, raising countless Labrador Retrievers from puppies, working on and replacing sewage pumps on numerous 600 passenger dinner cruise boats that I was captain on, I thought I knew stink. Matter of fact...stink and I spent a lot of time together throughout the years. You get the idea. Now listen closely when I say this because it is a powerful statement...I HAVE NEVER, EVER IN ALL MY YEARS SMELLED SOMETHING SO VILE, GROSS, HORRID, PUTRID, FOUL, NOSE HAIR CURLING, VOMIT INDUCING, NASTY OR RETCHED AS THE DAILY PARADE OF INTESTINAL LINING / ROTTAGE THAT I AM EXPELLING FROM MY BODY!  If stink was a country, this would be its president! I went to the bathroom 3 times today and the last time being 20 minutes ago. The stench still fouls my sense of smell. So many sections of what looked like chunks of liver & internal organ looking things connected by what looked like clear caulk, muck, and other really disgusting lumpage and chunkage that I just do not have the words to even describe.  Oh hey....get this....I was describing my evening of bathroom anthropology to my wife (I could tell she was almost going to hurl....so I continued naturally!) and as I was describing how amazing it has been to not have migraines & awful crushing headaches everyday I actually started to tear up & almost started crying!  Now, I ain’t no wussy folks, but this stuff is for real and is taking away the torturous daily agony that has haunted me for years! To actually know & see that the poison that would have eventually and undoubtedly killed me one day is leaving my body feels like I'm getting a new chance to live a better life, a longer life and most importantly a life that feels worth living and less like a sentence to serve! When I tell you that there are connected/linked lines of lumpage that look toxic & beyond horrifying leaving my body as a result of DrNatura's Colonix you can believe it....I swear this on my eyes!!!  No sudden bathroom urges to report...this is a very simple daily routine that has so far required very little effort on my behalf and after only one week of being on this product I am simply amazed that there are some people I talk to about the remarkable experience I am having who simply can't handle, conceive or believe of this concept. I will most likely and very sadly stand over their graves one day thinking ‘this could have probably been avoided had they only been more mature and open minded to trying this product!’ That's how strongly I feel about this product and YES...After only ONE WEEK! UN–FREEKIN-BELIEVEABLE!  Guess I will keep telling them though...It's not just my responsibility...IT'S MY DOODY! 

3/29/06 – Morning report, morning movement uneventful except for the thin 1/3" hair thin whitish ‘things’  of which I saw about 10... YIKES!  Oh and found black pebbles also in the bowl.  No...not the Fred Flintstone ‘Pebbles’...these were things that looked old, were somewhat hard and resembled the Goobers/Raisinet's candy.  Very Odd! I am feeling somewhat lethargic today and it is only just after 1:00 pm.  Also...sadly had headache all day since 1:00 pm.  Had to sleep a lot to escape the pain. Nothing new to report until now...it's 11:20 pm and time for the evening report. Went #2 again about 15 minutes ago with amazing results. No wonder I had a headache all day long...  Naturally being the intrigued/disgusted junior detective I am it seemed a perfect photo op. This time I put a tape measure so you could see that this account is not an exaggeration. Seems that increasing to the full scoop since day 6 is really doing the trick!  I wonder how long my intestines are... (in Captain Kirk voice) ‘How...much more...can...come out!’  Tea steeping for 6 minutes has me walking, not running to the bathroom within ½ hour of being awake....Time for tea and bed.

3/30/06 – Welp... 5 movements today, back to no headaches which is really nice!  I simply cannot believe how much intestinal lining is coming out. Every time today there has been lots and lots of ‘lengths of old intestinal lumpage!’ This is outstanding folks... my results are just like thousands of others...just another Bozo on the bus!!  And here I was almost 2 weeks ago a very skeptical consumer!  It is amazing that, in this world of way too many empty promises and sad realities, that such an excellent product emerges and really does what it says it will do!!!  DrNatura, you can keep your money back guarantee, no way would I ever return this product...nooo way!!   Forgot to mention...my breath has really been a challenge to keep minty fresh lately...probably due to the cleansing. Feeling a hot sensation on my intestines this afternoon. Oh and get this...I passed a...um...a movement that was mostly all slimy mucous with some pieces of a ¼ inch wide & 1 ½ inch worm segment. Actually, not sure what the heck it was...will look up what a tapeworm looks like on the web and confirm.  I wonder what will happen next!... 

3/31/06 – Nothing much to report. Normal morning BM as it should be...floating brown & fluffy.  A bit tired today, felt like I was in a brain fog. I took 3 hr. nap. No headaches today!!”

4/4/06 – NOW STARTING WEEK #3  Nothing new to report today, felt a bit run down and ‘foggy’ and thinking about increasing the mix to 2 scoops. Will contact Customer Service at DrNatura tomorrow about that. Normal movements...some intestinal lining pieces but nothing noteworthy.

4/5/06 – Went #2 within ½ hour of being awake...horrible smell and more long (4" to 10") pieces of intestinal blech! Always so happy to get that stuff outta my body!  I am reacting very strongly to sweets now. I used to crave sugar and now my body reacts quite sensitively to it by forcing me into a nap or making me very tired all at once!  So...sugar is only eaten in very small doses and avoided if at all possible.  Went to bathroom again 1 hour later...brown, floater & plenty of it. Increased mix this morning to 2 scoops, washed down with 2 eight oz. glasses of water!

4/6/06 – Seeing the results of the 2 scoops this morning and have already made 2 trips to the bathroom...plenty more (14") of the gross lining.  Made trip # 3 to the potty mid-day today...Guess I am seeing an increase in poopage due to the increase in the scoopage!  Rough day otherwise...Headache, exhausted & needed 4 hour nap, woke up in evening with headache & kinda foggy headed.  Will try drinking more water and see if that helps any. Probably take Advil as well. My dealings thus far with this DrNatura company have been excellent...superb help & they are very generous too!

4/7/06 – WELL HOLY CANOLLI...No frickin' wonder I was exhausted yesterday. That seems to be my body's response when I am getting ready to move large amounts of intestinal poison out of my body! AND MOVE IT I DID!!!  Gotta be some kind of record...but I don’t think there is any way to enter it into a state fair contest!  Yes...this one was a photo opportunity and measured approx. 45" in length!  YOWZA!  Took photos to prove it.  I feel 100% better and the fog has lifted!  Again, the smell was atrocious and the relief I now feel is astounding!  I recommend chopsticks if you are going to be checking things out in the ‘bowl’...better for distance cause you don't wanna be touching this stuff.  I have no interest in picking up this stuff with my hands...Playtex gloves, surgical gloves or even ice hockey goalie mitts!  Wife is in school and chose to stop (against my strong suggestion otherwise) until school ends and she can do the program without fear of being stuck in beltway traffic here in Baltimore which makes sense. Turns out she is one of those who is sensitive to the tea and feels better being within 500 feet of a bathroom.  Rolling my eyes right now but what's a guy to do...I support her decision and will encourage her in 6 few weeks when school is over!  Going to weigh myself this morning out of curiosity...stomach feels & looks more flat & I just feel great! If my body was an engine with all this filth inside it, the engine would have seized up and died long ago! No way can I believe that a body could work in a positive manner when it is struggling to just keep on going...same as an engine. I am amazed I was still alive with all this energy robbing filth inside me! I am a customer for life!

Evening update: expelled another HUGE amount of the Gob-lee-gook...man...this is an amazing product! Went out tonight for Chinese food & sushi...ordered an iced tea !!! For as long as I can remember I always had a coke with lemon when I went to a restaurant. The thought of a coke or any soda product just is totally unappealing to me now!!!  Ate lots of sushi...feeling full but not sick like I used to!  Overdid it with the sushi but c'mon...it's an all you can eat sushi bar...what's a guy to do?  Time for tea and bed!
