All orders ship from our Fort Mill, South Carolina location. All orders ship the next business day. If you select UPS Next Day, your order will ship tomorrow (M-F) and should arrive the following business day. Orders shipped via UPS are not delivered on the weekend

Cancel or Change My Order:
If you discover an error in your order and would like to make a change (like an address update), or if you would like to cancel your order, please call our contact center at 800-877-0414. We’re available M-F 8:30am - 6pm EST to help you.

An order cancellation or change can be processed ONLY IF the request is made by 11pm EST. After 11pm EST, orders for the day are transmitted to our warehouse. After processing, the delivery address can be updated for an $11 fee if your order is shipping via UPS (see above).

 

Return My Order:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. DrNatura honors a generous 60-day unconditional money-back guarantee on all products – no questions asked! Please allow 5 to 10 days for refunds. We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned, products returned after 60 days or shipping charges .

For a full refund on your products (not shipping), please complete the following within 60 days:

Exchange My Order:
We have an easy exchange policy: any DrNatura item may be exchanged for any other item of the same value within 60 days, whether items have been opened or not. Use the returns address above.

We recommend that you call our Returns Department at 1-800-689-3060 to notify us of your exchange.

NOTE: All exchanges are processed by refunding the credit card. (That means your credit card will be credited with your previous purchase and any new items must be paid for separately.)
