We recommend one or more teaspoons daily of Sovereign Silvertaken on an empty stomach. Food and drink may be taken 10 minutes later. Wait 3 hours after large meals before resuming dosage. To best support minor immune challenges, we recommend 3 to 7 teaspoons daily for several days, then discontinue or return to one teaspoon daily. To best support sudden or aggressive immune challenges, a teaspoon every twenty minutes for the first few hours, or up to 6 tablespoons daily may be taken for several days or even weeks.
