The ingredients found in Paranil^® are intended to support your body's natural cleansing and detoxification abilities. That said, some of the ingredients in the supplement (such as Pau d'Arco) are powerful enough that they should be taken only for the duration of a cleansing/detox regimen and not sustained long-term. A good rule of thumb for herbs and other ingredients that have powerful effects on the body is to go three months on and two months off. For example, a full cleansing/detoxification program using DrNatura^®'s Advanced Internal Cleansing Kit lasts approximately 90 days. During this time, taking Paranil^® daily is advised as part of the cleansing program. Once the cleanse is completed, although it is generally a good idea to continue taking the Colonix^® fiber supplement to maintain regularity and the benefits of sufficient fiber intake, it would be a good idea to cease taking the Paranil^® for at least 2 months.

Because Paranil^® is made out of a blend of powerful therapeutic herbs, we recommend a lower dosage to start as a way for your body to get used to the ingredients and for you to see how they make you feel. Assuming you do not notice any unpleasant effects from 2 capsules, boosting the number to 4 a day will provide the optimal application of Paranil^®’s herbal components to your body, to support the cleansing experience.

The Colonix^® Internal Cleansing Program is a great Cleanse that helps both cleanse and detoxify the system. Unfortunately, FDA and current company guidance does not allow us to comment directly on this or make claims related to products that may contain anti-parasitic ingredients, natural or otherwise.

Clove and Peppermint were removed due to a manufacturing decision, as their inclusion affected the integrity of the capsules. While both ingredients were included in the original herbal blend, their removal does not alter the supplement's purpose. Ingredients such as milk thistle extract, garlic, and artichoke leaf are liver support powerhouses. Additionally, ingredients such as turmeric, grapefruit seed extract, gentian, and false unicorn root continue to exert their unique cleansing influences on the body.

Our medical team periodically monitors all ingredients in our products to ensure they meet with current customer and market demands. At times, there are opportunities to replace ingredients with newer ingredients that have superior research behind them, showing they can achieve the same results. This was the case for Black Walnut. It was replaced with Artichoke leaf due to its better herbal profile and contributions to the Paranil^® supplement.
