Just as every body is different, and every person’s diet and lifestyle choices are different, so will everyone’s elimination look differently. Typically, two to three weeks into the DrNatura cleansing program, you can expect larger stool that will be well-formed (i.e., not too soft) and easy to pass. You may be very surprised at how quickly you eliminate and how clean the experience is. Things to look for include changes in the size, smell, shape, and texture of your stool. In general, a “healthy” bowel movement is large, brown, and doesn’t actually smell that badly. If you have completed a DrNatura cleanse before, and you find that your experience this time is different, keep in mind that you may have had dietary or lifestyle changes between the cleanses. Because the product profiles remain relatively unchanged, significant differences in your elimination are most likely related to your unique body, diet, and lifestyle.
One of the great things about the DrNatura cleansing program is that it is effective without being harsh. The vast majority of customers report having a clear sensation that a bowel movement is necessary, but without the cramping or urgency that other cleansing products produce, sometimes at inopportune moments. Quite the opposite, DrNatura’s cleansing program is gentle, yet effective. Your body will let you know when it is ready to expel waste, but you will very likely not have to rush to a restroom. DrNatura products are also very gentle; most customers report that they do not have to “run to the restroom” or keep in close proximity to one. For the majority of people, the elimination happens during the first hour or two after waking up. If you want to “play it safe,”, however, and you work from Monday to Friday, you might consider beginning on a Saturday morning so you have the first couple of days to get used to the program at home. KleriTea is designed to work 7 or 8 hours after drinking it, which is why you should take it at bedtime. You will likely eliminate in the morning before you leave home.
DrNatura has a full line of products aimed at digestive wellness. Notice that these are not just 3 kinds of pills, but 3 different items: herbal capsules, powder, and a tea, which work very well together. Each one of these items does a specific job. The herbs in Paranil, such as silymarin, have been used for thousands of years to promote a healthy liver. The intestinal cleanser, which you mix with water or juice and then follow up immediately with an 8 oz. glass of water, becomes like a sponge and attaches to any build-up on the wall of the colon. Colon irrigation (or a colonic) is a method of cleansing the colon by passing warm water into your bowel through a tube that is inserted into your rectum. This water circulates through your colon in order to encourage your bowel to empty itself. Colon cleansing, on the other hand, is an oral cleansing regimen designed to clean the entire digestive tract. The Colonix Program by DrNatura consists of an herbal fiber supplement, a purifying capsule and an herbal tea. It was developed as a natural and gentle alternative to other forms of colon cleansing and is the most popular colon cleansing regimen in the world.

Typically, we recommend undertaking the program for a full three months if it is your first time cleansing. However, sometimes only one or two months may be sufficient. After your initial 90-day cleanse, you can detoxify your body at regular intervals: one a year or every six months. Do this by completing the program again, but for only 30-60 days.
Everyone is different; however, it is important to follow the instructions for use carefully in order to achieve optimal results. Some customers notice a change in bowel habits shortly after beginning the program, while others may not experience changes for two to three weeks. However, if constipation persists for longer than one week, stop using the DrNatura products and consult a healthcare professional, as it may be a sign of a serious medical condition. At times, people may expect immediate and dramatic results and may overlook subtle changes they may be experiencing. These changes may include one or more of the following: • Going to the bathroom more frequently • Stronger stool odor • Different colors and shapes in your stool These are some of the signs that may indicate the program is working for you. Some people may observe one or more of these changes, and some people may experience other changes not listed above. Keep in mind the cleanse works differently for different people depending upon factors such as lifestyle, diet, etc. Individual results vary.

Most side-effects are temporary; however, if you are concerned, we recommend that you stop taking the DrNatura products immediately and consult with a healthcare professional. Some side effects, such as bloating and constipation, may be caused by not drinking enough water. Please be sure to drink the recommended eight, 8 oz. glasses of water each day while on the program, and follow all instructions for use carefully in order to achieve optimal results.

However, all of the ingredients are standardized to industry specifications and come from premium quality sources and respected suppliers. Most DrNatura products are wheat, dairy, and yeast free and contain no animal products, so they are suitable for vegetarians. Our herbs are all natural and tested for impurities and pesticides.

Dr. Natura’s Unifiber is thoroughly tested prior to Quality Release. This ensures all ingredients are in line with the product’s manufacturing requirements. While Dr. Natura’s Unifiber ingredients are often below the Prop 65 threshold, there is the possibility that product exceeds the CA Prop 65 threshold from time to time for Lead given the use of natural ingredients in Unifiber.
